top company, needs time to grow

I've used ecig wizard a number of times there service is second to none. Next day delivery on everything I've ordered. I've enjoyed all my dealings with them. However the range of products they sell needs to be larger. The range of wizard vapes should be more extensive. I've only been vaping for a few months and in that time I've become obsessed with it. Its a great hobby for ex smokers who want to get off the stinkies and ecig wizard are perfect for the beginner. Unfortunately in my search for the perfect vape I've had to use other companies to buy different products simply because ecig wizard do not stock them which is a shame.

Good selection of 10ml bottles, unfortunately not so much for bigger sizes. Delivered in approx 2 weeks to another EU country.

8 weeks without a cigarette - from 30 a day for many, many years!

I'm genuinely amazed that I have managed to give up smoking - thanks to this company's product and service. No will-power has been required as I think I actually prefer vaping to smoking now! I started on their disposable one, which although got me started, was not saving me much money. So I bought the starter kit about 4 weeks ago and am now spending no more than about £1 per day on liquid refill - and I am always puffing away! Choice of flavours is great, delivery very fast and customer service brilliant. I would and do tell any smoker to switch!!!

Great for all your vaping needs

I found my experience with ecigwizard superb and hassle-free. I ordered mid-afternoon and my order was delivered the very next morning with their regular delivery service.

Their site is very well laid out with plenty of information and user reviews to help you choose the right products. They have a great range of liquids; from their own tasty offerings to other brands that are harder to come across in the UK. They also offer wizpoints rewards which give you discounts on your next order.

All in all, a very professional service which I would recommend to anyone.

Reasonable prices, good customer service, cheap standard shipping (1 week)

I placed my order in the evening and it was handled/shipped the next day. Shipment came in a bubble wrap envelope in one week (to Finland) using standard mail. So far everything seems to work fine. I was a little worried if all the products made the trip without damage, because although in a bubble wrap envelope, the products inside (3x900mah battery, 3xliquid) were moving freely inside the relatively large envelope. So despite the comfortably cheap standard shipping price i do wish that a smaller envelope was used (or a little stuffing added) to reduce risk of damage during transit due to products clattering against each other.

Customer service was kind and helpful, also the chat service was very useful! The only hindrance was that when the "new user starter bundle" was out of stock the only info i could get from the customer service on the arrival of new stock was "soon". That's problematic since it basically means that it could arrive soon or it might not and therefore doesn't help nor answer the question really. I think the customer service should be able to acquire and provide a realistic estimate on when the product will be back in stock. Best would be (and better than many ecig shops i've seen) if there was an estimate (only if realistic of course) next to the "out of stock" announcement on the product page. It's now been 2 weeks and the product is still out of stock.

Since I was eager to switch to ecigs and didn't want to wait (waited for a week i think), i went ahead and sorted out what to buy if i was to order the starter kit included parts separately. Note that this is not a simple task for someone starting "ecigging" and although i did find most of the information out from around the internet, the customer service was helpful in this process (although they could've suggested another product / possibility to replace the out of stock one on initial contact <-hint :) ).

But as implied in the title, the overall experience was good, and the point's that i made in this review are meant as constructive feedback to help further enhance the customer experience. Thanks! Think i'll go and have a few puff's now :).

Outside UK

I've been waiting for my last order 14 days now. It has not taken this long before to get here (Finland). Also there have been missing container or leaking. 1/4 shipments came as it supposed to.
Some of the produckts are allways sold out, but two thumps up for good quality.

This is my second purchase and I can honestly say that it has been exactly how I like to do online purchases. Quick delivery, drama free shopping with lots of choices and easy payment methods.

Postage and packaging is decent, prices are reasonable. The only quibble that I have is stock availability however the item(s) that were sold out were replenished the following time that I looked so I am happy with that.

The shipping rate is good but I am still waiting for my goods to be delivered to my door. It's not ecigwizard faults but the it actually stuck somewhere in my country postal sorting facilities.
