Each time I order a product it arrives the next day, and I cannot find a better price. When I call Mr Central Heating I speak to people who seem to love their job, and are knowledgeable on their products.

All prices are very competitive, made a good saving on what I would usually pay in the merchants. Swift delivery and helpful delivery driver. All staff very pleasant and goods as described!
I placed my order,The next day I had a phone call to confirm my order and to inform me that it had been picked and ready for despatch,they also told me what day it would be delivered and that if I required a time of delivery to contact the warehouse after 8 am on the said day, I did this and delivery was within half an hour (early) of the stated time,, the delivery person was happy polite and helpful, overall a really pleasant experience,,, Thank you Mr Central Heating and all your staff,,
I ordered a radiator and realised that I would not be able to take delivery on the day that Mr Central Heating stated it would be delivered. I phoned to rescedule the delivery and the radiator was not delivered as expected. I phoned for an explaination and the manager said that he would get back to me with the reason - he did'nt.

Very happy with the overall transaction and our Lane access problems were correctly conveyed to the delivery chap who was very polite. (Lane width restrictions have been a problem in the past for some deliveries). However, he asked if I could help in carrying the boiler a short distance into our house and I was surprised to discover that he was not provided with a porter's type trolley, for example. Fortunately I did have one which he could use. I am currently recovering from a hip replacement and any lifting/carrying assistance would have been difficult for me and no one else was available. I am now awaiting the plumber to install the boiler.
Ordered it Thursday night, got a friendly call the next day to confirm which was backed up by an e-mail, received on Monday by a great helpful delivery guy. Cheap kit at top class service, can't ask for much more than that. Would definitely re-use.
I found the ordering process really quick and easy and the goods were delivered incredibly swiftly. However, when I called with a relatively simple question about flow and return temperatures, no one was really able to answer my question. I eventually had to call the manufacturer of the radiator directly to get a response.
Mr Central Heating delivered on the day they said they would, and only 25 minutes late, having been able to give me a half hour window. That's pretty impressive compared to Better Bathrooms, whom we had to sue over six months because of their utter ineptitude. When Mr Central Heating proved unable to ring the mobile number I had deliberately listed in the special comments section of the order form, they at least managed to email to tell me so. However a major negative is their inability to take payment from a card different to the delivery address. Also they insist on a landline number with the order, which is terribly anachronistic but you can get around it by making one up, as I did.

Liked the fact that within one hour of making the order over the internet, I was called by someone in person confirming the order and advising me of the delivery date. Very good service.
i have used this company many times when i was self employed the service,goods,delivery all excellent,we have only been at our new home a short time and have already given two of our neighbours information on the central heating man.
Priced the items required locally,found expensive .Sat down to browse the internet for firms and prices. mrcentral heating came up. compared items and prices and found to cheaper than most .Never ordered such items on net before asked the wifes opinion as she is the boss and on inspecting the total cost her words were go for it.Telephoned head office regarding my order as I had a mistake.No problem the gentleman on other side of phone was so helpful it was worth the time.We can only praise their service and prices and items ordered house now much warmer. ordered a rad and a valve, valve was differant to what i ordered and when i contacted the branch who sent it they tried to tell me didnt stock the one i ordered. seemed strange as why not refuse my order? had to go to head office and then replacement took 5 days to get here and plumber had to come back. never again
Ordered the new radiators on the Saturday wife got a phone call on the following Tuesday to confirm delivery on the following Friday just as I had asked them for as she was off that day the delivery driver rang her to say he was on his way & be there in about half an hour, when he got to my address he even apologised for being a bit late as he was held up in a traffic jam he then carried all the new radiators upstairs into the front room for my wife, I don't know who the delivery driver was but the company he works for should be proud of having such a great person working for them.
From placing the order online, to delivery of order was only two days, all the time being kept up to date with the order delivery etc. Wish all companies were so efficient and obliging, very good value for money and excellent service.
