FANTASTIC Fun4kids!
So pleased I found this company after being let down by FuntasticToys ( BE WARNED>>> never use funtastictoys as they take your money and don't deliver the item then you have to get paypal involved and still no refund )
FUN4toys however are brilliant....a 24-48 hr delivery the items are as described and great communication...I have used this company twice now and wont hesitate to do business again.... EXEPTIONAL service!!!

I ordered the 11 in 1 bouncy castle last week for my grandsons second birthday. From the moment I telephoned my order through I was dealt with by an extremely helpful gentleman who guided me through details etc. I recieved my order two days later with free delivery and excellent service. The castle itself is every child's dream (and adults ! ) and is huge, well worth every penny. I would highly recommend Fun 4 Kids as the products and customer service are excellent and I would definately buy off this company again.

Unacceptable service but what can I do?
I brought an electric scooter from this company which broke after 2 weeks I was told to buy another charger from them which i regrettably did. Once i had brought a new charger it worked for a week and is currently not working. I have been emailing fun 4 kids for months now and still they are not prepared to fix the problem with the wiring. All the reviews i read were good my son is so disappointed he only got to ride his xmas present for 2 weeks. And I am shocked a company can sell faulty goods and take no responsibility for it what so ever. I will be telling all potential buyers about the shocking treatment I have recieved and will definately not reccomend this company!!

I bought an electric scooter from this site and on Christmas eve when i opened it up to build it for my son i was met with a smashed plug, a rip in the seat and nothing fitted together. The handles didnt stay in the upright postion so after my son fell off several times I had to do some home made adjustments to the pole o it wouldnt fall down. The seat doesnt even fit in the hole that its meant to. I even contacted the site to complain and have never heard anything back from them. terribly dissapionted with the quality and service i recieved from this site. I will make sure all my friends know not to shop on this site.

Cheapest price but quickest delivery of nicest products
Searched a lot for the smoby funny slide for my kid, and found the cheapest price was offered by Fun4Kids.co.uk. Ordered and the item arrived very quickly (within 1 week). Nicely packed and it was so easy to install the slide. The slide itself is very attractive looking, with a long double-wave slide. Robust and sturdy. My kid just loves the stuff.
I highly recommend Fun4Kid.co.uk. If you need to buy toys for your little ones, look no further.

Great Prices... With a catch ot two...
I've purchased 3 items separately at great prices from Fun4Kids over the last few months... Delivery schedules are slow (but do resemble guidelines on product pages - take note before ordering!) and are blighted with misinformation (promised delivery on a specific time slot and not turned up)... Worst of all of the three items purchased two had broken parts that took several weeks to replace direct from the manufacturers.
Needless to say ive received no recompense for the problems ive endured.

Fun4kids - just ask my 12yr old and 8yr old
I have just replaced my childrens Rocket electric scooters with 2 new Razor E100 as they had worn the others out. The price is the best on the market (over £100 cheaper than a well known catalogue shop), the order arrived promptly and the scooters look fantastic. The quality of the Razor E100 far exceeds the Rocket and I would definitely recommend paying the little bit extra for these.
I have had one issue with the charger not working for one of the scooters and having emailed Fun4kids at 8.15 last night got a response from Garry within 10mins. I am now waiting for a new charger to be sent out direct from Razor so fingers crossed this will arrive over the next day or so.
As a repeat customer I know I will be back to order 2 Razor E200 when the children want an upgrade!!!

Great price and fast delivery, excellent
Bought a large (14ft) trampoline from Fun4Kids. Their price was much lower than anyone else (by enough of a margin that I was concerned at first they were not a genuine company). However I risked ordering anyway and was delighted with the service. Communication through the order process was excellent and despite being 3 very large boxes it arrived within a couple of days of ordering (and I ordered quite late at night). Would definitely use again.

Good product, good delivery
Impressed with the product. Could do with it being a little bit faster, but that's a matter of opinion. I'm an adult and it still works fine for me. Wouldn't recommend to anyone over the 70kg range though, as it will certainly struggle unless your going downhill.

Took it out of box and within 10 minutes he was having great fun, he loves it .

great product, great price
Easy to use site, great product at a great price. My only slight gripe is that i ordered it over the bank holiday weekend but the site still said i would receive it on the Tues and i didn't receive any subsequent communication saying that that wouldn't be the case and that it would be Weds (slight stress having to keep the kids of an enclosure-less trampoline as we had removed the damaged one in anticipation of being able to put the new one up when it arrived on the tues. Not a major drama though and would happily buy from them again.

Decent price great product
I spent quite a bit of time reading other people's reviews about slides they had bought as I really couldn't decide which one I wanted for my 2 year old. I took the plunge and decided that this smoby slide was the one for us! Fun4kids was the cheapest I could find this slide by about £20 so happy days. Delivery was slower than I had expected but worth a weeks wait. Easy to put together even without the help of a man!!! My daughter is made up with it. Smiles all round :-)

Good prices and helpful staff - delivery from supplier an issue
The product is great and fun 4 kids a was the cheapest place we found it by a margin. Ordering was easy, but delivery was direct from supplier (plum) and we didn't get an email or a call to tell us when they were coming so we missed them, although it said we would be contacted on in the fun 4 kids website. We then had to chase the supplier, followed by the delivery company and had no choice of re-delivery date or time. This caused us real issues with work!

After ordering replacement parts which wouldn't fit my old trampoline previously purchased 4 years ago from fun4kids, they kindly at my request collected the items free of charge and supplied me with a new trampoline. Again I am very satisfied with the product and the service was absolutely fabulous!

I ordered 2 neon scooters for my twins birthday. One scooter didn't work as well as the other. One email later with no quibbles I was asked to give a day that I would be in to have a new scooter delivered and the faulty one picked up. Absolutely excellent customer service. The trampoline I ordered was out of stock so I was contacted the day after ordereing and offered the upgraded version at the same price. Despite a bank holiday weekend intervening the trampoline was delivered in five days.

Fab product, sturdy and lots of fun.
Was worried if this would take over the whole garden but because of it's natural look it just looks great. The glider is fantastic and the rope and ladder are a challenge for my climbing 5 yr old. Just wish it had a slide too, it would be more than perfect. Has to be cemented in so has taken 4 days to do, but will be worth it to know it is completely secure. Very pleased and looking forward to sitting back and watching my girl and her friends play on it over the coming years.
