This company is committing fraud on a routine basis worldwide. Not only did they cancel my order twice for no apparent reason, they assured me i would be repaid in full within 5 business days guaranteed. Bull fucking shit. I got sick of waiting and went to my bank and got them to pursue a fraud investigation against them, and got my money back a week later. Guess what the return on my bank statement read? FRAUD REPAYMENT . Im warning you do not trust these clowns.
I order regularly from Fragrancex.com since 2005. I had several purchases without any probleme. Their prices very reasonable (cca half of the price of the same product,perfume in my country),the product variety is amazing. The shipping was a little bit slow formerly, but my last two purchases I've got with DHL Express for free (from US to Hungary!) and arrived in 6 six days.
If I had question I got answer in email the same day always! Their loyalty program is great,they give discount more and more as I purchased more.
I don't understand the negative reviews, Fragrancex.com is the most trustable webshop (together with iherb.com) which ships internationally.
I so far am impressed with the service I was provided, I paid 25$ for something that would have cost 70 in stores.. I ordered it late Tuesday night and I just received it today being the following Monday . so it took less then a week and if I would have ordered on the Monday I would have received it on Friday, I live in Canada and because of used a coupon code the shipping was free. they also provide the coupon codes on the web site so anyone can use them and save money.. so far I am very impressed and it was packed very nice.. I do find the smell of the cologne to be less effective like it may have been a bit watered down. it could just be me since im so used of the smell so ya all in all im very happy and I hope that's everyone else that had issues were just one of and everyone else has a good experience like I did. I will repost if the next order is not as good as the first

I gotta say my 1st order went great and I got mine within a week so I live in Canada so I guess its not pretty far from me, I got it wrapped in a box and protected like seriously where are all these negative comments coming from lol I have another one I ordered and I will see how it goes and I will fill you in but honestly I do not know what's wrong with people always negative, happy customer always be satisfied! great things will happen and if you dont get it right dont curse!
Received my second order in great condition, it came early but Canada POST kept it longer, everything is amazing will be shopping again and updating you guys about further perfumes bought from this company.
On October, November and December of 2011 I made 15 orders from FragranceX.com and never received them. Those orders were paid with credit card. FragranceX.com showed total disrespect to the customer by taking my money and never delivering the product. I DO NOT recomend ANYONE from buying in that store.
I contacted them regarding the improper storage of their Estee Lauder Re-Nutriv Creme being improperly stored at the warehouse and all they can reply with is their "standard" return policy. There was no apology or any attempt or verify the nature of my discontent as if I was just another complaining customer. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN, and strongly recommend that no one else does too. They do not value their customers nor the products they sell.

They guarantee 100% that you won't pay duty if you order to Canada. Problem is they're just trying to scam on the declaration.
I ordered a larger order and they had to ship via a courier rather than post, and I wax charged duty.
I contacted them very nicely, and was given some rubbish reply about not always. I pointed out their black and white 100% guarantee.
This went on for a few emails. I finally received their attention when I asked for a return shipping address and told them Visa agreed to reverse the charge if they didn't send me a full refund.
And, get this. They promised me a full refund on the duty, and they STILL had the audacity to short change me, I found this out only when I got my Visa bill, they never made the full refund.
What a bunch of cheap, spiteful people. If you don't want to give something, hey, here's an idea, DON'T PROMISE IT ON YOUR WEBSITE.. I still would have bought it. I just would have been more careful and allowed for import duties.

I was hesitant at first but they seemed at the time the only company to have in stock the perfume I was after, I made sure they accepted paypal as payment, if anything happened at least I knew I had that in my favour.
I had nothing to worry about the perfume arrived 2 weeks as promised to Australia. I am now making a second order for Christmas. Only problem I see is that most of the popular perfume is out of stock, which is a pity.
I've never had such a dreadful time than when speaking with the Customer Service of FragranceX. I was promised Free Shipping, but then it was charged to my bill. When I rang customer Services to find out what had happened, I was held on the phone each time for over 20 minutes before being spoken to. Over the following three phone calls (with Sarah, Louisette and Megan, oddly all sounding like the same girl) I was either hung up on, told I was a liar and eventually, when I asked to speak with a manger I was refused, and then when I asked for the name of the CEO I was hung up on again. These really are the rudest people I've ever come across. They seemed to be taking great pleasure from trying to make me angry - I stayed calm and collected through the whole experience, but was very shaken by their sheer audacity.
Eventually my friend found the name of the CEO. I wrote to him and he refunded all my money, but never acknowledged or apologised for his frightful staff.
I will never use this company again. Never had an experience like it for blatant rudeness and frustration. Please pay attention to the other reviews - this is a truly nasty company.
FragranceX don't respect the buyers, it's almost 10 months since I made order 8318327(28/10/2011) and 7 months since I made orders 8782613 and 8782607(both on 09/01/2012).
The products never arrives and the store is refusing to do the refund on my orders.

This was a horrible experience. I never received my order. They still charged me. FragranceX.com lied to American Express that I did receive the order. The representatives of FragranceX.com were liars and cheaters. The customer service ladies I talked with embodied all the negative stereotypes of jaded, angry and abused New Yalk slave-driven workers. They felt so secure hiding behind a phone with a 15 minute wait period.
During one call, JourneyManagment answered one of my calls...whoever that is.
Avoid FragranceX.com like the Plague.

Have to say am a little surprised at negative reviews. Have ordered and received correct, authentic perfumes 3 times now. Agreed they do take a long time but 6-7 weeks to Australia seems to be par for the course with many websites.
Have ordered with this website 3 times and have not had a problem. Agreed delivery time does seem to be lengthy but 6-7 weeks to Melbourne Australia seems to be par for the course from many websites.
Terrible company. They constantly lied to me. If you're in Canada, don't waste your time, you don't actually save on border taxes (duties). They ship from their NY warehouse and you will have to pay a ton of more money to UPS. Stay away, stay very far away.

To everyone wanting to buy items from this website dont as the products have no scent and when wanting to return from englang there is a high charge of postage as you can not return the item without a certificate of you have to pay loads of money to ship it plus when you call the support team for advise and help they are rude, they hang up on you and they are not helpful at all I WILL NEVER USE THIS STUPID WEBSITE COMPANY AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THIS AS IT IS A CON AND A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AS THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY BACK.
I bought four perfumes in three separate orders, after five months have not received. This site is giving a default here in Brazil because hundreds of people were deceived. I spent $ 150. They do not respond to emails. He wanted to know a way to terminate this site. If this site were Brazilian was already closed. This site is fooling everyone.
I bought some perfume just after Valentine's day and I actually got worried after reading these comments.
Fortunately I was able to trace my parcel via DHL website and it got all the way to the UK in less than a week.
I have been lucky I suppose as I didn't enounter any problems and I didn't have to call their customer service. :-)
After reading the many negative comments/feedback and after 15 days with no delivery of my perfume I started to think the worst. However today the perfume arrived so I can only give FragranceX the thumbs up. If the perfume is not genuine then the copy is as near as good as. Pam
I read the reviews before buying from this company. With the majority of the reviews being positive, I gave them a chance. Not only did they charge me for a product that was never delivered, they treated me like less of a human being over the phone. I was hung up on and given extreme attitude every time. They blame everything on their shippers. You are unable to track your order because obviously it doesn't exist. Any decent company would take responsibility for their own mistakes. It is their fault for using such a terrible shipping service and for being such scum to their customers. I am going to the bank at the end of the week to report them if my package does not arrive.

I purchased again from FragranceX, and I am very happy with the service. I had sampled a cologne from a local store, so I knew the one I wanted. However, my savings through FragranceX was GREAT! I chose the standard shipping, so it took about a week to get my delivery, but it was packed carefully and arrived without any problems. I have bought from this site before and will continue to do so. Great job guys!

They are lying to your face, use probably illegal website scripts to validate sales (I'm a web professional for 10 years) and MOST of all they keep lying in promotional banners on their sites.
All mistakes they make and when you call them...basically they tell you that they can't do anything for you.

Fregrancex Review: WORST company EVER! Never seen this in my entire life. They should be in JAIL.
I bought 2 perfumes from them just a few days ago. I had the option of free shipping, but decided to pay a few dollars for 3 day Fedex select. I like having a tracking number when I order anything expensive or breakable!!! Free shipping is nice, but it's a risk as to when you're going to get it and in what condition! It's not the company's fault if there is damage or delay from the postal service. You get what you pay for, really. I got the package quickly and in great condition!!! The perfumes were sealed and perfect.
When these run out, I will be buying again from FragranceX!! Great prices and quick shipping!!
Fragrancex specified that shipping was free and I am still being charged for it.
The lady on the phone hanged up on me saying that she could not cancel the order (I emailed them immediately) because their had noone on stff during the week end and that the coupon should not have worked. The coupon is STILL on the site and people are still being charged. Terrible business. Terrible attitude!

For those who order from Sydney, Australia this company may seem to be fraudulent and delaying shipments. I got my package today after 2 months and realised that the package has been sent on time from USA and then reopened by some company in Victoria (FGE) and re-sent with Australia Post. So if you are waiting for your package try to contact them with your con number they may be holding it here in Australia.
I ordered perfume in Feb 2011 and its now May I still haven't received my item. After repeated e-mails about my order, I kept getting the same response that they could not track the order and it was on its way and may be delayed by customs. Eventually after threatening to report them to VISA unless they refunded my money they refunded half of it. I have just sent them a mail about the rest of my money and if I do not get a response straight away I will report them. From reading other reviews it seems like this has happened to a lot of people. So AVOID this company.

BUT they recently decided no more free shipping to the UK, so despite using my coupon which I was emailed, and despite their website confirming I recieve free shipping, when I finally paid them it turned out they had sneaked in the delivery fee!!
There was NO CLEAR INDICATION the free delivery was no longer on, and I feel I have been ripped off...its like stealing from someone.

Paid this company online - from Australia - I paid via PayPal - and when I started to raise questions about where is my cologne - they kept giving me excuses etc. The same template response. They were only delaying everything and when I raised the dispute with PayPal - they said to me that the dispute is old and that they cannot do anything anymore - it is between me and these clowns in the US - FragranceX. I emailed them over 90 emails and kept getting the same response. Obviously not reading anything. Why doesn't PAYPAL freeze their accounts and stop the processing of payments for this company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Hi everyone - totally agree with the below. Ordered 3 months ago and still nothing. Customer service is shocking - and to the person below who said that Lisette no longer works there, she either does or they are using her name as an alias because her name is in the signitures of their emails to me!
Would definitely not buy from them. Better off paying a bit extra on Strawberry net. I'll be making a complaint with the relevant agencies if they brush me off again. Worst online shopping experience I've ever had.

I have made two orders 2 months ago and stil haven't received it. To my emails I have only standard answers and the Rep from the customer service desconected the line as I called this company. Now I claim my money from the credit card institution, only way to get the money back.

Like many of your other complainants. I took up FX offer of free delivery for goods at only £19 I cannot seem to get them in UK. I ordered well in advance of the Christmas rush 26 Nov 2010 although I didn't anticipate the wintry conditions prior to Christmas so that probably delayed delivery. However, after lengthy phone calls and numerous e-mails to discuss the matter, It was agreed with Meghan their Manager that I would get a full refund if I hadn't received the order by 28 Feb 2011 or did she mean 2012? Now I am informed by her that they want to extend the date to 16 March 2011. The point I wish to make about this organisation is that they make vast profits from the likes of you and me from "stolen" money, how are they in business? Surely someone out there must know how to stop this happening and prevent them from trading in this manner. From a very frustrated and irate ex-customer.
Don’t know about other countries, however, if you order from Australia, do not expect your order to arrive for some time. It has been over 3 months and I'm still waiting on my order! If you looking for fast delivery and good products, go to ebay and get your stuff there. Ordered some fragrances 2 weeks ago on ebay, payed less than on fragrancex and already using them!!
