Excellent service!!!!!!
We are expecting our first baby in the next two weeks; we ordered some basic stuff and all famous buzz 3 . There was a problem with the adaptors. We e-mailed kiddycare and were very impressed with the speed they replied and superfast replacement.

Great delivery service
If you are spending over £30, you can't beat Kiddicare. Their delivery service is great, sending you a text on the day to let you know the delivery time. It doesn't always work out perfectly, as you can't select the slot, but you can postpone to the next day (again you can't select the slot). But it is much better than having a random courier delivery.
For smaller purchases, the £4.95 delivery cost is a bit of a stinger though.
Brilliant range of products and often the cheapest.

Value for money items so far!
I bought several items already from kiddicare, and they always dispatch the items very quickly, with updates of delivery sent through text and email. They accept paypal too which is a plus.
I bought a set of travel system, baby crib, and nappy disposal system in very competitive prices. I can't really comment on the product quality as I haven't used them, but I will post the update.
it seems they always have new discounts everyday to attract customers, but don't be tempted too much on this as some products are already discounted for ages and you could still find them cheaper in other baby retailers.

Ordered baby bath on next day service but took nearly 10 days to arrive - but price was good.

Don't expect any help from the delivery driver, or customer services...
Kiddicare's delivery service dumped our heavy delivery halfway up our garden and refused to help my wife carry it into the house. Upon contacting Kiddicare to complain about this, they proceeded to tell me that this was standard procedure, as the delivery drivers weren't insured to take it any further.
Good luck buying anything heavy from them if you've just had a baby - it'll be in the garden until you find someone to lift it inside for you!

Had a fantastic time at the store when purchasing a new car seat.. really helpful staff and got the item at a really good price to what was shown on the website.. would shop again...

Quick Delivery, excellent couriers
Can't fault them, then item I purchased arrived next day and the courier service even texts you an hour slot in which to expect the item. Fab!

Impossible to use
Tried ti order a Phil and Ted's Sport buggy, but their website wouldn't let me. They cancelled my order twice for "fraud" reasons, despite my bank confirming to me that they had authorised payment!, Called their customer services who were not very helpful and basically exhibited no interest in taking my money and fulfilling the order. After having their checkout crash out on my the third time I attempted to place an order I toddled over to google and selected a merchant with a working checkout system to take my order. Sadly I'll not get back the time I spent trying to get Kiddicare to do their job and process my transaction. Absolutely rubbish customer experience.
