Brilliant shopping experience
Look Fantastic is a really excellent online beauty company. I love shopping with them as the prices are great, my parcels are normally delivered quite quickly, and they update you on your order via emails which is really helpful. I had a problem recently where I was sent out a wrong item but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Go on, give them a go!

Fantastic products at great prices
I recently bought some Glamglow from Look Fantastic which I was interested in because a high-end beauty salon I go to does a 'Glamglow facial' as well as selling the product & I'd heard good things about it. I was really impressed that it was £36 from Look Fantastic as it costs £49.99 for the 50ml product from Glamglow's own website. Ordering was easy, though you have to be sure to select free postage if that's what you want otherwise it defaults to express postage. The product arrived really quickly & well packaged as did my previous purchase. I also like the fact that I always receive emails with various offers & discounts. I will definitely be using this website to buy my beauty products in he future & would highly recommend it.

The great thing about LookFantastic is the huge range of products and brands available including hard to find and niche products. The prices are great too and there are lots of special promotions. a good online store for good products with cheaper price

Great products but the service is hit and miss
I love the range of products available and the pricing is good but i have had three occassions now in which i have had to communicate with post sales care. The most agrevating involved items arriving that were not ordered and packages missing items I had ordered and paid for. Days worth of delays to get a response followed, then I was refunded the incorrect amount before lookfantastic having to reclaim some funds and FINALLY 3 weeks later I received the correct shade of OPI Nail Polish!!
Customer care not up to scratch for a company aiming itself at the 'luxury' market.

I find the website really easy to use and the delivery time is far superior to other sites I use and have used (competitors and general online sites alike) despite being free. The prices are also very competitive compared to RRP - frankly I can't think of a reason not to order from LookFantastic!
