I have purchased from this site before with no problem but the last time I used it I was charged sent emails confirming my purchase but I have had no code sent. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be using the site again.

The speedy service sorted a problem out between my two sons. One of them had points and the other didn't and they both wanted to play the same downloadable game.
I've had two xboxes hacked using my credit card details so now refuse to have them entered in any machine. Gamesbite is an excellent way of over coming this problem.
States on website 24/7 service but they are closed when you call at weekends and had to call 3 days later to request they send them. Wasn't happy, also asked me for a landline telephone number to authorise the payment? I had already entered my bank passcode on the bank verification page, isn't that authorised enough?!
I certainly haven't received my order in "seconds". Well, it's 50,000 seconds since payment was taken, and I'm still waiting.... Google search for "microsoft points instant" and unfortunate to land up here. Daughter desperate, so went to GamePointsNow and time from hitting confirm payment to email code arriving was 7 seconds.
Now I notive other complaints where Gamesbite say "your order went to review" and that's their excuse. Mine went past review quicky, to processing, so let's see....
I don't buy a huge amount of MS points so I don't often have any spare when I need them. The instant delivery and prices that Gamesbite offer are an excellent way for people like me to get points when needed. I've checked many other instant delivery sites, but due to service and price I always go back to Gamesbite. One very happy customer.

I ordered 1200 Microsoft XBox points for my 9 year old son on Saturday night and chose Gamesbite simply because they would deliver the code within 5 minutes by e-mail. A few hours later and no e-mail, my son went to bed very disappointed. The e-mail was finally sent Monday morning (5 mins had become nearly 40 hours!).
The only reason that Gamesbite obtained my business was due to the very short delivery time. They have not performed as advertised and have essentially obtained my business on false pretenses. This review could have been avoided by Gamesbite if I had received an apology and some form of tangible compensation but no such communication was received.
I will not be ordering from them again.

Speedy and good value site - what more do you need?
the second time i tried to buy points for my sons it said reviewing for over 12 hours then it got cancelled ! so now i will buy my points from [External links removed]/ from now on!
Have used before and would recommend for ease of use and super fast e-mail delivery.
Purchased Xbox points on a Sunday evening and used this site for emailed delivery of points voucher only to receive an out of stock reply.
Would have got 5 star rating for an instant delivery.
Had work the following day, so I was not able to phone to deal with this but by the time I got home and checked my emails all was good voucher had arrived.
Would have been nice if there was a stock check before making a purchase I was only made aware of the out of stock issue after the transaction had been made.
I would use this site again with no issues in the past, but if I experience this again this site will be deleted from my favourites bar.
I order MS points and it said they would be processed and given in 10-15 minutes and about 1 hour later I received an email saying they had no stock which made me worry why they are selling the product and where my money was. I contact them via their messaging service available online and they insisted I'd have it in the next hour. About 2 hours later I still hadn't received it and I again contacted them and again they insisted it would be processed in the next hour. It got to about 1.55pm on a Friday so I checked their phone number and opening hours and saw they shut at 2pm on a Friday and so I called them and to my surprise someone answered but was very unresponsive on the phone but even more to my surprise, it was processed and given in 5-6 minutes.
Shocking service, won't be using again.

I paid £9.99 for 1200 microsoft point, payment was successful, got a text from bank about the order.(3450.- HUF-->9.99£)
On the site the status is "Barclays Declined" and i have to reorder (pay one more time for this....).

So, gamesbites answered for my review, they think the payment was fail,BUT i still paid 9.99 £. Here is the text from the bank.

I ordered an annual renewal code for a Norton Anti-virus package (Norton Internet Security). The code was emailed to me seconds after I had completed the on-line payment process. The code was valid and worked perfectly. I had a slight initial problem in opening the picture file containing the code, but this was a software problem of mine, not the fault of Gamesbite.
N.B. Anyone who purchases such a Norton code should be careful not to use it until their previous annual subscription is on the point of lapsing. I had assumed that the code would give me another 365 days cover from the expiry date of my existing Norton package. However, the new year's cover starts immediately you input the code - so I managed to lose out on 3 days-worth of cover that I was still due from my old package!
gamesbite were fast fare and the pricing is up to date if not better than the rest of the competitors. i will use them again and have put them top of my bookmarks,
i have used gamesbite on a number of ocasions and have always felt like i was important to them as a customer, so will carry on using them and will always advertise them to my friends as long as they stay as good as they are.

I have purchased microsoft points etc from Gamesbites on numerous occassions and have always had brilliant quick response with delivery within a couple of minutes, even though transactions at quite unsociable hours. Well Done team.
Gamesbite have tried for a 2nd time to have my review removed, rather than get dragged into a tit for tat with them, I will summarise my experience with this purchase/company as briefly as possible so Gamesbite can refrain from having my review pulled because they do not like facts:
'With regard to my transaction : Non existent customer service, no return emails when promised, when emailed told to contact 'external link removed', not Gamesbite, attempts to make me look like a liar, lots of blame on myself and anybody except Gamesbite. I said it many times, if the code works, then well done, if the code does not work regardless who is at fault, well......' 'external link removed' cancelled the code sent by Gamesbite and provided me with a new code which worked - son is now happy, which means I can get on with my life.
My opinion, I would never use or recommend Gamesbite again, no respect shown to their customers, more interested in saving face on public review sites.
Hopefully this review will halt the requests of Gamesbite to have it pulled.....I am quiet happy to share the facts with anybody who would like to contact me, I have nothing to hide.....
23/05 14:43 - comment response by gamesbite is factually incorrect, if I try to detail facts, they request to trustpilot that my review to be pulled - I summed my whole experience up with my opinion title 'Probably good if code works - once code sent, not interested' - my review, my experience with gamesbite, I have left my honest and truthful review, I will leave it to the readers to decide on their own if they want to play Russian roulette.
16:15 - Gamesbite - assuming things as usual, not using facts - issue was not with profile - issues was with code - a '3rd party' resolved this by providing a new code. Gamesbite need to understand that this is a Review site for Opinions of Gamesbite purchases, that is the whole idea of TrustPilot - no point chucking toys out the pram because you can't get your own way.
And regarding your 'comment yet again' - of course I should be able to reply to a comment made by yourself that is not true. If you spent more time on customer service than censoring reviews, I am sure you would have a less amount of negative reviews.
My wee boy wanted some Xbox live points and were meant to receive them within an hour. Actually received them almost 24 hours later. A good price though.
