Very often you get a good sales experience from a company, but the after-sales and support sometimes doesn't match up, which is a worry if you are spending a considerable amount with an on-line store.
We had a problem with our headphones several months down the line. We contacted iHeadphones and they have replaced them without any quibbling. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed by the speed of response. We would most certainly buy from this company again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
Right from when I ordered through to when it was delivered at my address, service was very efficient. Loved the regular email updates about the progress of my order and its whereabouts every step of the way. Apart from the fact that when I receive telephone calls at times, callers have complaint that it all sounds a bit muffled. But apart from that, I would say a very well rounded Bluetooth Headphone and is worth the price. The sounds and the Bass is absolutely perfect especially for a Music Lover like me. Battery life is absolutely brilliant. It tends to last a long time on one full charge alot of the time. I also love the fact that it comes with its own bag which keeps dusts and dirts away.
Would definitely recommend both the FSL ZERO BLUETOOTH HEADPHONE and Iheadphones Company as a whole as I would definitely shop with them again and most certainly would recommend iheadphones to all those people looking for good pair of headphone at affordable price.
And by the way, I also bought my girlfriend a Sports Headphone with SD Card slot and she seem to love it. The sound of this is very good and at such affordable price. She loves the headphones and I myself have heard the level of sound it produces and I must say that I am very well.impressed. Again very good pair of headphone with do many amazing features such as SD Card Slot, USB Charger,etc. All of this again at amazingly affordable price. All thanks to iheadphones for such amazing Gadgets.

I've bought a couple of pairs of headphones from iHeadphone, both were delivered well within promised dates. After travelling with one set they developed a problem with the mic/ remote. This was quickly resolved with a change from iHeadphones.
They have a great range, good prices and offer good, honest service.. So why buy from the American tax dodgers?
I was looking to buy my dad a wireless headphones for christmas- I knew I wanted bluetooth as it can be used with more gadgets then just a TV (which is what he wanted them for), I tried calling for advise on a set of headphones twice, both times I wanted on hold for a long period of time (15 min) to speak to a specialist only got cut off. I also emailed - no response. It was getting close to christmas and in the end decided to go for a pair which I thought didn't need a bluetooth adapter.
On arrival I went through the box only to find that they did need an adapter - Sennheiser ones cost about £60 so I was throughly disappointed. I tried calling again for support and advise over which adapter to get - no answer / on hold for 15 minutes if not more, I tried calling a number of times. In the end I went to another website.
The website raves about good customer service and support, which is why I was keen to buy through them, however, I couldn't disagree with this more.
Bought a pair of Skullcandy Hesh 2 Headphones and found a good price here but not having used this seller before I had a little trepidation regarding the transaction.
Placed the order from my office some time after lunch and expected a few days to pass before receiving the package - Wrong!
Next day .. in the morning ... knock, knock ... "please sign here" - Wow!
Door to door in less than 24 hours - good price and fantastic delivery time.
My experience has been fantastic, however, there were no problems with my transaction so I cannot comment on how good or bad the customer service team are.

Purchased from this company at the end of November. After my goods did not arrive , I TRIED to contact customer services by phone. When I reached the top of the call list the phone just rang & rang, presumably those above me in the queue had given up rather than had their call answered?. They did however respond to email eventually that at first gave the impression of a business that was interested in me.
Despite having asked for a refund under DSR after the second failed promise my goods had been despatched, I was met with a wall of silence as this company refused/ignored to participate in the PAYPAL resolution process, ultimately resulting in me getting my monies back as a result by default.
All in all a disappointing buying experience, that had I googled this company in the first place would have saved me a month of hassle. There are negative reviews going back years about this company and their atrocious track record relating to Customer Service and issue resolution.
My advise based on my buying experience would be avoid this company at all costs and give your business to a company that cares about Customer Service but if you must use them I suggest the following:
1) Pay using PAYPAL, their resolution process is not the fastest but it is effective and your monies will be refunded even without iheadphones participation and following through their tiresome T&C's. Second best would be your credit card so you can leverage a chargeback if needed via your CC company.
2) Check Iheadphones authorised dealer status for the product(s) you are buying. This impacts not only your warranty/support status with the manufacture but could mean you are getting non UK (grey import) products. I have no problem using a non AD but this should be reflected in the selling price of the products to balance the risk with the warranty and specification.
3) Look at other sites for reviews about this company, seems odd on TP the vast majority of the reviews indicate this company can do no wrong..... either they are fictitiously posting reviews to cover up how bad they are OR they are good and need to sack their customer services team, as they are incompetent when it comes to issue resolution which is dragging their otherwise sound business down as its their POOR CUSTOMER SERVCE that people on here post negative reviews about.......
This is the third time I've used iHeadphones and had no problems with dealing with them whatsoever. They stock my favourite headphone brand, Beyerdynamic and their prices are very competitive. Their delivery timing was spot on too! I'd not hesitate in recommending this site to anyone looking for a pair of decent quality headphones. :-)
I found this company during my research, simply by a doing quick 'Google' and I really can't fault them.
I was firstly impressed by their website and the product range, information and reviews therein.
I had a couple of headphones 'in my head' and had done quite a bit of online research already, but had not actually listened to any. I already own a pair of Sennheiser 560 Ovations, but wanted a wireless pair to go with my Nokia Lumia 800 WP primarily.
I had narrowed down my choice between the Sennheiser MM range (but which one?), and the Monster Beats Solo Wireless (cool or what!), oh decisions, decisions!
The sales guy I spoke to on the phone was friendly and chatty, which obviously helped him to asses my needs. It didn't take him long to find out that I was really more interested in the sound that the street cred. So the Solo cans were quickly 'canned'!
Onto the Sennheiser MM's then:
MM or MMx? 400 or 500? n50 or n00?
Well, I won't go into all the details (my musical tastes, equipment I use, when/where I will use them etc. etc.), but all I can say is, that he made it easy for me to make my final choice...
Payment was a snip and secure. My package was tracked all the way to my door and duly arrived the following day just 1 hour after my courtesy phone call!
And best of all, they were exactly what I had ordered, had arrived in one piece and WORKED!

Originally received the product promptly. However since returning It has been a constant fight to get my monies back. I was back and forth with the returns department for a while, then all went quiet. The Item has been back with them for over 3 months now.
I wrote a few emails and finally they got back to me saying that because they couldn't find the item in the returns department, I would require my original postal receipt from when I returned the item. This was not possible.
Now I'm being told that without this receipt, they cannot refund my money for the faulty item they originally sent me. I am currently fighting this decision.

The headphones I purchased were bought as part as a present, so unfortuately I cannot rate the item themselves....however the service and speed of delivery was exceptional.
I did manage a quick 'look see' of the item and all contents seemed to be present and look of good quality!!

My Bluetooth headphones developed a fault, trouble shooting with the manufacturers help confirmed the problem. IHeadphones gave me a returns number and they were returned, replacements arrived straight away. Only downside I had to pay for postage on the return but not for the replacements.
I had bought headphones for my IPhone last summer and had them replaced 2 times already. But the problem is with headphones, but not with iHeadphones:) Great service, very good communication. Would Recommend to everyone!
Just bought two pairs of V Moda Remix headphones for running - usually 70 odd quid and got them for approx 20! Downside is that they're pink - but again they're for running. Excellent product, and equally as important is iheadphones brilliant service - as always.

I ordered a pair of FSL Zero Bluetooth Headphones. Delivery was fast. Great sound and really comfortable but as with all bluetooth headphones I've had the sound cuts in and out a lot. This just about kills my great listening experience. If not for this problem it would be an easy 5 stars. BTW I use it with my HTC Desire HD Phone.
I returned my faulty headphones in July this year, hoping they would be back before the summer.
In the middle of August, they emailed me asking what address to send the replacement to (why they need this again, since they shipped them once, I don't know). I was on holiday so it took a couple of weeks to reply, but nothing arrived.
In the middle of September, I emailed again and asked what had happened. They said that they hadn't processed a response since it came from a different email address (true, but the subject was the same, which is what they said to keep the same!). So again, they asked what address to send them to. I replied the same afternoon.
We're now another month on from that last ticket, and still there is no sign of a replacement for the faulty product. I've raised yet another ticket to ask what is going on - no doubt I will be asked for my address again, and when I provide it, they will do nothing.
AVOID like the plague!

I was trying to buy these certain earphones to replace the broken old ones (that really fits well in my ear and sound good for their price range) and I couldn´t get them from this seller through Amazon because they wouldn´t deliver to my country. Then I found this website. No problems. Made the order and in a few days I got my headphones delivered to my home. Fast delivery. I was a bit surprised, I think the fastest I ever had when ordering from out of the country.
Been buying from several other places before, got this web as recommendation from a friend who is very satisfied with the website's services. Don't make the same mistake as I did by buying from other well known websites, in most cases I've received some faulty products or lengthy delivery times.
