These people are the biggest bunch of crooks I have ever dealt with. I would urge you to have nothing whatsoever to do with them. I ordered a radio which has a loose handle when I received it. When I sent it back to the company they refused to repair it saying that I must have damaged it myself. The handle had originally come away at one end; however, when they sent the radio back to me the handle had been completely removed and just thrown back in the box along with the radio. When I rang the company to explain what had happened they just denied everything. Whenever I asked to speak to the manger I was constantly told he was not there. Their attitude was completely arrogant and disdainful. They acted like some bent backstreet market traders. My advice to you, based on my personal experience, is to avoid these crooks like the plague and deal with a proper reputable company instead.
