English Cottage Garden delivered an exemplary service to me for my order of Kidney Vetch and Bird's-Foot Trefoil plants. I think it is excellent that these, and many other British wildflower species are available to buy from this company. Wonderful selection of wild flower seeds to plant round my Apiary
Your service was excellent and the leaflets provided gave wonderful colourful information.
I bought these wild flower seeds to plant round my Apiary. They are all high in nectar and pollen, which is ideal for my bees. Some start flowering in April and I hope they will help my bees through the June gap, when there is sometimes a dearth in pollen & nectar flowering plants.

Plants arrived on time and we were kept informed on progress; ordered on a Friday but sensibly dispatched on Monday to avoid being stuck in a depot for the weekend; the company pointed out that the Ladysmock plants needed a bit of TLC (last of the available stock) and gave us a refund without any prompting.

My plants and seeds just arrived in perfect condition. My order couldn't be filled exactly as one choice had sold out. I was emailed immediately and I asked for whatever 'Bee lovers' Angela recommended as a substitute. It was like Christmas opening up my parcel to find what surprises I had got!! The plugs and plants were in perfect condition, the seeds were in clearly marked packets along with comprehensive instructions for planting and aftercare, so even if you're a novice gardener it's all there for you to get growing!! The sun is at last shining so I'm off planting!!!!

we think the idea of a wild garden mat is great and this should be a good way of bringing our wild flowers to more people. It is too early for us to see any results yet. The mat seems good value and the service from the English Cottage garden nursery was excellent

I would definitely recommend this plant company to my friends. The variety of plants was impressive. Moreover the plants arrived two days after I placed my order. The plants were well cared for and well packed. They are now thriving in my garden. Just because the plant isn't listed doesn't mean you can't have it! If you want specific plants grown or need to acquire plants we don't have in stock we will be happy to grow and source for you.
