BAWARE Styleandbeauty.net are a complete fraud.

My wife loves Cristobal perfume by Balenciaga but unfortunately in the UK it is very hard to find. Following an extensive search a found a company by the name of Style & Beauty (styleandbeauty.net).

I proceeded to do an online search to see if there had been any complaints regarding them but found nothing so decided to trust them & place my order.

On 03/05/11 I placed an order with Style & Beauty & completed payment via CCBILL using my Visa card, on 08/05/11 I received my order only to find that they had sent Coco Chanel Mademoiselle.

I contacted Style & Beauty via there online complaints form but received no reply, I then contacted them again on 2 more occasions but still they did not reply.

My suspicions where further aroused when I realised that the address on the envelope was listed as Bulgaria, a well known hotspot for fake goods, unfortunately there is no mention of the address on there website if there had been I would never have ordered.

I decided to enter there details in to Google (Perfumes Ltd) only to be bombarded with websites listing hundreds of complaints, however all the complaints related to a company called Scent Mail. The full address for Scent Mail was identical to Style & Beauty & nearly all said they had also received the wrong item & that the item was fake.

Today 16/05/11 I took the Coco Chanel Mademoiselle to my local Debenhams who immediately declared it a fake they even showed me a bottle of Mademoiselle to compare it to & yes it was defiantly a fake.

I am now in the process contacting all relevant organisations but unfortunately very little will be done as internet fraud is never considered a serious crime.
