Useless Support staff

I orderd a game and paid it via skrill. somehowe their software didn't notice my payment and i wrot a support ticket. they promised me to have the payment checked manually and that they would send me the key after that. until now nothing happend, even after i asked for new informations concerning my order.

bad customer service

I ordered amazing spiderman from these people using paypal i dont have an account so i just payed using card number.when i did the order it said awaiting refund and when i asked support why is this showing he said because my paypal email address doesnt match the online keystore email adress....i got the invoice from paypal stating i payed using the same email...after i told him the need to take the blame because there just covering up there mistake...he said they dont take the blame i do with a smiley face....If u also scroll down and read the reviews people have the same problem where they will put all the blame on you...here the response i got..also there are better website like direct2play.com, look at the reviews and compare

I already bought 3 games from them, and so far I didn't had any problem, the games works fine with STEAM and ORIGIN. Their are trustful.

Normally it would be a an excellent review.

So lets start, From previous buys I would normally give OKS a very good review of being smooth and fast, but not this time, this time it took me over the 24hours guaranteed period to receive one of my keys which was for Homefront and remember it is a 24 hour GUARANTEED period so you would rightfully expect some kind of compensation for them not meeting that time period but instead they say because it was a bug in THEIR system THEY did nothing wrong and will not accept responsibility for the lateness, I know for a fact if This was to happen at for e.g [External reference removed] with their next day GUARANTEED delivery they wouldn't hesitate to give you the delivery money back because THEY can accept that bugs in THEIR system are their fault and they missed that guarantee, no excuses.

Eventually in the end I got the key after they had to send it to me manually.

Edit: they have now lied and in the comments of this say they don't offer a 24hour guarnteed period yet I proved them wrong by linking their own support site to them.

Why don't the retail stores have these prices?

First time I bought a game on OKS was because I was eager to play a good FPS, spoke with a few friends and they suggested me the said store. After a quick browsing in the games section I found what is now one of my favourite games with such a low price you would drool all over your keyboard. After that I've purchased a few more and everytime, they got me surprised with their quick response/delivery time. OnlineKeyStore's support is another overwhelming factor. When I lost my Modern Warfare 3 steam game from the steam library, I only needed to speak with steam support in order to ask why it happened, showed a few prints to a very understading OKS worker, and they offeredme a voucher (discount code) worthing the complete value of the MW3 key. That was when they got me completely jaw dropped.
To conclude, in a near future, my games library will get bigger, certainly. With the enormous variety they have, I will some issues trying to choose from the great ammount of games they have avaliable.

This site is pretty great, i have gained all my orders quickly and just once the download link was missing but then i just contacted support and they helped me pretty quick. So yeah! Overall a great site :) Nice and cheap!

The greatest and cheapest key store!

Although I bought only one game from "Onlinekeystore" so far, my experience is very positive. Unluckily, I bought the game at the time when their web site was under maintenance, so I had to wait a couple of days after the purchase. I contacted them via their Facebook page for update where I received a quick and helpful response. After a short time, I received my key and successfully used it on Steam.

"Onlinekeystore" will certainly be my number one choice when buying games, especially because of the price, which I believe is the best (cheapest) around. Highly recommended!

ik zat al langer te kijken op diablo 3 maar de prijs via blizzard is ronduit belachelijk.

OnlineKeyStore delivers a great service when it comes to a failure payment.

A few days ago I ordered Black ops 2, but with the paying method a mistake was made cause a disconnecting with the internet.

Beter om hier niet te kopen, alleen de betaling verliep vlekkeloos.

I orderd Simcity limitid edition, haven't heard anything, havent recieved a game only a key..
The don't answer my mail so i made a ticket today like the want, and i am still waiting.
This is a easy way to make money.
No support product no anything.
I waited for my product from 6-3 and now the simcity is sold even cheaper.
Not nice i hope other people will not be trapped like me.

Terrible Customer Service

After pre-ordering SimCity, OnlineKeyStore only provided a very late update that keys would start issuing on 07/03/2013 at around 9am GMT. After 9am GMT there was no information provided to customers as to when keys would start being released or if there is a delay. Almost 3 hours later, facebook posts asking for information were being deleted. OnlineKeyStore treated me as a spammer as I continued to ask why facebook posts were being deleted and no information was being provided after each deleted, and I was blocked from the facebook page. Asking for information is not spamming! I finally asked for ;a refund and had to wait for a rude email stating that the pre-order was cancelled but did not include if money was being refunded. I understand if there is a delay, but refusing to comment and deleting customer enquiries is not the way to handle a business. I will now never purchase from or recommended OnlineKeyStore to anyone.

Facebook is not support, had you opened a support ticket we would have solved your issue as per our SLA.

You were banned from Facebook as per are terms and conditions regarding spam, your money was refunded and this was clearly stated in the email.

Cheap, great website, great support

just purchased simcity from onlinekeystore (oks), i choose oks because of the cheap price and fast delivery. I was a bit scepticle about purchasing from the site because of it being an online store that will send you the serial, but after some reviews from trustpilot and facebook i took the chance to purchase the game, i am looking forward to getting the game tomorrow.

A company you can trust.

The big problem with online keystores is that you don't know where they got it from.
I've bought keys form other websites earlier, but some of the keys I bought were often banned a bit later with the reason "creditcard fraud".

I was searching for a company that I could trust. I found OKS on google and I was like, "lets try this". So far I've bought around 15 keys for different games. Cheap price, and not a single one banned! Thank you OKS :)

Hidden costs!

After ordering a game that was marked "Direct2Drive", which translates into Quote: "Download2Drive is a service for retail keys (non-Steam and non-Origin) whereby the user can indefinitely download the retail files from us for use with their licence (key)", and receiving the key after not even a minute, I had to pay an additional fee of 2€ to download the game from them!
I recognize that it is expensive to run big file-servers for all the files and probably the game publisher requires them to have costly protection for the files. BUT customers have to know that there are additional costs involved if they want to download the game from there!
So I leave this website with very mixed feelings: Happy that the delivery of the keys took less than a minute, but also offended that I have to pay for the download of the game without being warned.

Please be aware that all sites charge additional fees for downloads especially ones that are very cheap anyway to begin with. We are working on ways to make it more transparent but it does tell you that it cots an extra €2 if you notice the button that says +download where it explains unless you click that it will be a key only.

I do understand this is hard sometimes to notice but we dont do this intentionally

no word....1 minute for a key...it wonderfull

slechte zaak ze willen je id kaart zien dat terwijl ik met me eigen pas betaal dus vertrouw dat niet helemaal

zij hebben mij opgelicht ik had sonic generations besteld via steam krijg een code
die ik vaag vond en typde die in en stond failed bij geld wel afgeschrijfen en dan mail ik ze tig keer vraagen ze mij een keer om mijn id kaart wat ik dus vaag vind en wat ik niet zomaar laat zien dus krijg ik dit te hooren
we verbannen je van ons site als je niet je id kaart laat zien dus hebben ze mij verbannen maar mijn geld is zomaar weg koop hier ook zekker niks meer op deze manier

let me explain a few things here.

1. you bought something with false details which dont match your ip or billing details so we ask for verification to prevent fraud.

2. you refused to do this and as per our terms and conditions you agreed to at purchase we then suspend the account for failure to provide any identification.

3. not at any time did you receive a code so it cant be not working as you claim, we also provided a full refund.

4. We are a registered business and details are at the footer of the site, we dont keep any id verification documents we use it only to verify we have valid billing details.


If you had just been honest with info provided we would have simply sent game and you wouldn't be leaving bad feedback here.

Good but some titles mislead you

Purchased a game from them last year that was listed as Direct Download with the Digital Distribution Logo displayed which says: "The files downloaded are from publisher digital distribution packages and you are allowed to re download them as many times as you like from wherever you are".

However what they do is sneak in an extra fee, because all I got was the game key and the game itself wasn't downloaded from the publisher at all despite the product page saying so (clearly a lie). You have to pay an extra fee to get the ISO download from Online Key Store, so be careful if you see something that says direct download. It actually means CD key only but download available as an extra fee, the product pages are not clear enough at all. The product pages lie and some games are not downloaded from the publisher, instead just some random ISO you uploaded to your own servers.

Had a rough ride but it was still awsome

I was very happy when I frist found AC3 at this site for an incredible price ,but I didn't trust the site at all.Eentally I got over my fear and bought the key.It was e-mailed within a minute and activated the game with no problems.In time the game turned out not to be exactly as the site described it but the support filled out the missing DLCs and ULCs.

In the bottomline I'm very happy with my first game purchase.
