I've only made one purchase but so far I like how it works. I live 45 miles from the closest pet store so it's a drive for food when I get low. Having it come right to my door is a dream come true.

Had to put my puppy on a grain free diet - specialty pet store stocked the stuff but it was SOOOO expensive - saved a ton and didn't have to go to the store by purchasing on line from pet flow!
The dog food arrived in fine shape but the box was just about falling apart. The tape didn't hold the box together. Not sure if it was bad tape or the person taping the box was a little stingy on taping.
Placed my first order with autoship added. Received a tracking number and it did not show on FEDEX. After 3 days I called and was told that the food was on back order. Why did I get shipping information if it had not shipped and furthermore why did I have to call to be told it was delayed. Customer Service was friendly - but had no answer other then I am sorry. Now I have been trying to change the dry food autoship and it keeps defaulting to the wrong food. Plan to cancel autoship because I do not like how cumbersome it is to make a change. Also, do not like having to track down an order either. Good prices and nice folks...but shipping and communication falls very short.
Prices are a bit higher than I see at pet stores (10% or so), but considering the convenience and free shipping (on orders over a certain amount), I think that is reasonable. Will keep using this service!
I haven't canceled it yet, but my cats were not at all impressed with the may rotten box. They loved the cheap mice toys, and one liked the treats, but that's about it. The giant catnip treat dispenser was just that..giant! They didn't know what to do with it. The catnip markers were entirely ineffective, and the weird silicon muffin holder "toy"..I don't even know what to say about that. They didn't even look it. I'm giving rotten box another shot. Hopefully june's box is better..especially for the price.
I called the company in regards to a product question. I was able to speak to a real person who was very helpful. I received my order in a timely manner and was very happy with it. Would order again
I ordered dog food and dog chews to be sent to a shelter in OK to help the dogs that were in the tornado. After placing my order, I realized that I forgot to enter the promo for a discount, so I contacted their cust service dept. They got right back to me, said it was no problem to give me the discount after the order was placed. I had the discount that day. I was provided with a tracking number so that I could see when my donation was recvd. Petflow is an efficient, well run business. They care about animals in need and even tho they are in NY, my order was recvd in OK within days of the order. That's when it was needed not weeks later. They truly care for animals.
Pet flow has any and all pet foods I have ever
needed. Sometimes shipping charges can cost as
much or more than the order. I had no shipping
charges on my most recent order. Since I have cancer
I cannot get around like before, so having Pet Flow send
the orders to my door has been a godsend. Shortly after
I place the order, it is at my door.
I have only purchased two products so far, one is the stress free liquid, and the other is the pet corrector, I haven't had to use the stress liquid, but the pet corrector I have used it once, and so far it has worked. but im sure ill need it again.

i had received an email for free shipping when i signed up with auto ship. i did just that and never received the free shipping....they said there was a $15 minimum for that email....i read the email several times...NO minimum was stated anywhere...i fowarded the email...and still did not get the free shipping as stated. told them to cancel the order but said OOPS too late, already sent...was not happy and wont shop again
thought it looked like a good deal, but much more expensive than in local food store:(
Had a discount code, but I entered some wrong data on the shiping page. When I fixed the error, the coupon code had disappeared and when I went to check out, it didn't give a chance to review it and add it back. When I called I was told "too bad". I would not buy anything form them

This is a wonderful service for elderly people who have a hard time schlepping big bags of dog food. This way I just have to get it in the door and dump it in the bin. (Hard enough when you're old.)
