Items need to be quality checked prior to despatch

Received the radiators very quickly - delivery service was excellent.

However one radiator came heavily scratched and due to the need to fit these quickly I had to resort to getting a close match paint to cover it up. Fortunately the scratch was on the side on the unit closest to the wall so not too visible however when paid as much as we did , I expected the item to have been quality checked prior to despatch.

After a dreadful experience with another supplier where items listed as being delivered in two days turned out to be not in stock for a further 2 months time - I gave these guys a go.
I was very happy with the service and speed of delivery. They phoned and checked a couple of details and then the delivery was as stated.
Our plumber who fitted the radiators that we bought said they were some of the best quality vertical radiators he had come across.
I'll certianly be using them again.

Found the website easy to navigate, the merchandise was of a reasonable value - not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive - so the sales process ticked a box. Delivery and Post Sales Service - ah different ball game - the package was delivered a day earlier than expected so had to rearrange delivery (weekend in between) and therefore rearrange the plumber! The package then arrived and when the plumber returned to complete the works found only one item had been delivered not the required two - so rather than send him away again, I had to go out and buy the item at, as you can imagine, a greater price. So a week later - back to the website (over a weekend so no phone facility available) - e-mailed my issue, was informed there is a 1 day service level but unfortunately I'm still waiting +24 hours later. Always best to underpromise and overdeliver rather than the other way round in my opinion.

Well I ordered the wrong item, great advice from the helpdesk just rejected the initial delivery and the guy came back with the correctly ordered one the next day, and refunded the following week. The service and communication couldn't have been better and I will recommend this site to others.

Excellent deal from bestbathrooms,I ordered two vertical radiators which arrived within 24 hours of ordering. I will be returning soon for items for my bathroom upgrade.

Really awful damaged goods

Ordered a large vanity unit and matching large wall cabinet. Both items delivered in worst condition I had ever seen. The order over £400. The packaging on basin was falling off. Basin has a very large crack running right through it. The actual vanity unit cracked on right hand side and the wall cabinet cracked right through the middle. I have sent pictures of the damage in and no response as yet.
I guess you will be ok if you products get to you in good condition I would personally not use again as never seen such bad products, deliver and response to customer complaint. Currently am discussing with trading standards.

Fast, punctual delivery.

Ordered a heavy radiator. Very pleased with the product and service. Packaging was bashed and brusied having been dragged along the floor by one person at some point but hopefully will be okay when fitted. Looks fantastic in the box!
