When logging into MySpace, I'm feeling like entering an empty night club. It's empty, outdated and unnecessary. Not useful at all.

Myspace was always artsy and attracted people who like to decorate their profiles and page. Now its almost abandoned.
One of the better community networks. Too bad it started to imitate Facebook and eventually lost the battle.
For some reason when I go on I get a really bad virus from this site. I've gone on twice but NEVER again!!
used to be a great place to play but they got their god complex wouldn't stop making changes. Then they had so damn many pop up ads, virus' and every thing else it was just too much to handle. still have my profile for old time sake but like and old photo album it's just for memories now
Still good resource of music bands. You can upload your music and share it very conveniently here.

Its downfall began when it started to imitate Facebook with various activity streams and actions.

I still would rather use Myspace i like the set up the music the games and the biggest thing is the layout you can do so much with myspace that you cant do with facebook.
My space is good social networking site but not good enough as compared to other social networking site like facebook and twitter it is bit too slow
Facebook just jacked MySpace's idea, myspace became to Ad based and flashy and would just crash your browser. Facebook is better in my opinion but to each there own
If I wanted to look at commercials all day I would watch TV. It used to be myspace but now it is entertainment nightly.
They used to be kind of running out of steam, but their new design makes them once again the best platform for emerging artists to advertise show dates, album releases etc. Also a great way for people to discover new music.
WHO? haha. Facebook is in. Myspace has been out since 2000. I seriously dont know one person that still uses Myspace.
i used tobe a great fan of myspace, what gives it credit that it was the one that started all of this, but now, i don't use it that much 3/5 from me
Used to like myspace until my account was hacked. When I emailed about it, twice, myspace never responded. Switched to facebook and never went back.
Constantly changing and rarely for the better. its become so convoluted and complicated that its barely fun to play with. Where twitter is paced fun and free spirited, facebook pops along with10001 games you dont care about and feels more like spam email than sixties social media. but when it works, it works well and connects distant friends and family. its a blessing, but a frustrating one.
I have been a member of Myspace for a number of years, & until they changed to version 3.0, Myspace was my favourite site to meet with like minded friends & have fun creating profiles, that we could all enjoy.
Version 2.0 was superb & great fun to use.
Then disaster struck, with the introduction of the boring & far less creative version 3.0!!!!
Why of why the Myspace hierarchy felt they needed to destroy a site that was fun to belong to, & thus have tens of thousands of their members fleeing the sight, is completely beyond me.
I live in hope that one day Myspace will enable us to have all the freedom & fun we experienced with version 2.0, back again.
Compared to Facebook, Myspace just has way to many ads and clutter, I rather stick to Facebook, its clean simple and not bombarded with ads.
When people describe someone else as "peaked" just think of how popular MySpace was, and how quickly it died by allowing people to make their own pages look like crap. Great example of not thinking smart, and giving people everything they want without long term planning.
They were big when I was in high school (5 years ago) but have really fallen behind. They seem to try to do what Facebook does, but not as well. I do still have my MySpace though, just because there are videos on it that I don't have anywhere else.
And creepy people trying to sign you up to see them bonk donkies - yikes!
At least that's what I remember - haven't been there in years.
Don't plan to return.
