Perfect Prom Dress!! Great communication!

I knew ordering a prom dress on line was a little risky, but my daughter wanted a very unique dress and this site sold it. They had to contact the designer to have the size 2 dress sent to them. This took some time. I was getting a little nervous but MissesDressy kept me informed of the progress. When the dress arrived it was everything we had exepected. VERY high quality LeFemme dress. All we had to do was to get it hemmed. My daughter felt gorgeous and looked STUNNING!

I ordered my dress on 3 May and I get it on May 10 I live in Austria!
I was very surprised that it has gone so fast! I have long wondered what dress should I order, so I have often contacted the Helpline. They were always helpful and very nice!
I ordered a Sherri Hill dress, it is very beautifully! I can MissesDressy only recommend it!

Unreliable

Sent dress that did not fit back. They assured they had the dress in the size I desired ready to ship, however I recieved calls saying they did not have it. I called back, they again assured it was a mistake and they had it in stock. The next day I recieved another voicemail stating they did not have it. Very unreliable creating a large stress right before prom.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE.

I called Misses Dressy telling them the approximate time my dress needed to be in (2 weeks from the day I called). The lady said the dress was available in THEIR warehouse so it would ship IMMEDIATELY. I waited a couple days and realized the dress had not been posted to our credit card account. I called back with my order number and the people said my order number did not exist! Are you kidding?! After finding my order number 15 minutes later, they say that it won't be here until 2 days before the date of my prom!! We asked fot it to be overnighted and they PROMISED it would be. But After recieving the track number, it will be here in four days. What about alterations? What if its not what I want and I'm stuck looking for another dress last minute after paying $300?!?! Out of the 20 times i have called, I have been hung up on, told I would be "called back later" which never happened, and I've been told FIVE different arrival times. needless to say, this company has lied repeatedly, and is NOT a place to shop for a prom dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Fake dresses! I've wasted $300 on a fake dress that I am ashamed of wearing!

Very disappointed with the dress. I went in a genuine store and saw a Mac Duggal dress. I planned on ordering it online as I believed that it would be cheaper. But when I received the dress, it was nothing like the original that I saw and tried on. The fabric and the detailing were completely poor. For a website that claims to be an authorised retailer of these brands, I can now say that it is a complete fraud. I would rather get my money back than be disappointed again with an exchanged dress... but I really don't believe that a fake website will refund for anything really.

Ordered my daughters prom dress and paid for 2 day shipping. Tracked all the charges on my credit card. Waited patiently for an email stating the dress was shipped but haven't gotten one. Noticed this morning...2 weeks before prom that the charges have been reversed on my credit card but still have had NO communication from the company! I tried to call but no one answers!! Glad I got my money back but finding a prom dress now 2 weeks before prom will bye a nightmare! Thank you misses dressy.com for the incredible stress you have now added to what should be a wonderful teenage memory maker! I would NEVER recommend using this company!

Thanks MissesDressy for two gorgeous outfits I've got) Though I live in Russia, the dresses came in two weeks after they had been ordered; I really couldn't imagine it would be so easy! I honestly was worried about possible problems, but these guys worked perfectly. I'm content with both the quality of service and the quality of the dresses. Good company)

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE BAD REVIEWS.

Trust me on this people, I vow here and now that I DO NOT work under the company. The dress I got was P E R F E C T. It was simply so beautiful, gorgeous, flowy, soft, just absolutely everything I've dreamed of. GAAAH. And the best thing is that it came on time (: like PERFECTLY on time. Maybe even faster. The thing is I hear that alot of people have been scammed and didn't get any contact from the customer service. However, that was not the case for me. I definitely had TOTAL trust in the service. Even when I acted like a total crazy psycho and would ask them like 100 million times if the dress was okay, they replied to every single one of my questions with sincere and genuine answers.
I would post a picture of myself wearing it right now. Unfortunately I dont know how to which sucks cause I can't prove much to ya'll but meh :/ whatevsss.

All you need to do is to be annoying as much as possible and keep in contact with them so that they wouldn't forget who you and what your dress is.

Very satisfied with the service and product.

I ordered a dress on sale this summer from this company at a very discounted rate. It came in without any problems. I noticed the same dress at several competitor sites this fall and the price was back to the original (over $300 and I paid under $100.) I ordered again from this company for my daughter's prom and the dress came in but she didin't like the styling. I called at 9 a.m. and didn't get an answer. I called again at 10 a.m. and was serviced right away. I was sent an RMA# to return the dress and ordered a different style without any problem. I found the girl on the phone to be polite and helpful. While looking for homecoming and prom dresses we noticed several sites never allow you to return or exchange. I am glad this is on online business that allows this.

so i ordered my dress two days ago and after i ordered it i read reviews about it online and released that maybe it wasnt such a good idea as many people say that its hacked and stuff but i try to believe the best and i am waiting for my dress to come but omg my mother is going to go mental if its a scam and i will cry because the dress i ordered is beautiful and i want it badly, so i really hope i made the right decision to shop there ,has everyone got their dresses? and how long did it take to come? i live in UK so im not expecting it to be very quick so its okay but im just worried and need reassurance

An OKAY dress website

Last year I purchased my junior prom dress from an online source and had good results, so I figured I may as well buy online this year too. I ordered my dress and spent $20 for 2 day shipping just in case. It took my dress about 5 business days to be shipped, which I knew prior to ordering it. It did arrive within 2 business days, and was packaged very neatly as to not damage any of the beading. I like my dress, but it does look different from what I thought I was ordering. I went on the website of the designer, Nina Canacci, and looked at the dress there, and that looked more like what I got. So while it is a genuine designer dress, it is not necessarily what I thought I would be getting. This site seems fairly trustworthy, but you may want to search the dress # on whatever the website of whoever designed it to see what you really may be getting. The service is very good though. Again, I like my dress, I just would've liked to see a more accurate representation of it. The photo I saw was not the dress I received.

Very happy with the service i received and the dress which i bought.

My daughter selected a dress from this site for her school prom which is in June 2013.
Being that we live in the UK i was a little worried about ordering from the US and i was not put at ease after reading several bad reviews on Trustpilot.
I was all for not using the site but then risked my daughter never speaking to me again!!
Ordered the dress she wanted 13th January and was told it would not be shipped until 14th February.
Received an e mail stating it had been shipped 13th February and it arrived approximately 5 days later via DHL.
Payment was not taken until the dress had been delivered and my daughter loves the dress which is beautiful and apart from having to be taken in slightly is perfect .
Did have to pay a delivery charge to DHL for the UK postage, £20.00, but a small price to pay to make her prom night one to remember.
Don't know if i've been lucky or others unlucky but i think if you order in plenty of time you should be ok, i can only compliment MissesDressy on the service & product i received, thankyou.

A store that doesn't like new customers!!!!!!!!!!

Being from the Midwest, maybe I am not familar with New York service. I am not comfortable spending several hundred dollars on a dress without the option of returning it for a refund. I called and asked that an exception be made to their usual policy of only giving store credits. Long story made short - the supervisor I talked to hung up on me when I asked to speak with her supervisor. Rudeness like this would never be acceptable at a store in the Midwest. After reading the other reviews online I would advise not giving this store your business.

Super Speedy Delivery — look out for sale items!

I bought a dress and it was on sale. Very true to the measurements online.
However yes, even though they say 'free shipping', shipping cost me 39.90, quite expensive.
YET, the dress arrived from across the world in like 3 days. WOW!
I think alterations when ordering online (or buying instore even) can be common if u want to get the fit just right.

Отличный сайт! Те же платья предлагают в магазине в Киеве на 40% дороже. Заказала платье от Джовани. платье пришло в оригинальной упаковке с бирками от дизайнера. Тоесть в подлинности сомневаться не пришлось, хотя до этого были сомнения насчет того не Китай ли это, потому что было впечатление - раз США - значит цены должны быть дороже киевских а не дешевле. Поэтому истинно рада покупкой. Размер как-раз подошел , ничего супер сложного не было , просто почитала блог и подсказки как правильно подобрать размер, измеряла себя, как советовали, и все как- раз на меня сшито :) Чувствовала себя как королева в подлинном платье от Джовани. A minha experiência com a missesdressy.com foi a compra de dois vestido um para mim o qual foi ordem especial e outro para a minha mãe o qual chegou a nossa casa com 15 dias uteis.
