Quick & easy with one minor hitch

I have used this company for the first time and only had one minor hitch which I assume wasn't actually their fault hence 5 stars. I entered a different delivery address however I ended up with a missed delivery card at home and had to go into town to get it (pain!). It turns out that PayPal changed the delivery address back to the invoice address (one to watch in the future!). Other than that, great product, great price and quick delivery.....

Friendly and superfast service

I ordered an electric shower on Wed evening had a call from Fastlec on Thursday morning saying my order was out of stock but they would substitute the enhanced model for the same price. Shower delivered on Friday 10.30am. Brilliant service and I will shop again and tell my friends.

Simply outstanding!

Incredibly good price.
I ordered first thing in the morning and by 'working hours' I already got an order confirmation shortly followed by despatch.

The 'standard' economy post then got the pods to me the following day!

Slight problem to start but very quickly put right. Good service resumed

My first order did not get delivered inside the three days as advertised, however one phone call later it was all sorted out, and delivery was made where and when I wanted.
I do prefer to buy from wholesalers direct but would use Fastlec again.

Fastlec are `Fan`tastic

I ordered a bathroom extractor fan on friday afternoon, and it was at our house the very next morning, and it was the best price I could find online, it arrived well packed and was to replace like for like in the bathroom, but this one had a modified shutter system, which was the part that failed on the other one, and it was cheaper that the other was over 2 years ago, so full marks to Fastlec, and Axia,

After enquiring about another extractor fan model, was advised by the staff that this was not suitable for the position I had intended it for and a different model was suggested. Having looked at this on line called back to order and item was received by 9.30 the following morning. Brilliant service.

Outstanding. They were great. Asked them on Monday late afternoon about stock availability. Had the answer by 8am the next morning. Ordered at 9am on Tuesday and by 10am on Wednesday I had the product. And this was with free delivery. Brilliant. Will definitely use them again. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service, and great price with next day delivery as standard.

Bought a new shower unit as the old one went pop. Looked like whoever fitted the old one didn't tighten the neutral fully so over time the cable block overheated and caused the insulation on the adjacent cables to soften and eventually melt - live to neutral=POP tripping the circuit breaker and RCD. New shower bought as direct replacement so all connections and screw holes aligned - even for a 1985 original shower that had been reinstalled fairly recently before we moved in.

Fastlec generate a level of confidence, and safety in respect of on-line purchases. This is becoming very important as more and more web sites remain open even when the company have closed. The result is that the site takes payment and the products are never delivered.
Fastlec web site, the service, and delivery is excellent. I know that I can start a job for my customer knowing the products will be available on time.

Very fast - despatched same day, even though it was after the cut off time

I was desperate for some dryers. Fastlec were an agent for the particular ones we were after. They had to get them direct from the manufacture. We had missed the cut off time, but the guy at Fastlec persuaded them to get them despatched that day so we could receive them the following day.

Fantastic service.
