The process of selecting the right vehicle and arranging the lease was excellent.
The vehicle was delivered in a less than pleasing condition, delivery stickers on the inside, and inside door pillars, tyres had yellow spray and white wax crayon marks, numbers etc. There was also a scratch on an electric window switch. I expect that the dealer would not have given a vehicle in that condition to a private buyer.
Nothing was too much trouble, very efficient, very helpful, have recommended to others.
One huge benefit with their website is that the price you see is the price you pay. Too many other leasing companies advertise a great price but the quote you get is very different.
not happy with delivery mileage should of been transported not driven from London no one has ever checked to see if vehicle is insured or to ask if every thing was okay with car will i use nationwide again prob not

The service I received was great, I was kept informed on the progress of my order . All I had to do was sign papers and return them, car was delivered . Would definitely use nationwide again. One little niggle was car was delivered empty on fuel. Not a huge problem KJJ
This is forst time I have used Nationwide after being with Mercedes Benz finance. I went over to a Nissan QASHQAI 1.6 360 DCI due to needing a bigger car for new family.
From start to finish Nationwide were superb and the.monthly payment is nearly half the price of what main dealers quoted me for the same.car.
My car was delivered to.my home address on date of delivery and was on.my drive at 9am.
I would highly recommend Nationwide and I hope to have.many years of motoring using your services.

Having never leased a car personally in the past I was a little unsure about the whole situation, especially as it was largely organised over the web and email. I think I actually only spoke to an advisor once during the whole process, which was due to me sending the wrong documentation back. The whole process went as smooth as silk, having taken delivery of the new car just this morning. Excellent, simple, straight forward service with good, friendly informative communication. From my experience I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
I have been very pleased with the service I received from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts, from my initial email, all phone calls have been returned promptly, emails personally acknowledged and replied to swiftly.
I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from this company, as my lease is only 24 months it won't be that long before I use them again. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend if you are in the market for a leased car.

This company leased a decent car to me at a good price. Delivery was on time, and they haven't bothered me too much since. I've just recommended them to a friend. I'm going to do another review when the lease ends, so do keep it up Nationwide!
Couldn't fault anything from start to finish. Dealt with Adam from day 1 and was in loop fully on every detail and took delivery at 730am on march 1st as promised. Couldn't recommend highly enough
I found teh whole service very easy. Picked our car and were kept up to date, even when the delivery date slipped. The only sligt reservation I would have was that I would have preferred to get the documents for signature much earlier so that I could get organised and take some time rather than having to rush to get things back and, inevitably, missing something out.
But overall excellent service.

We had a few snags during the process, which mirelle sorted quickly now i have a brand new qashqai ntec . really pleased with car and cost per month.will use again.

I found the service provided by Nationwide Vehicle Contracts excellent from start to finish. Even when I bombarded the members of staff I dealt with question after question they remained patient with me and were very efficient.
They offered the best deal by far even after I had trawled through other websites. Start to finish the process took just over 2 weeks and I now have a lovely new car to drive around in.

Having not considered leasing as an option previously, having come across Nationwide Vehichle Contracts, compared their prices and deemed them to have a great selection of vehicles at extremely competitive prices, I have been amazed at the ease in which I've now ended up driving a brand new vehicle.
I was able to input my budget and order online, I received an email with a contact name should I need it - and subsequently a short finance agreement, which took only a few minutes to return in the mail. I emailed a copy of my insurance, following a 'phone call to advise me of my registration and that was it - my car arrived at lunch time of the day I specifically requested, I dropped the driver to the train station, having been given a complete run through of all of it's features (radio/heating/seating etc etc) and for the first time in my life I'm driving around in a brand new car. No more MOT's or hassle for me as in 3 years, I'll be back for another new one from Nationwide Vehicle Contracts! Thank you - I really and truly didn't think that it could have been that seamless, but it was.
I could not find a better deal on my vehicle of choice anywhere else, so decided to go with Nationwide. The order process was very simple and there where no catches. My final monthly payment was EXACTLY as quoted online. I am very happy with my new vehicle.
The only reason I have given 4 stars is: I felt I could have been kept more up to date on the vehicle's build during my wait. They sent fairly regular emails but a call wouldn't have gone a miss. Secondly the GAP insurance offered to me was a bit of a rip off, I appreciate dealers etc charge a little higher for this service as they need to make commission but I was quoted £251 to £399 (subject to eligibility). Upon shopping around, I final purchased a slightly better policy for £109.
Overall I would recommend NVC and would definitely use them again.

The initial response to my enquiry was very good. However it seemed that as soon as I had agreed to the proposal and paid the admin fee the customer service deteriorated rapidly. I had to make all of the contact to gain updates and the documents to be signed had to be chased up. When they were sent back I had to again ring and e mail to get acknowledgement that they had been received. Some days later after further calls I was informed that they had made a typing error and the forms would have to be re submitted. I did this by return and had to again take the initiative in ensuring that they had been received and that delivery dates were being identified. The service from the Jaguar dealership was very good which reflected very badly on Nationwide. I would not recommend Nationwide.
Everything was smooth, professional and competitively priced.
I needed to find a new lease car in a hurry as my previous car had to be returned at short notice. The car I initially enquired about was out of stock (despite the listing on the site), however they were able to deliver an alternative option within 10 days.
All things considered, very impressed with the service and will be going back to Nationwide for my next car.
