simply apalling!
Yes they are cheap. There is a reason, if you need after sales support for a faulty item they will jump through hoops to avoid helping you. Have you tried ringing their returns department? try it for fun, they simply dont answer the phone. They also dont answer emails. I wrote to them using their online returns form to send back my 1 month old canon camera that had become faulty. I wanted a repair or replacement. All that ever happened was on the order invoice in my online login it says to contact cannon!!!!!!!!!! i mean forget that by law its their responsibility, forget they havent answered the phone or replied to emails. I am now having to start a county court small claim to get my money back.

They forgot to write my phone number on the package, only address.
I made the order on 01 May 2013. On 3 May received a confirmation from Royal Mail: "Your item, posted on 03/05/13 with reference RQ427949801GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in BULGARIA". On 20 May I decided to search who is the bulgarian company responsible for delivery. After a short research: Interlogistica. Called them and they saw that the address was visited on 13 May but nobody there. Here is the problem: Interlogistica haven't my phone number to call me because LambdaTek didn't write it on the package. Yes, I know, that Interlogistica must visit the address at least 1 more day between 13 and 20 May - they also had a quilt, but this is other story. That's it. Sorry for my bad English.

Lambda Tek supplies and delivers in style again!
Lambda Tek is what online purchasing outfits should be emulating.. I bought a mid-value laptop and throughout the several days of consideration, I found their product specs spot on and detailed. The purchase went smoothly. Even though I had doubts about their stated delivery, they were very prompt and precise. Lambda Tek is an excellent online retailer of technology products!

Great shop with excellent pricing
I am first time purchaser at this store and my whole expirience has been nothing but good. Status and delivery information are top notch. Lambda is shipping via FedEx so there is absolutely excellent tracking possible on the minute exactly. However one small drawbackk has been in my initial order as I somehow forgot to put in my contact number which is absolutely required for the courier. My order status did not change initially and I did not know if stock was a problem. After my email contact I was informed about the missing number which was corrected so that afterwards the processing started really quick. I wish I would have gotten a note about it so there wouldnt have been an inactive timeframe for my order.

Great service and prices
A great company to buy from, their high marks on this site are well deserved as my order couldn't have gone any better. They managed to provide my storage array at very competitive prices and the order was delivered on schedule with no unforeseen issues.
I wouldn't hesitate to use LandaTek again, top marks!

Fast and nicely packed, but.
I was looking for a mini itx board and the lambdatek search engine doesnt have that as an option, so somehow i ended up ordering a mirco atx. Cant blame lambda and i managed to for the board in my cabinet anyways. So no harm done.
Id still like the mini-itx search option thou.

Excellent! Highly recommended
Last year I had ordered a hard-disk from them and was very satisfied. This time I wanted a 4-bay NAS. Winning a bid on eBay was practically impossible and final bid was almost like the RRP. So I decided to buy new and I looked up Lambda-Tek. They had what I wanted, at a good price AND they ship overseas (very important - many vendors don't). I ordered it on-line and within 6 days it was here (1 day before shipper estimate). What more could I want ? - Price was good, delivery was excellent and all the transaction went silky smooth....did I miss anything ?

fast delivery with promt and clear reply
My first time ordering from Lambdatek, and they replied my emails promptly with clear explanation of all my questions, and the charge on delivery which arrived in a day just made me decided to order again within a small time frame, its stock number also changes shortly after the order which amuses me whilst some other online companies just put up fake stock level(hmm, can't mention names). Its price isn't the absolute lowest to be found but definitely on the reasonable side, not the mention is non guaranteed one day delivery with dpd which actually scan in the parcel on every phase of delivery. This is definitely one of the go to companies that is actually interested in attracting return customers by providing good communications between customers and the company which definitely stood out of the pool of companies that lacks the motivation of keeping customers in touch during the ordering process, I do believe how people feel when orders don't arrive in weeks or even months whilst taking 2-3 days just to say its coming, I can assure you this is not one of them and I will consider this company as the go ones when needing an item

Wir hatten versehentlich eine falsche Artikel-Nr. genannt und unsere erste Bestellung storniert. In kurzer Bearbeitungszeit wurde der Storno bearbeitet und die PayPal-Bestellung angehalten. Die richtige Bestellung wurde dann schnellstens abgewickelt. Unsere USt-ID war, da frisch beantragt, von LambdaTek nicht sofort prüfbar. Nach erfolgreicher Prüfung wurde die englische USt umgehend erstattet. Wirklich ein gutes Beispiel von Internethändler.

In Stock and Delivered on time - Why can't all suppliers be like this?
Once again LambdaTek had the products I needed in stock, and delivered next day as promised. They are No 1 on my list of preferred suppliers and have never let me down. I buy for my clients, and "Right First Time" is very important. 10/10

Much better than I expected.
I had a great buy form Lamda Tek. The Kobo Glo e-reader was advertised as opened, but unused, which I didn't mind for the £20 less on the price (20% off). When I received it I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was brand new and the box still had the security seals intact.
Have already read four full books on my new e-reader and am extremely happy with it, and with the superb service I received from Lamda Tek.

eBay item not as described
I purchased a motherboard from their eBay shop recently. The description said the motherboard was new and that it came with manual, 2 x S-ATA Data Leads, 1 x SLI bridge, Backplate and Support Disk.
It became apparent that this wasn't the case when I was called and told that the motherboard was used and may not come with all the accessories. I took the on the spot decision to go ahead with the purchase and see what was actually missing when it arrived. I was able to source the missing items from eBay, but obviously this was extra expense that I wasn't expecting when I purchased the item.
As the price was cheaper than I had seen elsewhere, when I initially saw the listing, I was expecting it to be refurbished, but when I saw that the listing said 'new' I quickly purchased it.
My issue isn't with the service, they were quick to call and point out the mistake and the item was delivered quickly. My issue is with the eBay listing. It was listed as new when it should have been listed as used and incomplete. A standard specification was used in the listing and didn't take into account of the items missing.
I would buy from LambdaTek again, but probably not from their eBay shop.

Great company, no hastle.
I ordered two 22" LG flat screen monitors as periphery screens for the Flight Simulator I am putting together.
They were delivered to me in Kent within 20 hours of placing the order on line.
They were well packaged in strong secure factory sealed manufacturer's boxes.
I will certainly be using LambdaTek again

Very good. Not completely satisfied about delivery times/price ratio.
A very good service. Just the day after I received the confirmation of my order dispatching and delivery. But even the price for delivery was a bit expensive compared to the weight of parcel, the time of delivery was of 2 weeks. I cannot charge this slow time to company but to royal postage or italian postage service of course, but for the same price or just a bit higher, probably a courier service could be more fast.

Excellent customer service
Ordered my first computer via Amazon and when I had a problem emailed and latter called. They responded quickly. The second time I placed an order the machine I wanted wasn't available on Amazon so I ordered direct via thier web site, realized that after ordering Inwasn't going to be around for dellivery so emailed them to ask that they hold off for a few days. Computer arrived in Spain in less than 3 days

Excellent, no-nonsense service
I live in Germany and wanted to buy an Acer W510 convertible with a UK keyboard dock - understandably, I had no luck locally. Not many UK retailers ship internationally, but LambdaTek did and it did so cheaply, too. When I opened the FedEx box I also found an EU adapter that the LambdaTek people had thrown in for free - a nice gesture. Very impressed overall.

Took awhile but doesn't everyone selling Supermicro
Don't keep Supermicro in stock, so took over a week which is usual for any Supermicro kit in the UK.
Kept me reasonably up to date on progress of order.
Would certainly buy from them again

bad service _ pessimo servizio
veramente bruttissima esperienza in vendita in questo sito. ho acquistato materiale elettronico per un totale di sei componenti. nonostante il peso relativamente basso ho pagato una cifra stratosferica (36 euro)per averlo con corriere espresso che prevedeva 1-3 giorni, una parte dell'ordine ha richiesto 4 giorni di lavorazione nonostante si trattasse di tutto materiale perfettamente disponibile in magazzino. mi hanno spedito con un servizio economico standard dal costo di 12 euro (6 giorni di tragitto) prendendosi in tasca i 24 euro di differenza. ecco come fanno a vendere con quei prezzi, mangiando su queste differenze tra costi reali e quelli promessi.... all'arrivo oltre tutto ancora più grave, mi hanno fatto avere una memoria sd standard invece di quella che avevo comprato che era micro sd...il loro servizio clienti non mi ha più ricontattato e non risponde più alle email come se stessero perdendo tempo, così che passati 10 giorni legali non posso più esercitare il mio diritto di recesso. pessima esperienza vi consiglio di diffidare...
