overall we are pleased with the bathroom suite ,disappointed woth the delivery time , original delivery was stated 3-5 days but took 3 weeks to come we had time off work to fit this and it was a wasted week and has delayed the renovation of our house .
Our new bathroom looks top quality, thank you! We ordered the entire suite from BetterBathrooms and it looks fab. Delivery was quick and efficient and the driver was really helpful when he delivered the products. We ordered the wrong valve for the radiator and they were more than happy to exchange; the process was very easy. All in all a great buying experience; would recommend to anyone.

A very good selection of fine bathroom products at a good price.My new bathroom project was done on a very tight budget,but completed to a high standard.I was worried that I wouldn,t be able to afford the right shower unit,and let down the rest of the make-over.However after some on-line shopping I found exactly what I wanted on the better bathroom website.Ordered & payed for my shower on-line,then drove from Manchester to the Leigh trade counter to pick it up.With out sat nav the trade counter was hard to find,way of a small road in a massive trading estate,may be some early sign post would make it easier for one off customers to find there way.
I wanted a double-ended bath because currently my taps are a bit difficult to access as they are hidden behind a recess in the wall.
Better bathrooms had one 2 inches deeper than the others and in stock too!
However the delivery was phoned through to me and agreed for Wednesday but actually came on Tuesday, luckily was in.
The worst thing was that the bath was surrounded by a large wooden frame, with a vertical section mounted on a basic pallet, a nuisance to me as I had to get the bath inside immediately anyway.
Had I thought about it long enough maybe i could got the van-driver to take it away but I didn't :-(
Never dealt with Better Bathrooms before. Came recommended by a friend who was full of praise. I had a minor fault on delivery which has been sorted out within the day. Amazing care to customer satisfaction even to a telephone call from customer services from a missed call from me. Just amazing, for once, the customers satisfaction has come first.

Very impressed with the tap unit i bought, only thing i found was a problem was it wasnt made clear about the time deadline for next day delivery. Unfortunately I had to wait all weekend before i took delivery.

whilst the order was processed and delivered well, we ended up paying twice.
First attempt was online - website left me unsure if order had been placed. Phoned and was told no order was on system so reordered.
It appears your tele-sales guy was unaware that there may be a delay on internet orders appearing on his screen - He should have been and should have suggested we wait before processing a second order.
The second payment has now been reversed and the problem was handled well when I pointed out the situation.
This however should not happen and it could embarrass customers and cause accounts to overdraw which is not good customer service.
visited the stockroom in Leigh which was easy to find and had a very pleasant showroom attached. I had paid upfront for a basin and collection was quick and efficient. premises were lovely. I also purchased some tiles while I was there. I would have purchased all my bath suite and tiles from here had they offered a free delivery.
Always kept in touch with me by text and email and I was given a choice of delivery date, it would have been helpfull to have an idea what time the delivery driver would arrive though but other than that I would highly recommend them
I bought a loo from you which can not be used. I have had problems getting my money back so will have to take it up with the ominbus. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Customer service is useless. it took over 25min on the phone to get through. Then when I did get throug they said they want pictures and would not take the shitter back for health and safety reasons. Whot a load of bollocks.Never again.
My first spa bath had to be returned as it was in an appalling state. The delivery driver picked up the grotty bath and replaced it with an ok version and took the bath panel with him. This panel has somehow gone missing in transit which turns out to be my fault - therefore BetterBathrooms refuse to give me a refund - basically calling me a liar. What happened to the customer is always right - something BetterBathrooms has never heard of it, Once bitten and all that..... would NEVER EVER use them again!!!!
Bought one of the Windsor combined units after lots of agonising over different products and different suppliers. Pleased with the product, good quality especially for the price when compared with others, in particular some of the large DIY-type shops. The only downside were the unnervingly strict instructions about accepting delivery - which were impossible to adhere to. There was NO WAY the courier was going to hang around for more than a nano-second. The instructions says DO NOT accept delivery without checking every package for damage; if the courier refuses to wait while you do this, ring BetterBathrooms - well, he wouldn't have waited long enough for me to do that! Luckily, my stuff looked OK from the outside, but it wasn't a nice experience. Also seems a bit off that they are not insured to bring it inside the house, so you have to have a burly person around to bring it in. This would put me off ordering from BB again which is a shame.
Twice we had to ring palletways to check when delivery would be as we had to arrange someone to be in as my wife and i both work. The first time we were told delivery would be in the afternoon, so my wife took an afternoon off work to be there. no delivery turned up.We rang the carrier who said they tried to deliver at 10.00am when asked why it was early they said the lorry had been loaded the wrong way. my wife lost half a days wages I rang them on Monday evening and arranged delivery for 9.30 am the next morning,i also arranged for the plumber to be at the house to fit the bath. The delivery finaly turned up at about 3.15pm. again the excuse for the very late delivery was that yet again the lorry was loaded the wrong way round. Needless to say i was not very impressed with Palletways and i am now seeking some recompense as I am out of pocket through no fault of mine.
My wife lost an afternoons work, Ihad to pay the plumber to sit drinking tea all day while waiting for the bath to arrive and also had to pay him to come back the following day to finish the job as he did not have time to finish the job due to the extremely late delivery of the bath.
Both my wife and I spoke to Palletways on two or three occasions and did not find them very helpful or sympathetic. I would not recommend this particular carrier based on the service we have received

The help i recieved was fantastic, the chat feature on website was really useful and i was able to discuss what i needed in detail. I did not feel rushed every question was answered in detail and enabled me to make the correct choice.
I was kept well informed of the progress of the delivery. Needless to say it arrived on time and in perfect condition. My new bath looks absolutley lovely.

The products that have been unpacked and fitted so far seem OK, not the best quality but not bad either. I had to pay for delivery and was really disappointed when the delivery driver left the half tonne crate of tiles on the road blocking my car on the driveway. After finally getting through to the customer service team I was told to send a photo and did not get a response. Two weeks later I called again and was told that they had received my email and would not be doing anything about this. I won't be using this company again.
Very difficult to deal with, long que times when you call, poor customer service, agents who give you incorrect information and no formal complaints procedure. Bqatter Bathrooms please can you sort my order out.
Better Bathrooms had just what the wife wanted at the price I wanted for a new upto the minute modern bathroom and Ive already recomended them to a friend because the products are so competitively priced
I arrived at better bathrooms showroom in Wigan on a Saturday morning and luckily for me there was a promotion as well as the low prices it was a win win for me. I went in with a list as i'd been on the website and asked to view the items which was no problem, the sales man Robin stayed with us throughout and was very helpful. I would recommend without hesitation and my plumber said the same.
I ordered a tap on a Wednesday morning and opted for a 3-5 day delivery. I then received a steady stream of emails during the day informing me of the exact progress of my tap. Thursday morning the doorbell goes and there was the tap, less than 24 hours later.
When it eventually arrived the bath is great. Had to wait months for it though, and when it was delivered the men were not supplied with a trolley (our property has pedestrian access only). I then ordered the matching toilet and wash basin and of course had to pay another £36 delivery charge. I specifically asked for the delivery to be scheduled for before 5.30pm on the day that they specified, but they scheduled it for between 5.50 and 7.50pm, arriving at 6.45pm. Again no trolley, my e-mail requesting one was ignored. When you're paying so much for delivery you should be able to have it delivered at a time that suits you, not them. Hydrotherapy system is extremely noisy, particularly the airspa, and I expect to be getting complaints from the neighbours. This problem is not mentioned at all in the information given at time of ordering.
We went to the better bathrooms showroom with an idea of what we wanted. After looking around lovely showroom and having chose what we wanted we approached the sales person. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He completed our order and advised us when required. We were not mithered or rushed and felt comfortable whilst making our purchase.
We were told of the delivery procedure and everything happened in the timescale and progressed perfectly.
The goods were delivered on time and the chaps were friendly and polite.
A good experience overall.
I have found a fantastic bathroom shop on the web. The only thing that bugs me is there delivery fee. Bath Empire charges nothing if you buy items over £199. I think best bathrooms should adopt this policy.
If anyone wants anything from this Company for their bathroom I would not hesitate in recommending them. The service was very good.
I ordered a shower unit I needed for next day to finish a bathroom. I was notified throughout the day as to what was happening with my order every step of the way.
I recieved it the next day and was able to finish the job on time.
I have used Better Bathrooms a lot and will continue to use and recomend them.
