Great price; poor availability updates; longer lead time than quoted; wrong product in package

Ok, so best price on the internet for what I wanted, so great. But once ordered, no dispatch notification for nearly a week - delivery quoted as 1-3 days! Had to make three phone calls - first one saying "dispatching tomorrow" - didn't happen. Second saying "some technical issues" and no update. Third call - will be with me by Friday. All a bit woolly. When it finally arrived, although the packaging was correct, the physical product inside wasn't the correct one - had to order one from Germany as much higher cost, but at least it was with me in 2 days flat. All in all, not great. But efficient returns policy and comms around this.

Just what the doctor ordered !

My daughters a medical student and wanted some index cards to help with her studies, after looking on the internet for a while I came across this website and found exactly what I was looking for. The cost was definitely in her student budget, and less than half the price of anywhere else. I will definitely be using this website again.

So far so good

I placed an order with WAE Plus and whilst I have not yet received the item, so far so good. Only time will tell.

Delivery poor, customer service non existent

I bought a router through this company as their prices were good. I paid for the 1-3 day delivery and waitied....

My email confirmation shows that my order was received before 3pm which they state is the cut off for same day order processing, However, when I logged in to check my order status it showed it was due to me between the 17th and 21st May.

On the 21st, the order status then showed that the item was being processed and shipped so I called to ask why the goods weren't already with me and to request a refund of the carriage charges as the goods wouldn't be delivered on time.

The operator was totally useless, couldn't care about me as a customer and just kept responding that I couldn't have a refund of the delivery charges as my goods would be with me on the 22nd. I kept explaining that I paid for an expidited delivery and that I hadn't actually received that service but he couldn't grasp the concept.

I very much doubt I would use these people again nor recommend them.

Very delayed delivery on 'stock item', no reasonable explanation given.

Ordered an item as price was best on the internet. Selected 1-3 day delivery. Item showed as being in stock. 7 days later no item and no contact from wae+. Called them to find out what was going on and just told that will be probably sent today (wed) and to expect item by the monday. Unacceptable on what is supposed to be a stock item. Will not purchase from wae+ in the future.

Delivery wait is too long.

I ordered on the 8th and received on the 21st. this was the predicted delivery time. But I dont think this is good enough. It was a Birmingham to Birmingham delivery too. I can get stuff from China more quickly. I think a review of delivery is needed by the company. The laptop case I ordered was great and just what I needed. With better delivery it would have been perfect.

My items should have been with me more than a week ago. After the due date I emailed to ask where they were. The reply was an apology and a statement that they would look into it. This time an apology and I was told they would be sent "next day" delivery. My items still have not arrived and I have just emailed again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Appalling service

I placed my order because the item was in stock and delivery would be in 7 to 9 days. The website is still giving the same information but 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for delivery. I've emailed and phoned but they can give me no idea when I can expect delivery. The excuse is deliveries are delayed due to a technical glitch!!!!!!!! Not good enough.

Easy and simple to use with some reservations

Found this site selling what I wanted and ordered which was very simple. Be aware they obviously do not stock items advertised as Delivery times are excessive . In my case 8 to 10 days for something I could get quicker from China or the USA. Even their "Express" delivery is 5 to 7 days (comes by tortoise) That said postage charges reasonable but if you need anything urgent for business use check delivery

Bit confused ...will see how it goes

It seems impossible to get through on the phone hence many emails back and forth between lots of different ppl which made things confusing. Asked for quicker delivery as I was leaving the country, one person said no problem then another replied saying not possible. I really hope my order arrives in nine days...

The ordering process was simple, with free delivery, and the price was very competitive (cheapest I could find, including from the big competitors). Will check prices here again next time I am ordering computer stuff.

Ordered 9th May did not receive till 20th could have been quicker.

Slow delivery but Plantronics Ear Piece works well.

Delivery took twice as long as promised but once the Plantronics Ear Piece arrived it worked very well and I am happy.

Still waiting

I had read reviews which said this company took a long time to deliver
but thought I would give them a chance as the prices seemed good
I ordered my item (an electric toothbrush) on 14th May, just looked at
order status which says 'awaiting fulfilment', so not a fast delivery or
dispatch as today is the 20th May. Hard to rate as still Awaiting Fulfilment!

Very frustrating, thankfully I remembered the phonetic alphabet otehrwise I have no idea how I would have got the goods ordered. I dont think that my scottish accent is at all hard to understand, but I nearly gave up half way through the transaction when faced with having to start spelling out my delivery address. I hope you ave no customers trying to get deliveries to Auchtermuchty - the agent may well expire at the end of the phone.
Hoping the goods arrive and are what we are hoping for.

Very Poor Customer Service

I ordered a flash Gun in early May and when it had still not arrived I telephoned you.

Your rep looked up the order and told me that there had been delays and the supplier had not sent the item and you had no idea when it might arrive. Totally unacceptable and no communication had I not rung I could have been waiting for ages.

I have cancelled my order and requested a refund which I was then told would take at least 7 days but could take up to 30 days - again totally unacceptable.

I will not be using your services again
