First time I order for delivery, I waited for the delivery and never arrive!!
once I called back (after wasting over 3 hours of my time). apparently my delivery wasn't book at all... so I have to rebooked for another day and waist again my time waiting for the delivery!!
The second time (and last!) I been waiting for the delivery and when it's arrive, it is a completely different shopping!!!
So I had to call back, and they said they have to wait for all the deliveries to come back and then they will see what they do!!! unbelievable!!!
when I ask the manager, that I paid for the food, I waited for the food, so I wanted my food... He answered "sorry, I can not magically make it appear on your house, so you need to wait!!!"
very good Iceland, keep loosing customers.
I w ill never shop at Iceland again. My 80 year old mother is one mum who will not be going to Iceland! She had shopping delivered yesterday from their Ashington store and over £17.00 worth of goods were missing .However because she had signed the delivery slip it is her fault not the drivers and she cannot have the goods .Their customer care line gave the same reply. So beware when using their delivery service ,make the driver wait till you have unpacked your shopping before signing the slip or it could happen to you.It says in their delivery Terms and conditions that missing or damaged goods must be notified to the store within 24 hours .My mother notified them immediately but to no avail ,they have just said tough!
Love Iceland they have fantastic offers on and food ou can trust cant wait or our new stir to open
I shop at Iceland and find their stuff is very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly.
When genetically modified foods started to first appear on the market, I heard Iceland would refuse to stock GMO products. I think they must have relaxed their 'policy' - as foods within all supermarkets contain GMO produce.
At Iceland the staff are alway really friendly and genuine, its a lovely shopping experience. The prices are fantastic and the food is amazing quality for the price, I don't know how they do it but keep doing it! All my family shop there and love it too, there's always something new to try. My mum-in-law says their bacon and cheese is the best by a mile ...and the cheapest!
As a lot of folk, I find it difficult to cook so I have to rely on ready meals. I used to buy Iceland chicken dinners, beef dinners and all day breakfast but they have now changed the packaging so that it is impossible just to peel the plastic cover off after heating in a microwave. The only method I have found that works is to slice the cover of each partition in half and then peel each half carefully. This is difficult to do with hot food and especially if your hands do work well. I still use Iceland for some of my shopping but I am afraid that they have lost quite a bit of sales due to this problem. Even after informing them about this problem, all they did was to send some vouchers to compensate me and done nothing to correct this.
You get great bargains more for your money, since they opened a store nearer to me iv saved a small fortune,I use to spend my money at tesco's but with icelands great prices I now spend the bulk of my housekeeping money at icelands.....Well done iceland 5*****
And good options for vegetarians but I wish they did not change their stock so often just as you get use to something.
good products innovative and low cost with home delivery love it.... needs an online orer system
II live in Spain and wonder what I did before Iceland arrived. I love it for the fantastic range of frozen food but tend not to buy a lot of dry goods as they are pricey in comparison to local supermarkets
Discovered Iceland today, fantastic experience and was offered free home delivery- result I could go shopping in town and have a coffee and not worry about frozen stuff defrosting :) will be returning again in the near future.
When Iceland say your shopping will be delivered at a certain time its THERE!! when they say. Take into account the prices and the quality food and you have to admit Iceland are icecool.
Good choice of items at a brilliant low price. Food contents very good too and tasty. Highly recommend.
excellent range of cheap food many of very good quality.again always busy....home deliver great.
Why be a snob, the frozen meat joints are wonderful and I use them all the time, moist, tender and easy to cook, so what's the problem?
I love this place but can rarely get there - I just wish they would introduce internet shopping
I always use iceland as their prices are very competitive, the shopping always arrives within the slotted times, and they give great customer service
Would recommend if your not a fussy eater and you want to pay less for your shopping ,most the food is frozen not fresh and they dont sel much healthy good not fresh fruit replaced by packaged sweets. Meat is horrible and food is really bland and you can taste the quality
iceland send products to the overseas company in spain, they should make sure that the expats in spain are not ripped off by overseas,
some of the prices charged are really extortionate
I find iceland is quite gd for the little things, i.e gravy granuels, oxo cubes the frozen meat for a sunday and the odd offers they have.
just bad all over. a shop made for bad lazy parents who are too fat to learn to cook. the quality of food i wouldn't feed it to a starving dog let alone my chrildren. social services should wait out side and when they see a parent with a child they should take it away.
Our local branch closed down nearly a year ago, however, I found another approx 6 miles away, same excellent instore service and they still deliver f.o.c. when I spend £25 or more. Well done the delivery driver, always on time and soooooo cheerful.
I Love shopping at Iceland as it offers brilliant value for money and the range of food is constantly growing. When you compare the price with some fo the 3 other major Hypermarkets in the UK, Iceland is much much cheaper, and often for more in Quantity, especially with there promotions, Keep up the Good Work Iceland.
I really like Iceland,I am one of the older generation who still remember the joys of having my freezer filled up at Iceland, and it always felt like I had a bargain. I still go to Iceland nowadays, but not as offten as I used too. Mainly because there is not an Iceland shop nearby. I would recomment iceland to you as i have always had good value from tthis store also Iceland is always adding new lines to their stock so shopping is always interesting..
good food t good prices making sure my freezer is always full

If you have a large family to feed they offer a range of frozen & fresh goods all in one shop at reasonable prices to stock up your freezer, also some store offer free delivery if you spend £25. They could do with more staff in some stores as the Q'S have you waiting sometimes over 20 mins to get served.
