just the job

when phoned staff were polite and helpfull tickets arrived safely and were as promised in the front in short everything went well

it seems as if most online casinos are rigged. the only thing that seems not to be is when you actually play real people.

Free bet qualification

I found the free bet incentive for new customers quite misleading. I placed my first bet as an accumulator with odds of over 10/1 but as one of the selections was below 1.5 it didn't qualify, this should be made clearer in the terms and conditions.

Geat website but they pester you with phone calls

Yep had phone on the website but they phone from you at at the drop of a hat which is very annoying.
