Fast deliveries, photography is too light though!
I've used Pediwear twice to purchase shoes. Both times the delivery was surprisingly fast given I'm in Australia. The only complaint I would have is that the colours have not quite matched the photography on the website - both pairs were much lighter than I was expecting.

Just a perfect transaction.I ordered from switzerland and everything went well. There might be other sellers which have a slightly faster shipping but I still received my package withun 10 days, which is absolutely okay for an international order. It wasn't the first and surely wan't be the last time I ordered from pediwear. Hence I would recommend this company to anyone!

I live in the US and am always hesitant to buy from overseas retailers because of the fear of getting hit with unexpected customs or import fees. The folks at Pediwear responded very quickly to my email answering all of my questions regarding shipping methods. They also provided some unsolicited information about the fit of the particular shoe that I was buying that would have potentially saved me a lot of time, money, and headache, had I not already been familiar with Tricker's.
I would not hesitate to shop with them again.

The shoes we wanted were out of stock, however we were informed straight away and given the choice of waiting for them or cancelling the order. We chose to wait, the shoes were delivered within weeks, we were kept fully informed. Fabulous free gift and a tin of polish...highly recommended and will definitely shop with them again.

VEry very good old fashioned customer care
I am very happy with my purchases at Pediwear. Last time I had to send back an item (I ordered wrong size of shoes) and the interaction regarding this was perfect.
I am based in Stockholm btw and woul esily recommend overseas purchases from Pediwear.
I do notice that this sounds overtly but I am very happy with the service.

Last month I ordered a pair of Loake shoes from Pediwear. Saying that the service was great all the way through would be a gross understatement. I received prompt replies to my emails concerning color availability and possible replacements. The store met the deadline for dispatch, but the best part was that the shoes were packaged and sent via airmail to Russia on the very next day. In contrast, with Charles Tyrwhitt I had to wait 7-8 days for export.
The shoes arrived in perfect condition (there was only one small niggle, but that was due to improper handling at the customs, like it usually happens in Russia). Totally satisfied.

Last month I bought a pair of wonderful Oxford shoes from Loake. I ordered from Germany. The processing was very uncomplicated and a change request was approved without any problems.

Friendly, Fast and Easy to Deal With
Of the few occasions I wrote with some questions I always received competent and friendly answers. The Website is easy to use and navigate; the whole Shopping Experience feels good.

So so customer service, inferior products!
Bought three pairs of Loake Aldwych. Two pairs were of inferior craftsmanship. One box arrived containing a pair of two different sizes. Had to wait about two months to get a new pair. When that pair arrived the right shoe was totally wrongly sewn. The whole shoe is tilted to the left. One of the other pairs contained a shoe on to which the tongue of the shoe was totally wrongly sewn. The tongue of that shoe slips to the right all the time. Contacted both Pediwear and Loake about this. Loake has not even bothered to answer. Pediwear states the obvious that they or Loake can't judge the shoes without having access to them and minor differences between shoes are to be expected as the shoes are hand sewn. Because of that I do feel that there is no use for me to send the shoes back as the probable answer would be that there is nothing wrong with the shoes and I would only end up with paying about 50 pounds in freight charges for nothing.
I have bought my fifth and last pair of Loakes, that's for sure!

The website is above average, but if you have questions, the service staff is very knowledgeable of the products and can guide you to the correct size.
The pictures of the shoes are spot on - I do wish that more of the shoes had close ups to really get the details. Pricing is better that in here in the U.S.
There were no problems with shipping or with customs.
I had a great experience and will shop again with them.

Perfect - just what I ordered and delivered within estimated time lines.
I was a little nervous in buying shoes on-line. Concerns about getting the correct size, quality, shipping etc. I was told by a local retailer that the shoes I was looking at were likely to be 'fake' or 'seconds'; so I called the maufacturer and they vouched for pediwear and I called pediwear and they helped with the size (I also tried the shoes on in a local store).
Overall I was really pleased with the result - a great pair of shoes at a much more reasonable price and a few little extras free (shoe care kit and a tie). The only slight question I had was around shipping one of the 'free' products. I had the opportunity to get a free set of shoe trees but the shipping was 12£ - I chose not to accept this gift. I would certainly buy again.

Easy online ordering to Australia
Took two and a half weeks to get shoes delivered to Sydney. Cedar wood trees were included for free as they ran out of plastic ones, and discounts given for 2nd and later orders. Would recommend as best option outside sale season.

I purchased a Tilley hat for my husband, it was too large so I had to return it, there was a small problem with delivery of the replacement but it was very soon rectified and they were clearly quite concerned about it and followed up that every thing was ok. Excellent service, I would definately buy again and recommend this company.
