Do not send your phone to these con artists!
I sent my phone to these people & after waiting a few weeks I had to email asking where my cheque was.
When they finally replied via email it was to tell me that the price had been reduced as they had found visible cosmetic damage &the volume button wasn't working.
This phone was hardly used & never had a mark on it. There was also nothing wrong with the volume button.
I emailed them to let them know how unhappy I was but they just emaile me back saying the phone was damaged & their offer stood.
Please don't send your phone to these con artists as you will regret it as I &so many others have found to our cost

Read the reviews before choosing this company.
Like many below me I didn't read the reviews here before choosing this company. They quoted £180.00 for a HTC one X where other companies where only offering around the £160.00 mark. I sent off the phone (they advised free post however I paid extra for recorded delivery) After 3 days they emailed and text me saying they'd received the phone and where going to offer me £157.00 - They didn't say why this wasn't as much as originally quoted it was just that there sending this amount and to contact them if I weren't happy.
I emailed them asking why they where £23.00 short and got NO REPLY.
I am happy with £157.00 as this was around about the same as other companies but the way in which they show a higher value is wrong and should not be allowed. I would gladly take a refund and send my phone elsewhere just because of the cheek of this company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
I tried to recycle 2 phones with them after a week of not hearing from them I sent an e-mail asking where they were upto with making payment to me. I got no response after a month I got 2 texts one for each phone saying the valuation had been downgrade because they had found damage gto the phones and asking me to read my e-mails. I read my e-mails when I got home and it said they had been downgraded due to cosmetic damage. The phones were in immaculate condition when I sent them. These people are liars and scammers avoid them like the plague. They are not to be trusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Impossible to get maximum price!
I sent in an iPhone 4 which had been kept in a full case with screen protectors since new. No second hand phone could have been in better condition.
I took loads of photos before I sent the item (with a professional DSLR) and double wrapped the phone in bubble wrap as a precaution against damage caused at their end.
Their automated response was to take 10% off for "visbile cosmetic damage".
After testing in a lab, they claim to have found a 'few light scratches' which could not have been photgraphed, "no matter how good the camera".
The injustice of this is that we all choose which company to use with a price comparison tool. If you can't trust the price it spits out, we are all at risk of being conned!

Very good service!
The Freepost jiffy bag arrived the day after I processed my order.
I received regular emails keeping me updated with the progress of my order.
I received the cheque for the full quoted amount within two days of receiving the confirmation email.

I was a little dishearted to get an email to say that my mobile was not working when it got to money4urmobile.com . The handset was working fine before I sent it. I am not sure whether this is a scam.

Best price, no hassle
Went to a phone recyling website these came up as one of the best prices, went to the site, set up an account, got the price, downloaded all of the labels and sent the phones off. The cheque was in my hand within the week, no hassle, no problems, would definitely use again

too heavily discounted for minor damage
The best offer on the web for my mobile but very minor damage incurred a 25% discount. I asked for the phone back and sold it for £100 more than they offered on ebay

Too Low Payout Recieved
Was offered £30 for a phone that was listed as 'Not Working' but then only recieved £7.00 as it as 'not working'. Service was good though, but not happy with the results.

Quick, easy, and very pleased with the price received.
I had an old phone which I was dying to get rid of but didn't know where I would get the best deal for it. So I went on a price comparison site, and 'CEX' came up with the top price. However when I went into store they said my phone was 'too damaged' (all was intact but the back was just slightly loose). So they didn't take it off me. The 2nd best result on the price comparison site was Money 4 Ur Mobile.....sent it away with ease (recorded delivery - just in case), got an e-mail very quickly to say they had received it, and the amount I was able to get for it. A cheque came in the post the next day! Fantastic overall!!!!! So pleased I chose Money 4 Ur Mobile!!!!!!

quick and easy i would use again and recommend to anyone the only thing i would say is that i recieved an email to say they had got my phone and i was to get the full money they quoted me which was fantastic and absolutely no hassle and quick but why does it take upto 5 days to do a bacs transfer? but apart for that i cant fault them. top company

A superbly fantastic service
Not sure what I was going to do with my old phone but in the end decided to recycle it. I looked at all the other companies out there but on checking customers comments decided to give you guys a try and what a service. I enquired on the Sunday and after receiving the free post envelope on Tuesday I had the cheque for what was quoted on the Friday. Now thats to me us a first class top notch service. If I decide to sell my other phone in the future I no where I am going. Many thanks guys

Price was a joke
£15 for a htc desire which worked, the only problem was the top button was stiff. I felt the price was disgraceful and then to say we will give you an extra £3 instead of sending it back made it worse.

Found the company using a search engine. Asked for a freepost envelope which was sent the next working day. Sent my phone back and got a confirmation email that they had received my phone and a cheque was on its way. I received this within 2 days of the email being sent

Great service!
Compared to what I was getting on the high street. CEX wanted the phone deregister from Blackberry and the price was more or less the same as Money4URMobile.com. With Money4URMobile.com just went online, enter the detail of the phones and send them by registered post. 4 days later I received a cheque as told. Great and easy service

Absolute rubbish
This is one massive con. I advise all of u not to use them! They make sure your seven days run out even when you follow all the instructions. They purposly hold back sending you the envolope so that you get a pathetic price for a decent phone! Dont use this company!
