Wrong item delivered and failed to give me a refund

They delivered the wrong item, and then after a lot of pursuasion eventually arranged for the item to be collected from me. Then no refund was forthcoming. Eventually I had to arrange for my bank to provide me with a refund via Chargeback. I will not be dealing with this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone. When speaking to them on the phone they were evasive and rude and certainly do not understand how to provide basic customer service.

Ordered a new projection lamp online after finding this company via a Google search.

Excellent Service

Our Sony TV 'popped' Monday night, I found out it was something that we could repair ourselves (shockingly!), so searched around for a replacement lamp and found Digital Fusion sold the lamp for a very reasonable price. Ordered with next day delivery on the Tuesday and received the lamp today (Wednesday) at 12.45pm. The lamp was exactly what I ordered and fitted perfectly straightaway, so we now have a fully working TV again - Thank you Digital Fusion, excellent service, excellent price - would recommend to anyone :-)

we bought a tv bulb in august which kept turning of, possibly overheating, in feb, we phoned up and spoke to manny at digital fushion who said return the bulb and they would send a replacement, this was done on a thursday and we had the new bulb on saturday, really pleased with the service from these guys

Cowboys - recommend avoiding

Ordered printer 6am Thursday, next day delivery. Got order confirmation email. Email has no details of delivery, no tracking number, company, nothing. Next day waited in for delivery until 1pm then decided to ring up to see if they could track it. Woman who answered had no details on my order and it didnt exist in their system. Told I would be called back once she'd checked further. No call back. Rang them and was put through to one of their "experts" who told me they had cancelled my order because they had no stock and sent me an email on thursday to explain this. Obviously no email was received and they gave me no apology for wasting half of my day. Cowboys.

And for the record, cowboy firms that say they will call you back and don't really winds me up.

Could Not Fault Anything About The Price Or Service

Complete Joke

Ordered a TV which was £200 ish, They then changed the price online and tried to say it was no longer in stock at that price but we could buy it at the new price of £1200. ..... £800 above RRP. They took the original money from bank and took nearly 2 weeks for us to get the funds back.

(Original review removed as i called them con artists which is obviously abusive and required removal.)

I will never order or purchase another item from this company ever again!

• Instock items listed on the website are actually drop shipped (no chance of next day delivery)!!
• next day delivery was over 20 days late (and no refund / or even an apology)! In fact I was lied to when I phoned next day!
• email communication was non-existent!!
• telephone / customer service was shocking, rude and again they simply lied to me about my order and it's current status!@ (on more than one occasion)!!
• telephone service often unavailable / no answer!
• refund policy / several email requests simply ignored!
• company uses two addresses to run their business?
• I ordered from Kinetik Lamps NOT Digital Fusion!
• In the end, they were so shocking – I actually held onto my order, despite re-ordering from another more reputable supplier and requesting a full refund – as I simply did not trust that I would even get my money back from these jokers!! (they would not provide me with a proper return address and instead asked me again if I would keep the item)!?
• These guys (or guy) are total cowboys / should not be in business

Good value and quick delivery

I purchased a new bulb and housing unit for my Sony RP TV and found Digital Fusion to be the best value.
I was amazed at the speed of delivery and after a quick change over I was watching a nice bright TV again.

One off problem

I read the reviews on TrustPilot and thought the company looked respectable. After ordering a TV at £180 (as indeed a few other people on here have), I received an e-mail a couple of hours later stating that they could no longer sell the TV at that price because there had been a problem with the supplier. Thankfully no money changed hands. They called me up and apologised personally. It would appear this was a one off incident and I wouldn't discourage anyone from using them, especially when their prices are so reasonable.

Terrible customer service and incorrect pricing

brought a TV on the 24th of the month, 2 hours later got an email cancelling the order stating it was last months offer - said we could re-purchase the item at the "correct" price. go to website to see the tv price has not changed. called up to speak to a manager who is out of the office until further notice, they spoke to us like crap, hung up on us and refused to allow us to speak to a manager. We have had the money taken out of our bank and no goods to show for it, no one will speak to us and they refuse to sell the product at the price the STILL have it listed at. i called 15 times attempting to talk to a manger and they kept hanging up on me and stated they never put the transaction through yet we have no money in our account and a debit which clearly states they have taken it. i would NOT recommend this company to anyone their customer service skills are disgusting and have products listed at LAST months offers when it is very nearly the next month. i am now putting in a claim with my credit card for them.

After the usual search for the best price, I finally ordered from Digital Fusion. Easy and fast to do, but I found an unexpected additional charge for using a credit card, although there are other options to pay including by Debit Card. My order arrived a day earlier than originally expected when I placed the order, but I was aware as Digital Fusion had e.mailed me with the expected delivery date.

Hidden Charges! you don't see until after confirming payment and can't get a response from the company!

Tried to contact the company on few occasions now regarding a Hidden Admin fee on my only purchase with them, and no response as of yet.
When making my purchase I noticed the advertised shipping charges changed when getting to the payment screen (beware of this).
Then before taking payment they advise there will be a 1.5% credit card charge (ok fine), but after payment is confirmed that charged ended up being 54% more than it should have been. and I have been trying to get in touch with the company ever since. This is not how to do business!

3 Oct - in Response: PLEASE BE ADVISED YOUR COMPANY DID NOT RESPOND TO MY THREE EMAILS I SENT ON THE 23 AUG, 29 AUG, and 1 SEP. I also called but did not get an answer. My review stands, I would not recommend your company as it has taken you a month to respond and I feel that is only because I left a review.

Delivery problems and terrible service - eventually sorted

*Update* Within minutes of writing the review below I had a call from one of the company's managers apologising for the problem. He refunded my delivery charge immediately blaming a member of staff who was no longer employed for the oversight. Glad it was sorted in the end but a shame I had to give them a bad review first.

I bought a home cinema system from this company. The product is excellent and I am very happy with it, however my experience of the company was awful.
I paid for next day delivery on Wednesday expecting the product to arrive on Thursday. It didn't turn up. I contacted them on the Friday to ask where it was and was informed it "hadn't arrived at the depot." I asked to be upgraded to Saturday delivery and I was just ignored. The system eventually arrived the following Wednesday.
I emailed and asked to be refunded the difference between my next day delivery charge and standard delivery. Despite two emails they have simply ignored me and no refund has been given.
Sometimes delivery goes wrong - however this company have made absolutely no attempt at all to compensate me. I have paid for a service I did not get and been ignored.
Do not use this company. Their prices look good, but if something goes wrong it is simply not worth it.

Great price but some problems with delivery

I ordered a camera for my son's birthday. I ordered it on Friday lunchtime with next day delivery. The camera didn't arrive. I made several phone calls over the next few days and was told each time that the system was down and they couldn't check my order but that someone would ring me back. No-one rang back but I eventually got hold of the manager who apologised and promised that the camera to be delivered before 12 noon the next day. The camera did arrive next day on the morning of my son's birthday so everything worked out OK in the end! The camera is great and the price couldn't be beaten so yes, I would use Digital Fusion again.

I had been looking for a galaxy Tab 10.1 for some time i was a little skeptical when i found this company as they were a fair bit cheaper than most but i ordered at about 3.30pm for next day delivery and it was with me by 9.30am the next morning.

Great Price with Super Fast Delivery

The lamp on my Sony rear projection TV blew on Thursday night. I spent an hour or so Googling to find the best place and prices and came across Kinetik Lamps (turns out it's a satelite site for Digital Fusion). They had a pretty unbeatable price (guaranteed lowest price in the UK), so ordered a replacement lamp, with 3-5 day delivery at £5.50 - very reasonable postage charge as well.

I was very surprised to have a knock on the door this morning (next day) by the postman with the lamp. Swapped the lamps over and the TV's back in business - I was fully expecting to be watching the England match on the portable, but thanks to the guys at Digital Fusion i can enjoy it on glorious 55" HD.

personal contact; speedy delivery; good price

Wednesday (tomorrow) I start a 2-week rail journey through Europe.

About a little after 15.30 Monday I realised I needed a spare camera battery. PLUS POINT 1: the Digital Fusion price was good, if not the lowest, but they also offered next day delivery.

Unsure whether 'next day' would be available at this time in the afternoon (it doesn't for some companies!) I rang. PLUS POINT 2: a real person - who checked the item was *really* in stock and confirmed that I would indeed receive it Tuesday.

I made my order and PLUS POINT 3: it arrived today, Tuesday, c. 10.00. Beautifully packed (actually a bit OTT) and the genuine article (again, unlike some companies).

I had a problem with a rear projection tv (the picture on screen was going darker and darker) all the advice said change the bulb which was quite expensive I located one on the Digital Fusion website at a better price than anywhere else and promptly ordered it. The rapid delivery was superb and having now fitted the bulb I am watching excellent TV again.

Poor Service and No Communication

Ordered a hard drive from this company which later got cancelled, no emails from or anything- only way i can tell is the payment has been refunded to my card. Ordered a monitor from them before and same thing happened except got one email giving some weird (probably made up) excuse why couldn't sell... but no replies to 2 emails i sent them.

Not worth the hassle in my opinion, better off with a more established company.

we sent the customer an email confimring goods were not in stock infact the customer ordered when the item had a red unhappy face in red on the stock value, ant sensible person would know that the item is out of stock.
Futhermore customer claims no email was sent, I have proof contradicting that story.
