DISCUSTED DISSAPOINTED AND OUTRAGED

I ordered over 200 items from buy in coins worth over $900 USD of small Arduino related electronics equipment the nature of the items means they do not come in manufacturers packaging or boxes and are rather delicate and need to be properly packaged to avoid damage.
It is obvious they do not care in the slightest; all 200 items were chucked into one piece of bubble wrap, and then taped into a large ball, no box, no individual wrapping.
When i opened the package, everything was damaged, scratched, bent and broken.
I contacted them; they requested pictures, so i sent them.
They in turn offered me a $20 refund, i turned it down and they come back with a $35 dollar offer, they have to be joking. I am out of pocket over $900 plus the extra $35 for shipping, and that was all they could offer, I AM DISCUSTED.
Do not buy off Buy In Coins!!! They have no regard for their customers.

Fraud

I bought a tablet with a 4000mAh battery. I received a faulty tablet with screen problem and a faulty 1500mAh battery that only charges to 71% and takes more then 15 hours to do so. I reported then on paypal, but because of the slow shipping time, the parcel arrived after the 45 days paypal date limit to ask for refund. I contacted buyincoins for over a month and they refuse to pay for the return costs of this piece of shit. Don´t buy anything here. If you have a problem, they just don´t care.

Slow shipping, no communication, product not complete

well you know what they say, you get what you pay for, if it too good to be true guess what it is.
I bought an EasyCap system from buy in coins which comes with a usb video input/capture tool and software to capture said video, well the product came in a plastic bag (red flag) and then i went about to trying that out. well the usb capture device worked but when i went to load the software i had an issue since it did not come with a software key that is required to install the software,
well i made several attempts to contact them, once while the package was in transit, and twice more when i found out i was missing the software key. over a month later i still have not received a response.
Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

False advertising

Bought a tablet advertised as Allwinner A13 Q88 1.5Ghz, it turned out to have a generic 700Mhz processor instead.

Value for money, good website

I have ordered from BuySend several times over the last months. Prices have been very reasoable, and products dispatched promptly. Once order is placed, progress of shipping can be followed by logging in. Photo of labeled parcel and shipping reference number is provided. Goods securely packed in thick layers of bubble wrap. So far, I have not had a single problem with this company!

Discounts because of no availability?

I made the order the 22/11
They were answering pretty fast but answers from people they did not have a clue about what was going on.
Until the last day (35 days later) before they refund my money they were asking me to wait for another 2 weeks saying that the parcel has left but has delayed.. It was almost funny to receive two emails almost at the same time at Paypal and their website, one saying I have to wait and the parcel has left their post office and the second that they will refund my money.
I have made purchases from Asia before, I know the problems and the delays, but I cannot accept clueless or on purpose lying customer care.
I feel lucky that at least they refund my money after 40 days..
Never again.. and almost ruined my experience for all Asian sites.

WARNING Total Scam. Don't buy from them.

Total Scam, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! I ordered 4 tablets and they shipped 2 Defective (DEAD) products that were obviously used and repackaged. Then they proceeded to lie and refused to pay for a return from Australia.

I dealt with a guy called David Wang (david.wang@cifang.hk) from buyincoins.com, this guy is a total liar tells me it will cost $15 to send a box from Australia to China with tracking and refuses to pay the actual cost which is $50+.

Scammers

Never got item ordered. Waited for a month.

Cheap, some cool gadgets. Don't expect super quality.

Given the number of issues I've had with so many purchases from this site, I will no longer be using BIC's services. For a time, it was my favourite online shopping site, but then I started to think hard. Orders being unavailable (at least they sometimes give a compensatory discount, though it's usually minuscule), orders taking a long time, that was bearable because it was super cheap. Sending faulty hardware (pieces missing, items not working fully), fine it's annoying, but as I said, cheap. Fraudulent review systems which give no indication regarding the quality of the actual product (no actual rating called 'product quality', and non-perfect reviews are filtered out by them)? Pretty questionable practice. Dodgy equipment which DAMAGES my other equipment (most recent purchase; iPhone charger), that's the last straw. I will no longer be a customer of this site.
That being said, there are some pretty cool gadgets awesomely cheap (its finger mouse, the only super cool product I was happy with) which is its saving grace from being a 1-star rating.

I've been using BIC for around 9 months and every order made with this Chinese company has arrived in about 2 weeks (to UK).
A wide selection of goods but mostly centered around electronics, always free delivery and a price-match promise, if you can find it on-line cheaper anywhere else just let them know.
I've yet to have a bad experience with BuyInCoins.com and i've ordered over 20 times... just a great site, plain and simple.

Great website

I've ordered for a couple of 100 euro's and all the packages arrived. They even take a photo of the package before they send it to you. I ordered a Android tablet which stopped working after a month. I had to ship it back to them and they gave me a refund and paid for the shippingcosts!

Surprisingly excellent customer service

I have been using them as a supplier for tablets for my website, and the products arrive to me in Toronto within 2 1/2 weeks, tracking number is always provided with the free shipping, and when I have a couple of issue with 2 tablets they issued me a refund to get them fixed locally. So far so good after 1 1/2 years of using them. They don't have any of the expenisive tablets I sell, but for the cheaper ones, hard to be beat.

cheaper than DX

This is my fave shop now. They are cheaper than another well known company I used before. Postage is normaly 3 weeks to norway - and every package under 200 NOK is tollfri to norway.

They always pack in grey plastic wrap with bubble, so its well packed.
For 2 USD extra you can choose signed mail.

Let me start by saying that in all my 50+ years I have never complained online or by letter about any company.
I purchased and installed a replacement battery for my Iphone from Buyincoins.com. The new battery has less life than my 2 year old battery which it replaced. I can actually watch the percentage indicator go down. I tried to log in on their website to notify them but even after registering I can't log in.
I have since ordered a battery from another more well known (and much more expensive) company.
I guess for 4 bucks what should I have expected.

Very good

For me Buyincoins is the best Chinese webshop around, the products are very cheap and there are no shipping costs. Even though the quality of the products is not always the best (still better then the most of the other Chinese webshops), the products are so cheap i can't complain. All the products i ordered arrived perfecty.

I don't understand how they make money... so cheap!

I use a bunch of these types of sites, and I always do a test buy the first time before ordering anything significant... there ARE some that scam you. In this case, a cool $1 reusable match flint thingie, nothing else. The free shipping got it here in a couple of weeks, and the match is great, I recommend it.

In addition, it has coupons, the biggest I've found is 10%ebay110 for 10% off, plus another 5% off if you list a recommender when you make a purchase or an account. Mine is Bowtie, benefits us both, (though some people don't just to spite the other person... the mind boggles).

What I don't understand is I'm sure a lot of their orders, like the other sites, are these little $1 or so buys... Minus 50 cents for paypal, 2-3 bucks to ship and actually making the item. I don't understand how they make money, but hey! Great site, great little gadgets.

A great company with great prices and free shipping

From my experience this is one of the best shopping pages online when it comes to gadgets, electronics, computer accessories etc, why you may ask, well first it is very very cheap, and second it is free shipping, sure the shipping may take some time, but if you cant wait then go buy the products locally instead, or else you would find everything to be good, the guy above ne complained about the site beeing fraud which is not true at all, yes the site can be down at times and thats due to the hosting provider, or many people at the site on the same time, the owners of the site is powersellers on ebay with almost 100,000 positive feedback and many happy customers. I give it 5 stars because of you get true value for money $$$

Efter at have handlet på buyincoins et par gange, vil jeg mene at de holder hvad de lover. Jeg har bla. købt et termometer, batteritester,computer kabler, og en Bluetooth antenne til min bærbare pc, og og kvaliteten på de vare jeg købte er ganske god, selv om prisen er meget lav. Selve pakken der kom med posten, virkede solid, alle ting var pakket ind i boble plast. Pakken bliver sendt fra Kina, og når man bestiller vare uden for EU skal man huske på, at der er en bagatelgrænse på 80 kr. det vil sige at køber du for 81 kr, og post Danmark, snupper pakken i en kontrol, kommer der moms på pakken, og et lille gebyr på 160kr, så husk dette. Jeg gør det at jeg deler mine køb op i flere order, og da der er gratis forsendelse til hele verden, er dette jo godt nok. Det eneste jeg vil klage lidt over er at pakken er ca 30 dage om at nå frem, men når man ikke skal betale for fragt, så kan man jo ikke klage over dette. Så 4 store stjerner.
