Great price wouldn't use again
Used Luton Airport on site long term parking for one week Sat 4th May to Sat 11 May 2013, great price £25.00. Now I know why it was such a low price. Collected our car at around 12midnight it was raining, the wipers were making a strange sound. On inspection the next day the car was covered in a sticky residue, barely visiable to the naked eye. It has taken my partner all weekend to clean it off. Not good won't use again.

sneaky untrustworthy website.
I was looking to book airport parking and simply used google to find a company. holidayextras came up to the top, so I clicked to them.
I made my order through to the end and was stung by a debit card fee. How Ryanair I thought, but paid it.
Only after I got my receipt did I discover that they has also thrown in a 99p charge for posting me out a receipt I didn't ask for.
This really annoyed me so I cancelled. If a company has such a sneaky website designed to trick you out of your money with extras you don't need, I simply cant trust them to deliver on anything properly, so I cancelled.
Wont be using them again.

GREAT SERVICE
I have used Holiday Extras a few times now and always had good service. This time I received an email offering 10% off but accidentally booked the wrong date for my pre-flight hotel stay! However, an extremely pleasant and helpful young lady sorted it out for me.

Unresponsive to emails and wrong booking
I made a booking for an executive lounge at Manchester airport, on arriving the booking was made in the wrong terminal. I called them and they said there was nothing they could do but if I emailed them once I was back from my holiday I would get a refund. 2 emails and a week later I've still not had a reply, I tried calling and the agent seemed unable to hear me (my phone is working fine) and then hung up and whenever I try to call back I get a message saying all their operators are on calls and I should call back later with the call then terminated.
Thanks god I paid on credit card so I can take up the dispute with them.
I would avoid like this company like the plague, they don't seem to care about customer service at all - any company that did would have issued a refund immediately.

Basic but acceptable
The airport hotel was clinically basic, with no food or drink available other than a drinks machine. However it was very quiet and was convenient for Heathrow.

FOUND HOTEL NEAR BRISTOL AIRPORT EASILY
FOUND REASONABLY PRICED HOTEL WITH PARKING NR BRISTOL AIRPORT AT HOLIDAY EXTRAS. ALWAYS FOUND THEM TO BE RELIABLE AND HOTEL DESCRIPTIONS TRUE.

very good value for the money
This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel before our flight and as always the staff and service were very good. I do however have one problem with the holiday extras website. When first booking the hotel room we were offered a pre-booking for a taxi to and from the airport at a rate of £11 per trip, however when attempting to book this we found that this was "unavailabe". The hotel was unable to tell us why although did offer a service through themselves at a slightly higher rate. So my suggestion would be not to offer a service that you are unable to fulfill.

Easy to use and great price
Used Holiday Extras to book our holiday car parking. Effortless and cheaper than going through the airport parking directly. Have used this facility a number of times now and would recommend to anyone.

first star holiday
the holiday was fab there was two down sides one was the smoking we liked the bar by the casino but smokers were allowed to smoke in the bar area where the main body were.
the other down was 2nd sitting was to late 9.30pm and we missed a lot of the entertainment it was gone 11pm before we had finished our meal

Poor service, made up for by free dinner, B&B
Redwood Hotel Bristol. On return from Holiday, foung that the Taxi transfer hadn't been booked. Had to wait at Taxi Office until cue of people waiting (50+ people) had cleared, before they called the Hotel. At first the Hotel couldn't confirm my booking. Eventually arrived at Hotel and given room key. Room had no lights working in bed room. Receptionist visited and checked fuses, then left to contact Supervisor. Supervisor then rechecked fuses and after I requested to move to another room, collected new keycard from reception. After arriving at Bristol airport at 00:10 eventually got to bed at 02:20..Woken at 08:10 by maid entering room.
Complained to Duty Manager who said that he would refund my fee. After not hearing from him for 2 weeks, and then chasing it up for another 2 weeks was eventually offered a complementary Dinner, B & B

Good service, terrible hotel.
We booked a park and fly deal. The carpark was good, sensible directions provided and felt secure. Timely bus to the airport. The hotel (Travelodge Glasgow Airport) was horrendous. Very difficult to find from instructions, map was not detailed enough and satnav couldnt find it.
There were only two members of staff working, so they had to cover check in/bar/food. We tried to order food and neither first choice was available, I then chose something else and the accomanyment was not provided (lasagne with dough balls) and no appology given.
No soap in public toilets and not replaced when I told them.
Incredibly uncomfortable bed with terrestrial TV.
I would use the company and car-park again but NEVER that hotel.

I have used Holiday Extras on several occasions for car parking, airport lounges and airport hotels, I find the website easy to use and have never experienced any problems or issues.

Ok even with a satnav off the M23 it's a bit hard to find when at a junction you're told you've arrived but a quick glance to the left finds Airparks, perhaps they could put a sign before the junction advising a left turn! The whole process from booking in, when we boarded a bus immediately to the return when we had a 10 minute wait, went like clockwork. Returning the car was easy to find and the staff were courteous and happy. Will definitely use again and recommend anyone to Airparks

So Easy!
Cannot fault using this method of arriving and parking at Heathrow, its especially great on the return leg of your journey to have your car just waiting a few metres away from arrivals... no waiting or buses to contend with etc... great service - many thanks all :)

shame we did not get the room serviced no clean towels, we weren't aware that if you only stay a week you dont get it cleaned etc.

Comfort First Class
We stayed at The Sofitel Gatwick Airport prior to our flight to the US it was wonderful. The room was clean and perfect in every way. Although it was slightly more expensive than others around the convenience of being on airport premises the day of your flight was great, no stress you just start relaxing the minute you are there. Everything you need is catered for i.e all toiletries in your room so you don't have to unpack and the staff are friendly and helpful. We would definitely book again next time we have a flight from Gatwick.

It did what it said on the tin . . .
The hotel was very good in all aspects - loved the pool after a tiring day. It was a good idea to mix us up at table so that we met more of the group than we would have done otherwise.
The day trips were mostly just as described but we found the talk before the tour of Sorrento very repetative (Effy) when we were longing to get out on the streets before it got too hot! Capri was beautiful if a bit touristy - we took a picnic lunch up on the chair lift and can recommend it!
While one is glad to give tips where merited, it was suggested that a tip be given to the coach driver and guide each day as well as the chambermaid, bar staff, diningroom staff and reception staff and baskets were put out in prominent places for this! Given that coin is in very short supply in Italy, this became a problem. Not all of us can afford to give notes on that scale. We would much prefer that reasonable tips were included in the cost of the holiday. It is a simple matter to give extra when one wishes.
Whilst 'whisper ' guides were an excellent innovation, groups of 40-50 are still a bit unwieldy so hope they might be reduced in future.
We should have asked for a guide map to the Museum in Naples as we missed out on some of the exhibits that we should have seen; maybe this could be suggested to groups?

Poor service, won't use again
Parking at Jet Parks 3 was easy enough it was just the bus that takes you to the airport that is a big let down. We were flying from Terminal 3, the bus sailed past Terminal 3 and at Terminal 2 the drivers switched over. After 5 minutes of us all sitting there a passenger asked the driver when they should get off and he said now. We asked which Terminal was next and the driver said he was going back to the car park. We said we needed to be at Terminal 3 and he said it wasn’t his problem. We had to get off and run around to Terminal 3. Coming home it took an hour from picking up our suitcase to getting pack to our car; this was because we waited for the bus and then had to wait for the bus driver to rearrange all the suitcases to fit all of passengers on the bus. Won’t be using this service again and I would advise you not to.

Great Hotel Great Parking
Overnight Stay at a very good hotel with with 3 weeks parking across the road from Heathrow all for £115 what could be better

Squeky bum time.
Tried the meet and greet for the first time, overall I was happy. However!!! I followed the instruction to call the car park when 30 minutes out, typically i couldnt remember my dedicated user code. Note to self WRITE IT DOWN.
So im doing my best to find the correct email on my Iphone, young lady on other end insistant I give the code, registration number, address etc not enough.
All this at 66 mph at 4.40 in morning I didnt need the hassle. Fair enough though, 10 out of 10 for data security.
Having established I was whom I said I was, now told to call again when 10 minutes out. Despite all this there was nobody to meet us when we arrived. Eventually a guy turned up full of appologies checked the car filled in the paperwork and we could catch our flight. Just made check in by 2 minutes.
Return service was great, called the car park on exiting passport control. Car ready and waiting at pick up point.
Nice and clean no extra milage no damage.
Use this service its cheaper than a cab. Just give yourselves extra margins timewise.

A welcome start to our holiday!
We booked an overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza, Heathrow and left our car whilst we went on holiday. The check in facilities were excellent and we were advised of a discounted rates for breakfast, and for future airport parking stays.
In addition, we were advised that our car would remain where it was parked throughout our absence, which was in front of the hotel entrance. We used the Hopper Bus to and from the airport and purchased our return tickets from reception.
Apart from the full buffet style English breakfast we did not eat at the hotel, as we know a very good pub nearby.

Check your car before leaving the car parking
I have been using Quality Airport Parking for over 3 years, easy booking online system, quick transfer on departure and a bit slow pick up service on arrival (have to call them twice and wait for about 30 minutes to be picked up).
I could've given them 4 or 5 stars but I found my car scratched a couple of times - you don't really know who drives/parks your car while you are abroad.
When I complained I was told that I can complain before the car leaves the car parking. So make sure you check very carefully your car before you leave the car parking because if you drive away and see the damages when you arrive home , it will be late...too late.

This hotel is so easy for those who want a hassle free start to their holiday. Only down point is food is expensive, eat before you arrive. This is our second stay and will be using again, it’s so easy, no shuttle bus times to worry about and you can collect your car without returning to reception. Rates appear to be competitive if you compare to parking only and you dont have to worry about traffic problems on the day of your flight.

Move from the North!
We parked at the South Terminal Long Park Plus and took the transit. Very quick and stress free. No car keys to worry about losing., Brilliant! Try it!

This time they booked the Arora Hotel with parking prior to our departure.Hotel is great parking is easy on site and transfers are arranged by the hotel.Would fully recommend

Stress free start and end to holiday
Booked night in hotel before flying out of Manchester and our car was looked after during our holiday. Used service before and package is good value. Efficient and would recommend using Holidayextras.
