I found the buyaparcel.com people very helpful and polite, and I would use them again. I cant hold them responsible for the problem I had with a mx Neptune exotic 9.5kw shower. puyaparcel did all they could to resolve the matter and very quickly. What I would say to anyone is, read the costumer reviews on the Neptune shower and make your own mind up !!

My experience was in no way bad and from a buying point of view the site was excellent and the price, service and speed were terrific, what then let it down was was that the goods arrived.
There wasn't any outer wrapping on the goods and the box was battered and torn which immediately draws a groan as you expect half the contents to be missing or at the least damaged.
Turns out my thing was fine but it would make me think twice in regards to buying something delicate.

What it says on the tin!
Good price, good clear description on website. There was a problem with ordering on the website as it tried to sell me two units, so had to phone in the order instead. The unit arrived well packaged, on time as expected. I installed it as a direct replacement for the previous Saniflow Top unit, which had worked well for about 18 years. It took me about an hour to fit - the instructions which accompany it are not great (they don't even mention the inlet for wash-basin drainage or how to cut the cap to attach it) but it's not rocket science so I was able to figure it out easily enough.
The unit fired up first time when I reconnected the power, so I'm hoping for another 18 years trouble-free. The tap in the attached wash-basin has a slow drip so the unit flushes about once a day thanks to that (as it has for the last 10 years or so). I think this is a good thing as I reckon when people have problems it is down to lack of regular use, rather than over use!

the item I ordered has not arrived - there can be few things more disappointing than to wait more than 2 weeks for something you have paid for upfront and expected to be using within a day or 3 at most.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy!
I purchased one item from this company, it was swiftly delivered, unfortunately the one item I ordered and paid for was incorrect.
We rang the company immediately and was told that under no circumstances would they pick up the item they had sent incorrectly and deliver the correct one at the same time. It is their policy to have the item they had sent incorrectly back on their premise before they would release a new one.
This was not acceptable so I requested they pick up the incorrect item and I would purchase from a different company. You would think this is a simple request, not to Buy a Parcel. We arranged for collection of the item on a Tuesday, the company were told the item would be left outside in a secure garden, the item was not collected, apparently there were no delivery instructions, we arranged for collection following day this time item was not collected as Buy a Parcel had not made it clear there were two boxes so courier did not collect. Third time lucky the parcel was collected but even that was hard work trying to explain to the lady at Buy a Parcel the specific collection instructions.
Still waiting for refund as well.

So whilst this might have been a picking error on our part, you are correct that we do collect the wrong product first, or pre-auth the customers card for the 2nd product and only debit the funds if the wrong item is sent back - Amazon do the latter for their returns. Regarding getting your product back, the carriers seldom read specific info on collections and will simply try the address door.
I am sorry if you were advised you could simply leave it but that is not generally how our carrier's collections would work and in your case we have had to try a different carrier to get the item back to us. Excellent - sets the gold standard for delivery.
The product item, the net ordering are standard but what sets this company apart is its class delivery system - namely a text giving the day, with three simple options to change the day to one or two days later by texting 1, 2 or 3. Then followed later with a text message giving a two hour delivery window which it kept to. No hassle, no frustration. This should be adopted by all companies.

FAULTY PRODUCT, SELLER REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING, THE WORST KIND OF SERVICE EVER!!!
Bought a brand new shower unit from them, which arrived FAULTY, didn't work at all. Despite wasting our time and money and phone calls, "buyaparcel" did not seem interested at all in resolving the issue. Luckily we bought through Ebay, which in the end refunded our money.
Otherwise, we would have had to take this cowboy outfit to court!
BEWARE, check their bad feedbacks on Ebay before you even think of buying from them!

All the shower manufacturers we deal with come on-site at no cost to you and repair or replace if the installation is correct. You got your result through the resolution centre at eBay but if I was a customer I would be glad to deal with the people who make the product and have all the knowledge and support under their belt as opposed to us the seller.
I am perfectly aware of sale of goods etc. but had this item come back to us we would have to have it sent to the manufacturer to deem it faulty (which we are allowed to do under the sale of goods act). Anyway I am sorry we couldn't satisfy you but in this case we couldn't do any more. We would never leave a customer high and dry if a shower manufacturer lets you down as it is ultimately our responsibility as the seller but if you would not talk to them we do get this conflict.
In regards to eBay feedback I hear this sort of thing from time to time; in the past 12 months we have received 189 negative feedback yet we have 79,255 positive - 99.8% positive. In comparison, Argos are 98.5% and Tesco, 99.6%. So as a retailer we are pretty good but we strive to improve all the time.

Looked at many online stores for a particular shower unit without success, until I discovered buyaparcel.com. They had the unit, the specification and the method of delivery was clearly described and priced, in my case the Republic of Ireland. The shower arrived a few days later and everybody in the house is happy with this great service and working shower. I will be sure to look them up first the next time something needs buying.
