Fantasic service and excellent value for money; worth a trip to the Jewellery Quarter
I purchased an engagement ring with my fiance around 18 months ago and we have recently returned for our wedding rings. The service received at Marlows was excellent on both occasions. We have found the staff to be extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There are a wide selection of rings available and we felt comfortable with making the decision together as to which was our favourite (within our price range). Whilst we had an idea of what we wanted, we were grateful for some expert guidance on what was likely to be suited and love the rings we have chosen. On our first visit the ring was resized within hours and ready for collection the same afternoon, which we were very impressed with. On the second visit, we were a little later in the afternoon, but were more than happy that we could collect our rings the following day.
We did a lot of research before purchasing the engagement ring and found that the amount saved for the quality of diamond received was more than worth the trip to the jewellery quarter (and an overnight hotel stay nearby); the professional service received from the staff at Marlows was a very welcome bonus and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone (The store is a little 'no frills', but do not let that put you off for a second - I would much prefer to buy here than at any high street chain).

Excellent Customer Service!
I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding service I received when purchasing my wedding ring. Having rung up at 7pm, I was very impressed to get straight through to a real person at this time of evening. Furthermore Marianne could not have been more helpful answering all my questions with authority and professionalism.
Once the ring had been ordered, it was posted out the very next day and I received it the following day. Although the ring was just what I wanted, it was a fraction too small. However, the service provided by Marlows was again second to none; the ring was resized at no extra cost and was back with me within three days.
I would like to congratulate Marlow's on their excellent customer service and products.

Amazing hand made engagement ring
brought a 18ct White gold pear shape diamond at a great price amazing quality looks brilliant went to collect was not entirely happy. With thickness sk they re shaped it they could not do enough for me I will defiantly buy wedding rings from here 100% recommend fantastic .

Couldn't ask for better service, & great value for money.
The website is clear and easy to use. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful over the phone. The jewellery arrived recorded delivery the next day and was perfect. They came with certificates. Marlows offer great value for money, we were quoted double the price on the high street for the same product! Very happy with the whole experience of buying from Marlows, would recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

We bought my husbands wedding ring from marlows. He decided a few weeks later that he didn't like it as it didn't fit too well due to the design . Contacted marlows and they exchanged rings . Very friendly and great customer service !

Great service and great value
Overall I experienced a great service from Marlows, I dealt with a lady called Margeret when I purchased my item. She was very professional, very helpful and was such a lovely lady. I returned a few weeks later to have the ring resized and unfortunately had to deal with a different lady as Margaret was not available. I didn't get the name of the lady but she was the complete opposite of Margaret, very blunt and acted like it was a huge inconvienience for her that she had to have the ring resized for us.

My favourite jewellers
I love Marlow's diamonds. I have bought several items from them. I bought a solitaire engagement ring, a wedding ring, a certified diamond dress ring and also through an online purchase I bought a diamond pendant.
My Marlow's diamonds are outstanding and I have seen comparable quality at several hundred pounds more.
The service in the shop is lovely and they are always willing to check the setting on my ring every year.
I wouldn't buy a diamond anywhere else now.

Ordered my wedding ring online, arrived promptly, well packaged and in lovely condition. My husband also bought my engagement ring from here and it is also great quality and arrived with all the proper documents.

Hi purchased both my Wife's engagement ring and diamond earring from Marlows. On both occasions, the staff were helpful and attentive. I managed to get very good quality diamonds for my budget.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Great Service, Great Value, Just buy online
I have been very loyal to Marlows over the years, Engagement Ring, Wedding Bands, Diamond Pendant, Diamond Studs and Drops Earrings.
I have always gone back to the store where the staff have traditionally been very helpful and offered really useful advice. That is until the most recent visit, where they reluctantly matched their own online price for the drop earrings, suggesting that it will always be more expensive in store because of the fixed overheads.
My advice, go to the store meet the guy’s they will be very helpful, go outside and buy it on your smart phone. Great Service and Great Value just delivered in a slightly different way.
