Cannot be better
One of the most pleasant shopping experiences in the last few years.
Bought travel system on kiddies kingdom website.
Got quick confirmation.
The item was delivered next day as promised!!!
Item in perfect condition.
Found that item cheaper elsewhere, e-mailed kiddies kingdom and got the difference refunded in 2 days.
Will definitely buy with them again!!!!

Price was good and delivery was quick and efficient.
My only criticism would be that the website didn't mention that we'd need to buy adaptors to fit our existing BabySafe car seat into a B-Smart stroller, and doesn't sell adaptors separately. So when the stroller was delivered we couldn't immediately use it and had to buy adaptors elsewhere.

I ordered from Kiddies Kingdom for the first time shortly after Christmas. The customer service was outstanding. Not only was the gentleman (I'm sorry I should have asked his name) helpful and courteous in addressing my query, he promptly found out the information and returned my call within minutes, he also price matched for me, altering the price online so that I could order immediately.
My travel system was dispatched and I received it the following day.
Excellent service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company again.

I was impressed with range and easy-use web site. Prices were good and I was happy with quality of my purchase (bed). The bed was delivered very quickly. I was a little disappointed that I was not contacted before my order was dispatched to arrange its delivery, so there was a little confusion. I was impressed with the email updates and I was pleased with the option and apparent ease to change the delivery; however they took no notice of my request to change the delivery I did via email and text, and they delivered it to my neighbour instead. It turned out ok, just a little embarrassed that my neighbour had to store a huge parcel in their hallway all day for us!

Best price online, very fast delivery eventhough it was during Christmas period, the highchair was delivered on Christmas Eve which was perfect as I needed it for Christmas day. Great quality high chair. Would defenitely recommend to everyone.

I don't usually do reviews, but i felt this company deserved this......Fantastic deal, £40 cheaper online, was wiith be within 3 5 working days, which i was informed of on the day of delivery by on of their staff......the icing on the cake was that i even received the text with a time slot which was also great.......
Can't fault their service, even better than Major top retailers......Keep up the good work.

Mamas and Papas Never again... Always Kiddies Kingdom
After having an extremely shockingly stressful time with the poor quality of cots and furnishings and service from Mamas and Papas we cancelled our order from them ( in excess of £700) and found the products we required online at kiddies kingdom..... We rang them up and headed to the showroom, the two chaps working that day were fantastic, couldn't do enough for us, they were friendly, helpful and made us feel valued 12/10 kiddies kingdom

No customer service
I placed an order for a toddler bed, wardrobe and mattress which according to the website had a 7-12 day delivery time. When this passed I had to contact the company to ask about the status of the order and was told that they were waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer. This should have been made clear on the website and the company should have contacted me. When the order arrived it arrived in two separate batches and was incomplete despite assurances from customer services that the whole order would arrive. My son now has a bed but without a mattress which makes it unusable. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Good service from Kiddies Kingdom re sending - not so good from delivery company
The service from Kiddies Kingdom was good when it comes to sending the product but the delivery wasn't. The delivery man was actually seen leaving after just putting a card through the door WITHOUT knocking - I mean, why bother walking to the door without knocking! Thankfully managed to call him back but he WASN'T happy about it - very miserable man! I sent a message to Kiddies Kingdom about it but they didn't reply! Just glad I got my goods.

Fast, efficient service!
After the a run around with mothercare I ordered the chair within 5 mins (at a much cheaper price than elsewhere) and was delivered by lunchtime the next day! Much better idea than going all the way to the shops only to be told they don't have the colour I wanted (opposite of what they said on the phone!).

Had my reservations as I'd never heard of the company before but was so impressed from start to finish. The cheapest price for the chair anywhere online and great communication all the way through. Got emails tracking the progress of the order and then a text with an hour window of when it would be delivered and it was here within 5 mins of the start time! My son loves his new chair and will definitely be shopping with you again.

Rang to check item was in stock, was told if ordered by 2.30pm would be with us the next day. Order process was really easy and the item was delivered as promised the following day. What more could you want!!

Good service and price, would use again
We ordered a Buggy as an urgent order for a holiday following the demise of our holiday one. Ordered on Sunday night and it arrived by 10 on the tuesday morning. Can't ask for a better service than this.
Only criticism was no confirmation received to say it had been dispatched until we got a text with our time slot a couple of hours before delivery and we asked a question in the comments section but this was not answered.

Fast and simple, exactly what I needed
Ordered at 3:17pm on a Wednesday and recieved by dinnertime on the Friday. I was kept informed all the way through and was text a 1 hour delivery slot so I didn't have to wait around. The product was exactly has I wanted and would use again.

Great customer service
There was a problem with getting stock from their supplier but the lovely Imran at Kiddies Kingdom handled it brilliantly - he called me regularly to give me updates on what was happening, and was so apologetic for the delay (when it wasn't Kiddies Kingdoms' fault for the delay!). I think the true test of a company is how the staff deal with glitches, and Imran really shone with the way he dealt with me.
Oh and the buggy was £40 cheaper than anywhere else too! I'll definitely be signing their praises to my friends.

Excellent item, fast delivery
I love the item, I was only expecting the pushchair, footmuff, parasol and changing bag, I did not realise it comes with a rain over too so that was an extra bonus to me! The item was delivered really fast and free delivery too! I highly recommend kiddies kingdom to all my friends and family!

I hardly have the drive to make comments but on this outstanding customer service I am obliged to do so now. I ordered a 2-in-1 travel system online on Saturday 29/09/12 and received a confirmation the order has been received and will be processed. On Monday ordered was processed and on Tuesday was dispatched with information of 1hr window (09:23-10:23am) delivery and an option to request a change of delivery date if not convenient. We were off to a hospital appointment that morning so we left a note to leave the items at the back door. Later got a text to choose another date so typed 1 to say I want the the items delivered next day. The delivery guys got to our home and on seeing the note on the door left the items at the back door. We came back and to our pleasant surprise, the items were in the back door! Every stage of the transaction was duly communicated by text and/or email. It can't be any better, can it? Thanks a lot and keep the good work.

Great Little Pushchair
This is my second Quinny Senzz pushchair. I loved the first one so much I had to have one for my next baby. The pushchair folds flat and is quite compact. It takes up very little space in the boot of the car but has a large comfy easy to operate reclining seat which will fit from birth up to a small 4 year old. The hood is fine for wet weather but also acts as a sun canopy when it's hot. It also has a well fitting waterproof apron and car seat adapters included in the price. The shopping basket is large enough for a small shop and the pushchair is very nice looking..I love it in black too...Have dealt with this company many times. Their prices and service are second to none........

This swing is great I ordered it and it was delivered the next day!! It was cheaper on here even though its the same item as I had seen in other places, and my baby girl loves it!! Like the fact you can turn the swing up or down to go faster and the music can be changed, fab swing!!

Kiddies Kingdom were absolutely superb.
I ordered a car seat from Kiddies Kingdom one afternoon at around 2.30pm. I read on the website that orders placed by 12 noon would be next day delivery. Not only after my late order did the item arrive next day but it was perfectly packaged and I had received a text message very early in the day from the courier advising a one hour delivery slot time and and option to text back to amend if this was not convenient. Simultaneously an email was recevied offering the same thing. I did not repsond as the time slot was totally convenient. The seat arrived exactly within the time frame it advised. I was completely and utterly delighted with the item and the service and won't hesitate to order from them in the future. I would 100% recommend them.
