Impressive service & products.
There are many print companies offering great deals but when it comes to service you never know until things go wrong how good it is. There was a faulty print run on my order, I complained and there was an immediate new print run at no cost. Now that is service!

A mystery in print
A set of business cards should have been a fairly straightforward request but no, Good Print somehow completely messed up my order.....8 weeks later and i am still without cards (and have had to go elsewhere in the meantime). Too long and complicated to go into here but I have almost lost the will to live.

Human Intervention required!
Hi There,
Just received some more cards from you guys , as usual the service was impeccable.
Sadly we made an error in some of the fonts, they should have been in Bold as previously ordered to make the titles readable. If a human being had seen this we feel sure it would have been and queried prior to printing.
It was our error and we will have to pay attention next time.

Disappointed
I am a customer of several years standing. The latest order has been a real problem, driving by a new printer. The back of my business card did not come out as it showed on the design; the quality is lower due to new printer; the reprint was also incorrect; and I'm still chasing them to get the problem resolved. From fast, they seem to have become slow. From responsive to unresponsive. What has changed?

100% wouldn't use anyone else
Needed these urgently, took a few seconds to reorder & delivered realy quickly.

Great quality product for such a reasonable price and a very easy to use site maybe some more technology backgrounds or even combined backgrounds, eg. game console , pc & phone repairs all in one as it is a big trade industry just a thought.

Fast delivery but not exactly what I'd designed.
A solid black line going from the top to bottom has appeared on the delivered postcards. On screen, this was a shorter line, not reaching either edge. Expensive without the discount code for what you get.

Excellent product and service all with a sensible price.
Very good service, easy to edit your preferences on screen. The only negative is the fact that I did my design on one evening, got late so didn't complete my order. 2 days later got an offer of 25% discount, a couple of days later a 50% discount!! So pleased I didn't complete order on first evening, would have been a little miffed!

Great value for money
I can honestly recommend Goodprint. They provide great quality business cards, which are easy to order and don't cost a fortune. The turnover is also very quick, which is fantastic especially if you're ordering something last minute.
I was extremely pleased with my first order. The second order had a minor issue - a couple of cards looked like if the black paint had rubbed off a little. That was a big area of black colour and I was warned when ordering that I needed lamination - which I didn't include to lower the cost. For this reason, I don't blame the company - they did say things like that could happen and I ignored the warning. But the rest of the cards were absolutely excellent.

Good quality business cards and good service.
Bought 500 single side laminated business cards. Arrived within a few days and are of great quality. I had forgotten to put my discount code in and just realised when I'd paid. I contacted them and they immediately reimbursed the difference. I think that's good customer service.
