Excellent service with speedy delivery
Had a problem with a dripping shower. Shower doc was able to identify the shower from photos I emailed. Gave me options either to buy the shower cartridge £132 or purchase an overhaul kit £14 , which is seals ,washers and circlips, all that is required to do the job. They had video online linked to their website. Watch it a few times as it is done in "real time". It has tips and hints on problems that may occur when overhauling the shower cartridge. This was invaluable and recommend watching and following the advice. Think anybody could overhaul the cartridge if they take their time. I've waited a fortnight before writing the review,shower still working prefectly. Showerdoc service, advice, identification of the shower and delivery was second to none.

It took a bit longer
The required item was not a runof-the-mill spare (bottom trim panel). I opted for express delivery because of possible difficulty in operating the shower without it, The order was placed late Wednesday so I anticipated delivery on Friday/Saturday in good time for the Service Engineer visit on Monday. I queried delivery on Saturday and was given an apology for the delay and an assurance that delivery would be expedited. Monday came and the Service Engineer came but no sign of the panel. Fortunately The Engineer knew his job and fixed the problem using the damaged trim panel. The trim panel finally arrived on Tuesday and will be fitted at a later date. After paying a double delivery charge I expected a better service. If non-delivery had needed a return Service Engineer visit and being unable to use the shower for some more days, this review would have been much less tolerant of the delivery service failure.

Got it Right First Time
Really would recommend this website complete with video explaining in easy to understand language our particular problem with our shower. Instead of rushing out to buy new shower, the site identified the problem, sent the spare part very quickly and showed how to fit it.
