No more schlepping 30lb bags of dog food up my stairs!!
Petflow.com is an awesome alternative to shopping in your local pet food store. It always came down to the last minute of rushing out to get the bulky bags of dog food--which is only available at a few stores because we use a "boutique" brand of grain-free food. Not only does Petflow.com carry our brand, but they delivered it to our door within 2 days for free!! What can be better??

Very inexpensive
My dog loves bully sticks, but they're kind of expense; around $2.50 each locally. But I bought them from PetFlow for only $.99 each. What a deal!!!

shopping UI was cluttered and shipping took too long
I purchased a groupon like deal for petflow and the idea seemed so convenient and novel. The only problem is their UI for their website doesn't really provide for an easy shopping experience and they take too long to shop.
Over all it was nice that they had all the brands I usually shop from, but I'm not sure if there's an advantage to shopping with them online again vs just picking it up in the store.

Customer Service You Cant Believe!
First time using PetFlow.com. Was pleased on the free shipping plus a extra 15% off order. What I didn't expect was the order arriving within 2 days.! Still cant believe that in todays world, there is still companies that actually provide Customer Service.

We have been very pleased with Petflow delivery service. Our orders have been prompt and our product has always been in great shape. I love that you carry higher quality dog food like Ziwi Peak, many pet store do not carry this brand. Having Ziwi Peak delivered monthly also costs less than buying in the pet stores and it is always here when we need it so we don't run out.

Petflow.com made online shopping quick and easy.
I had a great time shopping at petflow.com. It was very easy to use their site and check out was a breeze. Petflow is the only place that I have found that has the size of puppychow from Purina that is priced at a great price.I like to buy the bigger bags and petflow.com has them. No one else has them for this price, or you have to join their program and pay money to join just to buy from them. Petflow.com was very fast and easy to use. thank you petflow.com for a great job well done.

I was happy to get my order -- FINALLY!
I was delighted that a brand of food one of my (senior) cats likes, but which I'd been told was discontinued, was available from PetFlow.. However, my order was not filled as quickly as I would have liked (probably as a result of these issues); the update that it was being shipped was very welcome.
I'd also have liked to order more of this product, so I sent in a suggestion to this effect. Maybe it will work, and PetFlow will track down more of this item.

Company was easy to deal with and shipping was quick.
My problem is not with the company, but the item ordered. I bought Bully sticks for my dog. These came from India, and were by far the worst smelling bullies ever! I won't be buying this item again.

I purchased one of the Pet Corrector spray cans as I have a dog that is part chihuahua, and barks at everything that moves and some things that don't! It arrive in 4-5 days, and so far is helping. She still barks, but not so hysterically and not so loud, and is much calmer. Thanks a bunch! Somebody posted to your facebook page advertising it that people should save their money and just work with their dogs better. I posted back that this worked better than anything else I have tried and was well worth the money.

Adorable and Utilitarian Thundershirts
It has helped my beagle mix to have much less fear when there is a thunderstorm in the area. My dogs don't normally wear clothing but he does not seem to mind this. It's almost like he knows he feels better in it. The best thing is, it fits all three of my various shaped dogs because of all the stretch and Velcro and I get more use out of it because they have different needs for the Thundershirt. I may be ordering another one soon.

Speedy delivery
The website was a little hard to navigate. I just wanted to order dog food but the pet flow box kept showing up. A little frustrating. This is my first order. Tried it because of a living social coupon. But I did sign up for the auto delivery so I'll see how that works out. Got a good deal on the blue buffalo treats. Remind me to rate you again when I receive my first delivery.

Fast Accurate Service, Reasonably Priced
This is the first time using PetFlow, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I just know that I'm tired of dragging bags of kitty litter and canned wet food from the store. Since my 11-year-old cat won't eat anything but wet food anymore, I have to special order Friskies Indoor formula wet food for him. I don't even see it much in the stores here, and I need quite a bit because my cat goes through 1 - 2 cans a day. So ordering it by the case online seemed like a great solution. It IS. I was really pleased that my order got here 2 days after it was shipped as promised (actually a little early). I am saving money this way, too, rather than buying individual cans of this and that to keep my boy happy. He loves the indoor formula wet food, and I'll keep buying it as long as he eats it. This was a great online purchase experience. I have no complaints.

I love this company!
I recently place an order for the first time. I will definitely be ordering again. I love the variety of brands and the convienence. If I could change one thing about the web site, I would make it so you can sort your searches by pet type. Say I search for toys, I am a cat owner, I don't want to look through dozens of dog toys to find cat toys. Otherwise, this has been great! My order arrived on time and was very nicely packaged for shipping.
