I ordered some xbox points on Sunday, my account login details etc came through straight away but no codes. waited over 3 hours and still no code so emailed to cancel my order. I received a response on the Monday advising that my card had gone to fraud review and order was cancelled.
I used my card on two more occasions later that day and both transactions went through. I guess these people are just not available at weekends in which case they shouldn't offer 24/7 codes.
We purchased the 2100 points from them. Made two attempts by phone, two by email, and one by live chat of which none worked. In the end we have still heard nothing from them we ultimately opted to go to the store and buy a card since we still haven't heard anything. Buyers be warned!!!!!!
The only reason I used this site is because I wanted the points immediately and had read comment after comment about how fast it was. I ordered a points card about 5 hours ago and still haven't received it. Naturally customer service would be closed so I can't ask about it. They appear to be closed tomorrow as well so if this order requires a manual approval I'll be waiting until Monday. I'm expecting to get them eventually but I already missed the event I had purchased them for. If you need points immediately I wouldn't count on this site for them.
EDIT: So, finally Monday morning is here and I log in to see my order is 'Cancelled.' No email explanation, nothing. My Credit Card has the money, my credit is impeccable and there was nothing wrong with any of the details I entered.
Changing my rating from 2 stars to 1 for making me wait just to have the order cancelled days later AND with no explanation whatsoever.
EDIT #2: In reply to their comment that my card failed, I'm on the on the phone with my CC company right now. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my card. It belongs to me and there is nothing that about my account that would even remotely come close to being viewed as fraudulent so this claim of theirs is laughable.
The purchase was also approved by my CC company so now I'll have to watch my account to make sure the money gets refunded. I also still have yet to receive an email informing me of cancellation of my order. The only way I know of it is from a comment of theirs on a third party review site (this one). Very unprofessional.
I suspect this claim of fraud is the companies attempt to sabotage the credibility of anyone who says anything negative about them on here and also done out of spite as there's no reason to take such a drastic step as to close my profile altogether as I'm the legitimate cardholder of this card.
One last thing: Before purchasing from them, be aware that the claim of '24/7 purchase of codes sent immediately to email,' isn't accurate. They don't work nights or weekends so if you purchase during those times and your order goes into review, you will be waiting until the next business day (which would be Monday if you ordered Friday evening).

Much easier to get MS XBOX Live points for my grandchild this way. I didn't want to give him my card details, and this worked out well instead.
I didn't realise at first that I had to put in my billing address before I could checkout on the website, but I soon twigged.
I needed Microsoft points urgently for my son to take to a birthday party as a gift. Gamesbite allowed me to purchase what I wanted immediately and print off a code to put inside the birthday card. (It would've been nice if the image to print was a little more attractive to look at, as it was a gift for someone, but it wasn't a major issue. It was more important that the code worked! It did, of course.) I'd recommend Gamesbite as a trustworthy site to buy from, and will definitely use it again!
Firstly they provide what they say they do!
On this occasion they were not instant, my opinion is they are a very small firm who do not operate around the clock.
If you order after 4pm i imagine they have all gone home so do not expect a response until the next day(which is what happened in my case)
My opinion is that this company do not operate out of normal working hours and found an "excuse" that i am not allowed to mention on here to avoid just saying "WE DO NOT WORK 24 HOURS or HAVE AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM"
Once spoken with they delivered working code within 30 seconds.
Would use again but only during working hours----- I reject my previous statement as so much time have been spent amending and approving this post to satisfy them i have no intention of going through the process again!
My kids ask whether they can get themselves X-Box Live Subscription renewals and Microsoft Points. They don't mean at some point in the future, they mean now, within the next 3 mins.! why have i not received points when you have taken money from my credit card
I bought some points, but it said something went wrong. Then i looked at my bank account and can see that they have reserved the money. I then tried to get hold on them, but they haven't answered on any of my 3 emails, when i'm going to their sites, there always stands customer service offline. It's now over one week ago, and they haven't reacted yet.

That's a lie, I've sent two emails before that, and got no answer. The first mail was at the same hour the payment went wrong, the next email was a day or two later where i used the confirmation email i've got from you and still no answer! When i had waited for a week i took contact by your Facebook account. I have saved the emails, so i can send them to you if you don't believe me.
At first I was a little concerned to get my xbox point from any web site, but now that I have I'm totaly conviced this site (gamesbite) is safe to do so. I had a quick delivery to my email and the codes work perfect.
Code was smudged so it took ages to decipher it. My son has Aspergers and so it caused real upset. When we bought these off you before the code was printed clearly, but this looked like a scratch card very badly scratched making it really difficult.
I only bought the code as I wanted immediate delivery for my son. That was on Friday afternoon, it is now Sunday and have not received it and can not contact. I have had to buy from somewhere else and I hope I can get a refund but have not heard anything to my email as yet..
Been sent a points code that has already been used. Tried to log into my account on their website and it now says my email is not registered at their site. Awaiting a response to these issues.
Set up my account, selected item to purchase and paid, all very easy and quick, less than probably 3 minutes, then got my code via email in about another 3 minutes, back on line in under 10 mins, spit on. Very pleased.
i would not use this site again as it says on thier home page that microsoft points will be sent via email whithin a few minutes 24hrs later and i still havnt got the code i went on live chat and was told that it would be done later that day again did not happen i would not use this site again
I tried to order Microsoft points twice and both times it failed but with no email or call to explain why. After hearing nothing for 2 days I eventually called and spoke to a member of staff and whilst their manner was adequate , the response wasn't particularly helpful in the least assuring me that I should receive my codes within 5 minutes, and guess what.......after 4 days, still nothing SO another call I shall make ensuring that my money has been refunded and vow never to use this site again!
