Professionali, ottimo sito ma bisogna usarlo bene

Ormai per prenotare un hotel scelgo il loro sito. Sono professionali ed affidabili.Come consiglio generale vi dico che bisogna valutare bene le recensioni delle persone che ci sono già state...diffidate da chi ha oltre 8 con poche recensioni(10-20) e prendetevi la briga di leggere le varie recensioni controllando le date e il tipo di utente. Ormai si sa che molti albergatori si fanno la recensione a proprio piacimento, se la fanno fare dagli amici, da società partner e non. Ottimo sito ma va usato bene.

Efficiente, affidabile, informazioni attendibili

Utilizziamo BOOKING.COM da anni per tutte le nostre destinazioni di piacere o lavorative. NOn abbiamo mai riscontrato problemi, disguidi o riscontrato realtà differenti (in negativo) da quelle descritte. Ci affidiamo al sito anche ora che abbiamo una figlia piccola e i servizi descritti per i bambini sono sempre stati ad hoc.

La mejor ventaja: te indican si aceptan mascotas.
Lo pero: no te dicen el precio del suplemento...

Dove vai, se non con Booking?

Sono da anni un assoluto estimatore e fruitore di Booking.com. Un suggerimento: mi piacerebbe venisse ripristinata l'opzione di abbinamento tra volo+hotel. Non averla, secondo me, vi sottrae clienti e costringe chi, come me, viaggia molto a notevoli perdite di tempo, con risultati non sempre affidabili, come invece sono quelli SEMPRE verificati con la Vs. Company.

I made a non-refundable reservation at a hotel via booking.com on the wrong date by mistake . I immediately rang the hot line, got through to a real person, who arranged for it be cancelled free of charge. That is 21st century customer service!

I have stayed in hotels via booking.com over 25 times and, without exception, the hotel was exactly as described -so you can trust the review system.

MAKING A MULTIPUL BOOKING !!!!

MY PROBLEM WITH THE WEB SITE WAS THAT I WISHED TO BOOK A ROOM FOR MYSELF FOR 3 NIGHTS AND A ROOM FOR MY SON AND FAMILY FOR 2 NIGHTS ON THE SAME WEEK-END.
UNFORTUNATELY YOUR WEB SITE DOES NOT ALLOW THIS.
I THEREFORE HAD TO COMPLETE THE SAME DETAILS BUT ON 2 SEPERATE BOOKINGS !!!!!!

Viaggio molto spesso per lavoro, poco, ahimè, per diletto e vacanza, ma per qualsiasi motivo io viaggi, utilizzo sempre booking.com., perché in un modo semplice e comodo, mi consente di selezionare le migliori strutture al miglior prezzo. Impagabile! Unico piccolo neo, manca un form per la fatturazione ad aziende, ma già so che i responsabili del sito, appena leggeranno questa mia recensione, si adopereranno per risolvere rapidamente questo problema. I've already used this site twice , both times to Paris and this third reservation in England. I must admit the reservation procedure is very simple and I found correct and very useful the evaluations of other customers.
I do strongly recommend booking.com to all my friends/colleagues !

Geschönte Bewertungen

Als reines Buchungsportal ok. Die Bewertung werden anscheinend oft von den Hotels geschönt, und sind damit total unzuverlässig. Wir haben selber schon eine solche Erfahrung machen müssen. Das Hotel "Palazzo dei Pirori" in Siena war mit 8,3 Punkten bei Booking.com bewertet. Also laut Bewertungen ausgezeichnet. Bei uns löste das Hotel nur Fluchtreflexe aus. Nach genauem lesen der Bewertungen mußten wir feststellen, das fast sämtliche guten Bewertungen nicht den Tatsachen entsprachen. Bei HolidayCheck hatte das Hotel 0% Weiterempfehlung.

Jeg synes booking.com bør lave et "bevis"/beskrivelse af bestillingen, hvor alle oplysninger på bestillingen står - INDEN man trykker det sidste "godkend". Den kommer godtnok hurtigt pr mail bagefter, men det hjælper jo ikke, hvis man ex. ikke lige havde set, at hotellet ex. tager forhåndbetaling. (Jeg taler af erfaring)
Ellers godt firma, der er søde at hjælpe, hvis der er nogle spørgsmål. Har booket ved dem flere gange.

Felaktiga priser i listan över hotell

I listan över hotell stod felaktiga priser för aktuell valuta (SEK). Troligen är priserna i EUR. När man klickade på aktuellt hotell så var priset korrekt. Jag använder normalt sett Booking och är nöjd, men denna gången var uppgifterna i listan felaktiga.

Smart deal twijfelachtig

Probeer net in Nieuw Zeeland Parkside Lodge te boeken. Met de smart deal zou deze 66 euro kosten ipv 113. Bij boeken blijkt de gewone prijs er staan. Dit geldt voor alle overige smart deals, dus ik twijfel of dit wel bestaat of dat het een lokkertje is.

Vi har ellers altid synes at Booking.com virkede rigtig godt. Denne gang var det imidlertid rigtig skidt.
Vi kunne ikke få lov til at ændre vore rejsedatoer via internetsiden, men blev henvist til at skrive direkte til Booking.com via et anbefalet link. Det forsøgte vi 2 gange uden reaktion fra Booking.com.
