Sooo comfortable....
First time I've bought Keen sandals, and they are brilliant . Bought for a sailing holiday but I can see that I will use them throughout the summer.....the colours are fab ! Will look at Keen shoes again!

Gear for girls offer a competitive prices for a range of products, the delivery is fast (mine arrived the next day) and the website friendly and easy to navigate.

I was very pleased with the whole experience dealing with gear for girls. Great website, product fantastic- been wanting a pair of these trainers for a few years now and unable to track them down in the uk. Very quick delivery and I returned the first pair for no charge as they were too big. Got the next pair very quickly and with no problems. A very smooth transaction. Very happy with the ease at returning them and method of doing a request on line. Overall- I would use them again for another purchase and recommend them to friends.

I love gear for girls!
Gear for girls has a beautiful range of products for all outdoor sports for active ladies! which is a nice change in a male dominated industry with limited ladieswear choices. they stock nice ethical brands which are often hard to find in the UK such as prana and patagonia. delivery is prompt and returns are easy to do. I love the email updates and suggestions for websites/videos relating to the activities you are into.

light weight comfort from an overcoat
was so happy with the speedy service of my new coat, ordered it on line early one morning and it arrived the next afternoon. Lovely warm light weight coat, not yet tested it in the very cold weather, hasn't yet been that cold for me to know if its going to be warm enough, hoping it will be okay, have worn it when it was quite cold, and it was very good, didn't over heat where my old one would, so thats a result so far,

Great products and excellent customer service
Great website full of high quality outdoor kit. I couldn't rate the customer service higher enough. When you are buying technical clothing you are often spending quite a bit of money and of course the fit needs it to be right and so I often try and avoid buying technical kit online as am always worried about sending kit back. Gear for girls have excellent service and currently offer free returns which makes buying with them hassle free. I would highly recommend.

Efficient, personal service - brilliant!
I have had so many problems in the past with ordering things online - items not arriving when they should, being put in a long queue to speak to someone before being cut off etc. Gear for girls was absolutely brilliant - I asked (and paid) for next day delivery and when they realized that this may not be possible (as I'd ordered late afternoon on a Thursday) they called me up first thing on Friday morning to ask if I wanted to change to Royal Mail delivery which could get it to me on Saturday (which it did!) Not only did they do this, they refunded the difference in cost for delivery. I will definitely be shopping with yourselves again and recommending you to others!!! Thank you and keep up the good work!! :)

Perfect Ronhill running hat - does what it says on the 'tin'!
Great company and great hat. I run about 5 times a week and this hat is perfect for keeping the sun/and or rain out of your eyes! Thin breathable fabric so you don't overheat. My order arrived very quickly which was great - good service. The only thing that was not so good was that I should have looked around more for a better deal as other companies (wiggle.com) don't charge any delivery for the same item. However it is only a small order so it's not a big deal. I would recommend Gear For Girls for service and quality but maybe one day they won't charge delivery.

item fine but not delivered next working day
Paid extra for next working day. Ordered thurs, delivered tues (Mon & Fri were bank hols), but since parcel force deliver on sats, it shouldve arrived on sat.
Called gearforgirls stating that I wasnt happy, but they quite frankly were not interested. So i suspect their after-sales arent very good.
Having said that, the item was packaged well and as described.

The information in the delivery section of our website indicates that orders must be placed before 2pm to arrive the next working day so orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will arrive on Monday. Our delivery section also informs that courier services do not deliver over the weekend. Your order was placed on a Wednesday at 6pm just before a Friday and a Monday bank holidays. Your order was processed on Thursday so the very next available working day for Parcel Force to deliver your order was the following Tuesday, as they did. If in doubt about delivery times or if in a hurry to receive a parcel, you can always ring us and we can help you decide on the best delivery option for you. We have a good after sale service with a fast exchange/return system which is seen as very important to customers and we are always happy to help where we can. We are thinking of introducing a next day delivery option with Saturday delivery but the extra cost will be very high to the customer.

Rude and unhelpful
Two weeks after placing my order I have still not received the goods, although obviously my account was debited immediately.
On phoning Gearforgirls the staff member <private data removed> was extremely rude and aggressive.
I still have neither the goods or my money . Do not use this company.

Your order was placed on Sunday 24 March and we shipped it the very next day. Royal Mail attempted delivery on Tuesday 26th, 4 working days ago. Unfortunately you left a Trustpilot feedback before we had the time to ring Royal Mail on your behalf and forward information to you about the location of your parcel. The parcel is currently being held at your local Royal Mail depot pending your instructions. Unfortunately missed delivery cards sometimes get lost. Our staff always endeavour to help customers in a friendly manner and in the 8 years of trading we’ve always managed to keep our customers happy. We hope when you pick up the parcel that you will appreciate our service. And you can see from our other reviews that Cindy usually gets glowing reviews from customers.

Fantastic jacket. Mis-read about the deliver service.
Brilliant jacket, exactly what I was looking for. However, ordered next day delivery to have for an event (order placed 4pm Thurs), paid the extra, missed that in the small print the courier does not deliver on a Saturday. Would be really useful if they can make it explicit when they expect a package to be delivered at checkout. Probably royal mail would have done a speedier service without the weekend delay!

I found skiing trousers which I loved and found the cheapest price online with Gear for girls. I was a bit worried as never heard of them but they had good reviews so I risked it. I can't fault them...easy ordering, fast delivery, great product and great price. Recommended!
