Unfortunately, prescription medication is something that we legally cannot sell without valid authorisation from a professional vet. We are a registered pharmacy and not a veterinary practice, so dispensing this medication would be against the law. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused by this.

We understand that any price increase can lead to disappointment but please be assured that this has not been done without thought and consideration of what this will mean to our customers. We ask for your understanding however in that we have not increased prices across our catalogue for the whole of the last year and in that time have had to absorb several increases from the manufacturers of our products. We have done this proudly in an effort to continue to be the "Customer Champion" that we strive so hard to be and offer the best prices possible! Unfortunately, in January 2013, many manufacturers of our products have further increased their prices by an up to an extra 8% (on top of inflation) leading to our reluctant decision to make these changes to our prices.

Price changes at this time of year are unfortunately necessary to reflect inflation and the increases imposed on us by our suppliers. The increases vary from product to product and we have endeavoured to increase each item as minimally as we possibly could. We are confident that we still remain more than competitive in light of these changes, and continue to offer the best value around.
