Initial Problems but ended well

Dont do business with these people. Simple as that.
I bought a coffee machine from them and i'm still waiting for it, 3 weeks after the purchase. The phone number on the website does not work. I sent an email to them asking whats happened and they said they'll look into it and contact me back (they have'nt).
Hopefully i'll be able to get a refund but being that i paid less than £100, i doubt it (credit card threshold )
UPDATE:
I eventually recieved my purchase and am very happy with it. The website apparantly had some software glitch and lost my order.
I'm prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt which is why i'm changing my rating from 1 star to 3 i would put at 2.5 if i had the choice.

Very Poor Customer service

This company has NO telephone support. I have been waiting 10 days for my goods, and have sent numerous emails, and left messages on their voicemail but have had no reply! They have still taken the money from my credit card, even though no goods have arrived! Avoid like the plague!
