Hice un pedido que, por ahorrar costes en el transporte, me lo iban a envia vía China. La verdad es que no tenía excesiva confianza en que me fuera a llegar. Pero sorprendentemente lo recibí muy rápido y sin ningún tipo de problemas.

Misrepresent products, completely useless rating system, and no returns or refunds

A product that was represented as Brand New - The product was in used condition, partially assembled, missing parts, documentation for another product, and not functional. This is from China Town - 97.8 positive rating (most likely by employees). Best advice is to stay away and do not deal with China Town, AliExpress (useless maze of unhelpful websites), and/or Alibaba - Business practices do not meet any acceptable level. They are a waste of time.

wrong orders no fixing

The items that look as too good to be true, well they are not true. I purchased a tablet case look pretty after, I gave the review took another look at the item and it had a big chunk missing in one corner and it was burned. No point on returning lost a little money. I purchased a big phone 5.3 inches I paid for an sd card and an extra battery neither came. They don't speak english use translators and play dumb. The seller wanted me to give him my paypal account to returned me $5.00 of the $7.93 he stoled no deal lost money again.
I took the phone to T mobile and the internet didn't work it was locked to baidu so I' m just using it as an mp3/4 player. The voice is super low need speakers. What those sellers get is like the 99 cents stores old stuffed and defective items. If you really want something there don't spend more than $20.00.

If there is a problem you won't get nothing back ,you're money are gone !!!!!

Not a problem

I have now received about 30 items that I bought and have had no problems. China Post can be a little slow but not that bad. I even had one seller Ella Jewellery send me a refund when I did not receive the item and only asked if I would pay her again if it turned up - which it did and I returned her money. I frequently get friendly messages informing me of any developments. I have nothing but praise for Aliexpress.

One big scam

The title says it all. And whats up with all the fake 5 star reviews!?!?!?

Even the top rated sellers are scammers!!!

I was looking for a bulb adaptor which apparently was not on offer anywhere in the world but on Aliexpress (nor the appropriate bulb size). I chose a seler with over 98% positive rating (probably mostly faked, as I think now (as the 5-stars reviews here, btw)). And guess what.... received a trash (wrong size). The policy of this website is YOU as the buyer have to PROVE YOU RECEIVED RUBBISH. How do you measure diameter of a small electronic device where every mm matters? You need quite specialized tools for this. Surely every Chinese has plenty of them at home. Unfortunately, not me. I wasn't able to find any specialized service to do it properly and the "dispute" (after the seller just denied anything is wrong with his "product") was, of course, REJECTED. And even if I was successfull, guess what - another Chinese specialty! - you get NO REFUND for shipping costs of sending the trash back!! Another detail: when trying to leave appropriate feedback, the website claims I have entered special/Chinese (!) characters! What the F*CK!!! And no way to contact Help Center either - whatever question you choose, "sorry, the help is not available" for it.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE, unless you love to loose you money, your temper and your time.

What I can't understand with you, is why anyone who is interested in becoming your customer, must gives you his money for a product that you don't have it and you don't even have the courtesy to mention it on your site. VARNING !!!!! KÖP INTE FRÅN DETTA FÖRETAG

Beställde en surfplatta för 2600 kr plus frakt 100 kr. Order nr 1128568595. Den kom efter en vecka via DHL. Skärmen var spräckt p.g.a. att emballaget var helt undermåligt. Aliexpress tog inget ansvar för detta. På mail svarade dom att jag fick skylla mig själv som skrivit under mottagningen av DHL.

Many small scams under one large umbrella scam.

First there are some decent sellers and products here but they are few and far between. Most everything is a knockoff. Most knockoffs are poor at even being that. The escrow service protection they claim on their site is a lie. They will never give your money back.

Not had an Issue!

We have been dealing with Aliexpress for a while and besides the occasional hiccup here and there its gone rather smoothly! Your Money which you pay for items is held until such time as you confirm your delivery has arrived. DO NOT accept if there is any problem with the item :) once you accept then you may not always find a seller willing to fix an issue... but not all sellers are like that :) ... In one circumstance there was a mix up and we were promptly refunded our money. All in all not that bad a place to deal with :)

Didn't expect!

I ordered 2 cases by 2 different supplieres. First I looked at the reviews, they were good.
Within 60 days i would have the product, the first case was here in 2 weeks, the second in 3 weeks. In good shape en in prommised presentation!

I've been so happy for those things I have bought from Aliexpress. It was in really good time, and no problems at all.
All you have to do, is make sure your seller is trustable, which you can see on the webside. Or you can write to them.

If you don't get your item, you have to "open dispute" before the limit rans out (60 days after shipment is made) or it's to late and you don't get your item or your Money back.

The second problem people has, is that their item never arrives, and if you have chosen free china post air, it might be therefor. If it's an expensive item ship it with an other Company.

Maybe I've been lucky......

I'm an avid airsofter and have been using this sight for about a year to purchase airsoft accessories. Ihate the shipping time, but its free and coming from asia, so it is what it is. The prices are cheaper than most us sites. Everything I've ordered has come on time, and I've been satisfied 100% of the time. I've read horror stories on here about them, but maybe I've just been lucky.

Positively surprised

Although slightly concerned, I decided to try out Aliexpress - they got a lot of stuff to choose from and prices that are often extremely low (not always - make sure to check them!).
I have used my VISA to shop and have now received 8-10 different purchases during recent 3 months. Some times delivery times have been long - mostly related to long shipment time of the free shipping from China, so I cant complain about that. I have always been able to see that the product actually leaves the seller quite fast - and then it can end up hanging for some time at international export or import post offices.
I have been very positively surprised - the stuff I've received have been according to description and in fine working order. Some times I've ended up concluding that some of the items were just cheap Chinese products - which is exactly what I paid for... at other times I have gotten quite good quality stuff exceeding my expectations and at only a fraction of the cost I would have paid normally.

There's a question on import duties etc:
I live in Denmark (Europe) and as with all trade across EU borders import tax and VAT must be paid - including a steep 180DKK handling fee. However, there's a triviality limit of 80 DKK (excl postage) below which Import handling is not necessary. Several of my purchases has been within that amount. On some occasions my more expensive shipments have sneaked through also without import handling.

Be very, very careful

Be warned. The merchant reviews are all faked and changed by the webmaster. I made a HUGE mistake and bought something from Bluetimes or Blue Times or whatever they call themselves now, and got a nonfunctional unit. Return cost half the cost of the unit, no sign of refund. Gave them a 1 star review. Noted that they retained their 5 star status and my review was changed to a 4 star by the webmaster. No response to my inquiries. Scam Central.

I ordered five products, of which I have only two. I do not have refund the money, do not send me other products, I do not answer the email and chat. Are well camouflaged scammers. Stay away, only this I have to say.

I don't recommend this site!

I tried buying a coat here. There was a "US size" in the sizing chart but i still ordered Large even if i'm only Medium here in US. When the coat arrived, it has a "L" on the tag but it was too small. It felt like i was wearing size SMALL and it doesn't look the same as shown in their site. Just like the the scarf i ordered, it was way different with what i saw in their site too. I didn't pursue all the things that i wanted to order because i was very disappointed with my first orders. I tried to make a dispute of my orders but of course they wanted me mail the items back and i have to shoulder the shipping fee and the shipping is so expensive because u have to ship it back to china! In short, i cancelled the dispute. I just gave away the coat. I think this site is not fake but the items are. And also if u still want to order, u have to be patient because the shipping takes like 20-25 days!

Rigtig god til cykelprodukter

Har bestilt en masse carbon, og har været rigtig godt betjent. Jeg har dog også haft dialog med alle leverandører, og fravalgt leverandører, som ikke har haft nogen ordrer, og fravalgt dem, som har dårlige anmeldelser.

Alt i alt meget anbefalelseværdige, men ikke for nybegyndere.

Hi all, I made my order in january and untill now I never heard anything from aliexpress! I paid, waited for my package to come, but nothing...Great customer service! My complaints are still processing, so I hope that maybe I will get my money back, but I really doubt that, so please people dont make the same mistake, dont buy anything from them, its fraud, they dont guarantee you anything, if you dont get your purchased products, they dont care at all!

I made a order online and the seller told me it will take 2 to 3 days to process. Well my order wasn't shipped. The seller created a label but my items were never actually shipped I tired several times to contact AliExpress or make a dispute and I wasn't allowed. I am very upset and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!! I am making a compliant to FTC and Better Business Bureau as well!!!

They are the same company. AliExpress in US and Alibaba in China.

I placed order from them and never got my order. I emailed them about my situation, and they pushed me into the supplier. The Supplier pushed me back to the AliExpress.

The "Buyer's Protection" is fake. If you never receive the order, you are not under the protection.

After email to them a few times, you can never hear from them at all because your email address is on their "DISCARD EMAIL" list.

Fraudulent system

Their purchasing system is dodgy.
Bought a couple things off them and my credit card details were used for many other international transactions days later.
Luckily my bank caught them and I didn't have enough money (pay day was after these purchases)

BAD REVIEW RETRACTED - I GOT REFUNDED

I had to delete one bad review towards Aliexpress, because they refunded my monies to my account. I sent a letter of complaint to Aliexpress Complaints Department about a seller and although nothing was said about my complaint, the end of last month, I was refunded.
Will I shop there again? Personally, I wouldn’t chance it. Maybe I got lucky. I just wanted to put it out there that I got a refund is all.

be VERY VERY careful

I've been using aliexpress to purchase jewelry and children's clothing for the most part. Some orders have been problematic, and Aliexpress does absolutely NOTHING to help the buyer.

So my advice is buy very small quantities until the seller proves their trustworthiness. If you only buy $10-$15 at a time, you don't have that much to lose.

It is true what everyone else here says, that Aliexpress's "buyer protection" is bullshit. It really is.

So just be careful, don't buy high ticket items from unknown sellers, and keep in mind that you get what you pay for in the sense that quality and service matches the price (and sometimes, you pay and don't get anything at all!).

I have bought many items from the company about 10 times. I've always got everything -from shoes, clothing, jewelry to electronics.

Perfect condition and good quality!

Delivery time is about 1-2 months from China to Denmark, but well - its faster than a letter from Afghanistan.

Great service - once you are in doubt about a product, you send a message to the supplier and get a response within 1-2 business days. They ask even though questions if your order is unclear.

I have never experienced problems as described below. You can also follow your order through the Chinese and Danish postal service.
