I have not received the order I put in on the 12 /09/2012 yet and it is now the 24/09/2012. I received an email telling me the order had been despatched almost immediately I submitted the order. I rang a week later and the problem evidently was in the internet ordering system. My house does not have a number, only a name and I was supposed to receive an email of which I should have replied confirming the lack of a number. I didn't receive this. I have never come across this problem before with other internet companies.
May be the ordering system needs changing to prevent this happening. Other than that, as long as I receive the item shortly, I do not have any complaints as yet!

Ordered item 2.7. which was on stock and promised delivery date was 2-3 days. After waiting four days and seeing it had not shipped, contacted support to ask if there was some problems. I was told they had hickup and item was infact out of stock but would arrive early next week. Again waited week to realize the item was not shipped and contacted support. Again (on 12th day) they told me the item was not in stock but it would arrive on 20th day and shipped right away. On 24th item still had not been shipped and I contacted support. As there was not even reply on 25th I did not see any other choice than cancel whole order.
At this whole time, the item was on sale on webshop with status "in stock - ready to ship".
The site mytrendyphone.com is the best site I visited to buy cell phone parts. It's very reliable, too. I love it to much and I will return to search and buy other things to my cell phone.
The site is very simple to navigate and it loads quickly.

Ik had a jays four oortjes besteld bij mytrendyphone kwamen een dag te laat, maar dat was de schuld van postNL verder werd ik op de hoogte gehouden van de vertraging en er werd snel gereageerd. Vooral hier je producten kopen dus!
PS. Ze zijn ook nog eens goedkoop!
I ordered, or more precicely tried to order a new touch screen glass for my nokia C7.
On the first order they sent me one that was broken in mail due to bad packaging. They would not send another one to me before they had received and checked that the glass was broken.
I ordered a second glass and this time they sent me a wrong product. A touch glass for C7 but a used scratched one that was already glued to a wrong color frame. Even after two faulty products and one-week delay they would not send me another one before receiving the wrong product back meaning one extra week of delay. They did also did not offer me any settlement such as reduction in price for a third order.
I ordered the glass form another dealer.
And as a reply to the MyTrendyPhone below: You found it difficult to understand why I did not want to return the products. I have returned the products and I trust that all my costs will be paid back, no problem there. Thats the law, you have to do that or go to a court of law to fight about that. So no hurrays here.
The real issue here is that your customer service failed totally to see what was my problem. Here is my situation:
- I have a broken phone that I practically cannot use. Your website advertises 2-3 day delivery so I order the replacement part from you.
- Because of YOUR mistakes more than a week later I have not received a valid replacement part and if the game were played as you would like to have it, it would take me more than a week still more. (In the case that you would actually manage to deliver a valid product on the third try!)
- So you have failed twice delivering the right product for me AND you are already holding more than 50€ of my money, and you still want me to pay about 25€ more to send me the replacement part ASAP.
- Its about here that I understood to take my money elsewhere. And I actually got the part cheaper from ebay...
Didnt get more than half of postage! They didnt send me my goods which i have payed them. They returned me money, but i didnt want money, i want my items! Terrable service and stuped answers on e-mail! They didnt hear client voice, they hear only themself!
I ordered 3 Waterproof Otterboxes from them, the 1000 boxes is faulty in that the clasp takes so much effort to open, in the end you can manage it by using both hands, but very difficult to do. The Otter box 3510 has not got the Pick-N-Pluck foam inside as depicted in the photo on MyTrendyPhone's WebSite and also mentions having it in the product features. One of the Barcodes has been placed over another barcode which states 'Made In China,' I will be contacting Otterbox today to find out if these are indeed counterfeit products, cheap copies imported from China. I was not happy that I have to go to the trouble of repackaging and returning these products and not being able to use them for the weekend as planned and having to wait for my money to be returned. I strongly recommend you to use a different internet company as this one does not seem to be efficient and maybe selling counterfeit products. I was not impressed with the cunstomer service when I complained. I would of given them 0 stars, but you have to give them at least 1
Ordered from this company because it was even cheaper than on ebay. Payment was easy with PayPal even though the price was in BP. I thought it will take forever to get to US, but I was surprised to find a package in my mailbox in less than a week! Great experience, thank you very much.
Website had a great selection of products, transaction was smooth and US shipping was surprisingly fast. Item was well packed and arrived in perfect condition - would definitely purchase from MyTrendyPhone again, and recommend to others.
The company did not have any stock and only after I contacted them did they respond that that they did not have any idea when I would get the product.
Very slow to respond. Very poor service. Would avoid.
I was impressed by the very fast delivery, but not the quality of the skin for my phone. It cracked within a day, and then again two days later, and I did not drop it or in any other way try to harm it. Not good enough. The headset on the other hand is as expected.
Support did on the telephone encourage me to avoid customs duty by placing several orders smaller than NOK 200 promising me that if I did send an email to email@example.com listing up the orders they would only charge me for one freight. To my suprise I was charged for freight for all 4 orders (1500584, 1500595, 1500602, 1500613) and my complaints was ignored by support. Due to the recommendation I was given from support my costs for the purchases are higher than if I had put only one order including customs duty. Something has to be done related to the education of support staff! It is not a good feeling to not be able to trust your support staff.
Bestilte en rep af HTC tlf sensation. Talte med dem pr. tlf og fik lovning om at den kunne laves samt sendes retur inden 7 arbejdsdage. Har i skrivende stund ikke modtaget den retur og prisen er steget med knap 80 % i mellemtiden. Endvidere kan de knap tale dansk og virker meget forvirret samt ligeglade ved telefonisk henvendelse. Ligeledes har jeg modtaget 6 mails med oplysning om at de afventer reservedele men på trods af at jeg ønskede tlf sendt retur så jeg kunne finde anden reperatør, ja så er det heller ikke sket, kan bestemt ikke anbefales til nogen som helst. Tlf blev indleveret d. 17-11-2011 og er ikke tilbageleveret endnu, d.v.s 9-12-2011, har også oplevet den med at man skal indbetale på anden konto, meget mystisk forretningsgang.

En meget pædagogisk tilbagemelding fra trendyphone, nu skal vi jo holde det nede, så hermed opfordres dem der tvivler på min anmeldelse kontra deres retursvar til at henvende sig til mig, da jeg ligger inde med den korrespondence som der har været med trendyphone, den kan så fremsendes så enhver ved selvsyn kan konstatere deres elendige service.
