I found the best price/quality combination for a convertible laptop. They delivered on time and the customer support was very good. They needed some extra info because I ordered from outside UK, but they responded fast and nicely.
I ordered a MISU bike satnav/computer from Box. I had never heard of them before but their price was by far the cheapest. I did hesitate for a moment, was there a catch? However looking at the other reviews convinced me that they could be trusted. Box repaid that trust, fast delivery, product as ordered and they even gave me a free mount that was not advertised.
Great prices, not the best on GPU's but I'm sure that will come. Not a company I had used before or heard of but I'm sure it will become a common name soon. All items arrived and worked well. Packaging was good no issues. Hopefully their RMA procedure is a good, then I will be a very happy customer. I will use them again.
I ordered a graphics card and because their website doesn't support the most popular browser on the Internet (Google Chrome) the payment processing failed and I had to retry several times and contact them before the order would go through.
I then selected the Collect+ delivery method and while the parcel arrived reasonably quickly it was missing a bundled game that should have been included. I contacted them about this and didn't get a reply, instead they raised another order for just the game sent with the same details to the same Collect+ location. I didn't get any Collect+ notification telling me to collect my parcel so contacted them again and apparently they just posted it to the collect+ location so I now need to go and see if they have received the parcel in error and kept it so I can collect it.
When other online retailers seem to be able to cope fine with shipping the order without missing anything out and have far better and more responsive customer support I don't think I'll be ordering from Box again.
Ordered HP Microserver - the price was as good as I could find. The DPD courier service they use is excellent, giving exact delivery times, and real flexibility. Communication was good, and I would shop there again.
Good old Microsoft's latest "up"grade to IE had caused some probs with online ordering - Box were very helpful and sorted me out quickly. I then messed up my registration so had to contact customer service again. Absolutely brilliant response, very helpful and fast.
Can't praise them enough. Customer service like it ought to be - and very competitive prices with free next-day delivery. Will definitely use them again.
Very quick deliver even though it promised longer. The Delivery company they chose was great too as could track the delivery real time. The item I bought was also the cheapest I could find it anywhere so very pleased with the experience. will use again.
The tablet was DOA and was returned for a refund. There was no quibble about the return from Box but the postage cost me £11. I feel that if they are sending out faulty goods then the postage should be their liability.
I have recently purchased a "Gemini GEM7032G JoyTAB Duo 7 dedicated 3G Module Tablet PC" from box.co.uk... and have had a really good experience! I am really pleased with the tablet - it came really quickly after ordering, and does exactly what I need. I had a couple of technical questions which customer services answered really quickly.
