I shopped around for the microchip catflap as it was quite an expensive product. Hillcrest were the cheapest, had a great website and it arrived the next day! Was very impressed so I thought I would take the time to share my view.

First class service
In desperation with a very anxious cat I looked around for a microchip one and found the SureFlap to be cheapest here. Arrived very promptly and is superb - no more visiting cats, even the bully cat from next door who broke the last flap hasn't attempted to destroy this one - yet. No more Trauma

I ordered a Sureflap- best price on the web. Although, there was a mix up with a part of the order, this was sorted out and the correct piece was delivered the next day. They have said that I should send back the wrong part and they will reimburse me. Very pleased.

Online Ordering not working
I wanted to place my second order on line only to find it was not working. I rang up asking if there was a problem with their website, to be told no but put through to the person dealing with website queries to then leave a voice mail. Rang back a couple of hours later to be told the gentleman would only be able to ring me at around 3pm, and I explained that I'd be out and that I needed to order my cat food that day. I therefore ended up having to order it there and then over the phone after all the messing about.

BRILLIANT SERVICE!
Alan and I and our four cats became very frustrated with next door's tomcat, continually 'intruding' via our cat-flap, operated by a magnet system. I researched the internet, and found the ideal solution . . . . a Sureflap Microchip cat flap! Hillcrest delivered it in no time, with free delivery. We had the four cats microchipped and now . . . . no more intruders and four happy cats!!!!

wonderful caring practice
I have been using Hillcrest Animal Hospital for 30 years, the practice is very caring, great advice and superb treatment. The vets are all brilliant and the nursing staff more like friends. Having a lot of rescue cats we visit the practice very frequently. Would very highly reccomend this practice to anyone who loves their pets.
