Superb!!

Perfect site for all gaming needs & collectors

I've been shopping from Chillout Games for quite a few years now, as I am an avid gamer & I collect PS1 & Sega Saturn games. I can so highly recommmend these people for not only their vast collection of very rare retro games, but also for the superb customer service & speed of delivery. For the most part, I always get my games the next working day, & in totally mint condition, as they are cleaned, tested, & completely scratch free.
The customer care is unrivalled!
Anytime I've had a query, my email or telephone call was answered straight away, & you always get very good, courteous service & aftersales support.
The website is very easy to navigate, & gives all info, youtube footage of the games, & reviews of each & every one. You even get given a link to some gaming sites & cheat codes once your games arrive in the post.
Basically, I can't praise Chillout Games enough for all they do.

My first experience with chillout games

Well my experience was very positive i was given very good prices for games i kind of thought were quite rareish and also decent prices for the lesser games but the best bit of all was how quickly the transaction was turned around the money was in my pay pal account in i think it was 2 days or 3 at most after the courier had collected them which is pretty exceptional as another place i sent them to before i tryed chillout games took 3 weeks to get my money to me.

The followup email i recieve was very curteous and explained about any variations in the payment i got to the one which i was quoted and i was very happy with the outcome.
I was so pleased ive just finished boxing up most of the remainder of my games and plan to send them off very soon.

A very good experience all round and it felt quite personal with the followup email not like alot of places you sell to which can feel very annoymous.

Like video games

Like video games? But I do love to see what reviews a game got before I buy it. When I want to see a review I usually head over to ign.com to see what they are saying about it. The reviews have great length and detail allowing you to know how well the game performs in several different areas such as graphics, sound, gameplay, and replayability. Besides game reviews they have cheat codes, movie reviews, music reviews, car reviews, and general entertainment info.

Best Value for games trading

Went round a lot of sites, and I have to say these guys by far gave the best return. Nearly all the other didn't want to know about my old GameCube games and those that did, didn't give me anything great to write home about. These guys gave me £52 including a bonus if I paid the postage which they provide a link for to Parcel2Go , which basically cost less than the bonus they gave. Well done guys
