I have been a Charter customer for 3 years and missed out on my favorite sports programming. When I called in, I was able to get more programming for a lower price each month. The representative Margie was helpful and respectful. She was also able to bundle my internet service for an additional savings.
FROM THEM MESSING UP MY ORDER, BEING RUDE....NOT SURE AT THIS POINT IF I'M EVEN GOING TO LET THEM INSTALL IT!!!!!!
I really don't want Time warner cable for my internet they have called twice to set up appt. iv'e had there service don't like it don't want it..
I was told by multiple people not to order the service but I did and it is horrible.. Equipment faulty billing was completely wrong overcharged $105.00 for first month billing after paying $250.00 deposit so just to watch football not worth it at all... I strongly suggest you do not utilize Direct TV or Direct Sat unless you have to RIP OFF!!!!!!!
