The worst online retailer i have used in over 10 years of online shopping.
Delivery was so slow i bought the same product from another retailer. The odds and pods item finally arrived on Christmas Eve, ordered mid November. no communications meant i had no idea it was on its way. Good job i bought another because it was faulty. Do not use, there are much better retailers out there.
I got an email saying that my order would be deliverd within 2 days, if not the would email me to say its been delayed, No email AND no goods that was last Sunday I was told it would be 2days. But they took the money fast, was out of my acc. on the 31st Oct. STILL waiting to get goods, phoned them 4 time all you get is an answer machine emailed them 6 times nothing back.
Pure and utter rubbish company.
i received my goods right enough but its faulty,sent emails and snail mails,but no reply is there anyone out there to help stop companies like this one ripping people off,one star over generous by a mile
I sent my headphones back to them for a replacement (after many weeks of emailing). I have never received the replacement, is now more than 3 months on, they don't reply to my emails and the phone number never picks up.
AVOID
total unacceptable behaviour.

I ordered some earphones on 23rd Feb and got a standard email indicating item was being disptached but nothing arrived. I've sent 4 mails, all without a single response. A complete rip-off!
Ordered mobile phone battery on 12th March and received an emailsaying it would be dispatched within 2 days. Still no delivery. An internet search reveals that this company is useless and sells fake stuff or fails to deliver.
original sony earphones were fake, but never new this at the time.thought they were faulty and emailed them and asked for a refund and within 4 days received the real genuine sony earphones. not happy with the fact the first pair were fakes. I emailed trading standards, but have not had a possitive reply from trading standards and still no reply from odds & podds. just happy that after paying £37.00 I now have earphones that sound brilliant.
I ordered some Sennheiser IE8's in January and was promptly sent some fake ones. Went through the same as others - email sent requesting refund "We're really sorry, please return them and we'll refund", Sent them back recorded delivery....wait...wait...sent chase email, "really sorry what's the recorded delivery number and I'll check and do you refund", recorded delivery number sent, wait...wait..send chaser email...nothing..wait...wait.. (repeat ad infinitum).
I notice today that the site is down for maintenance. I hope this means they've gone bust or on bail. I'm sure the reality is they're sunning themselves with our money in Spain as is usually the case...
But I repeat what others have said DO NOT BUY EVER FROM ODDS AND PODS
I have ordered a set of SONY earplugs early DEC 2010. They were face!
I have been in touch with Mike from OddsAndPods and got a return label with an RAM after many emails.
This was early JAN 2011.
Since then I have send more than 50 emails with nearly no response or just some fuzzy request about my RMA number.
I will tackle this guy with the tips given further down in this review block.
It is only a pin to do business with O&P.

I wish I had read about this company before I used them. Although delivery was actually quite quick, they sent me the wrong product. Haven't been able to get in touch with since to organise returns, been trying for a few weeks now. Their website is claimed to be down for maintenance, have they stopped trading???
Highly recommend not using them.
I cannot believe this company continues to operate with such bad reviews.
I received a faulty counterfeit product with I returned via recorded mail. More than a month since, they haven't refunded, answered to e-mails or phone calls. It is impossible to contact them and that seems to be a common story. It now costs more in phone calls and wasted time to recoup the many from the credit card provider. Shame.
I ordered a docking station for Christmas gift. This arrived very late,although my money was deducted at beginning of December from my account. The product was inferior and stopped working after 1 day. I contacted company on a numbwer of occasions but had no response. eventually I was asked to return it by recorded delivery, but have heard nothing since. this was over 6 weeks ago. There has been no response to e.mails or phone calls.
I believe the product is a fake copy of the one sold in Argos, which is cheaper but far superior.
I purchased a very expensive set of Dr Dre Headphones from them which arrived 3 weeks late and are now faulty even though they are less than two months old. Despite their promise of 12 months guarantee they are ignoring both my returns and complaint requests. I have contacted Monster Beat who have told me that oddsandpods are not an authorised dealer for them. Moreover, Monster Beats customer care told me that they have had so many problems caused by this company - they don't even know where oddsandpods are getting MONSTER products from which is most alarming.
I may not get my product repaired or replaced but I will certainly be taking the matter up with Consumer Direct and the Trading Standards.
I very much hope you all do the same in the hope of taking these people to task over their poor and unacceptable business practices in taking customer's hard earth cash for shoddy goods and then failing to providing any customer care.
Order from this company at your peril!!!!
A familiar story - bought ipod panda dock at Christmas, no longers works as has shorted out, could be a fake, hard to tell. Several emails and RMA requests, but no joy as yet. Judging by the many comments here and on many other sites this looks like a deliberately crooked operation - at least they now appear to be going out of business, sadly the perpetrators will probably reappear somewhere else one day.

I ordered headphones on 16th February 2011 today is the 11th March and still nothing.
I have sent them many many emails and I also left quite a few voicemails however no response!
Now I am going to report this company to the certain authorities! What are they doing it is clearly not right and this has to STOP!!!!!!!!

I purchased some headfones that turned out to be faulty.
I have tried to contact them over 20 times, via phone, emails and letter.
Their voicemail is a joke as it still pertains to the Christmas period.
Unfortunately, I didnt research them first, if so I would have NEVER given them a penny.

I recently ordered some £150 earphones. They arrived in reasonable time but arrived in packaging that looked to have been opened alreay. It then turned out they were faulty. After two weeks chasing them to find out what to do next, they finaly sent me a return form. I sent the earphones to them four weeks ago and have heard nothing since, despite sending numerous emails and leaving plenty of voicemail messages (they never answer their phone!). I am going to contact the OfT and my bank now as this feels like fraud to me

Waited nearly a month for my first order to arrive (every time i looked at its status it said awaiting despatch) so I ordered a second pair as I couldn't wait any longer and then as soon as I had done that - the status of the first pair magically said, despatched! Both came - the sound quality is terrible (these were Sennheiser earphones - my original pair being the excellent quality that you get from said company). Trying to send one pair back and have made a complaint about my returns number not coming - no reply as yet (over a month ago) plus the pair which I am using has already started to come apart. Absolute rubbish, can't be real Sennheiser merchandise. I'm resigned to the fact that I will not see a refund or have anymore correspondence from Odd and Pods - and will just have two pairs of crap earphones, brilliant. Avoid this company like the plague.
So far, my experience with them is far below the standard or a reputable company.
Ordered goods on Friday and they have not got back to me except to say that they "will be contacting me later".
Listen up, Odds and Pods. I do not want you to "contact me later". I want the goods I have paid for. You seemed to have no difficulty taking my money. Make with the goods.
Asked for a returns form in January to return a faulty item which I would like replaced. Although I received an email acknowledgement no form ever turned up. I emailed a few times and then returned the item anyway. We are now 2 months on and I have heard nothing.
I ordered 3 items from this shower of s**t on the 13-02-11 and money was taken off my credit card the same day and am still waiting for the delivery of the 3 items, I sent them 3 emails of which non have been answered

Looks like I've also fallen for their scam, In february I ordered two pair of headphones and received nothing and ive have had no replies to my e mails either. I've given then 7 days to reply and if I don't hear anything I will complain to the office of fair trading as well as trading standards whilst claiming from my credit card company. I'm also considering taking them through the small claims court as they will have to pay my costs as well, so I have nothing to lose.
I place d an order with these people on the 14th february and still ahve heard nothing regarding delivery of the order or a refund.
I've called them twice and left messages and have sent three emails but still no response.

I bought an iphone dock a month ago, the money was taken out of my account after a day or two and I still haven't received the product or any response from my phone calls and emails.
Bought my son some £175 headphones from this company and they broke within a few days of opening. Despite lots of emails and phone messages, I've had no replacement (or even an address to post them to) or refund. Do NOT purchase from this company regardless of how cheap they are

First of all, I'm only giving them a rating of 1 star because that's the least I can give them. If minus ratings were available, they'd get minus 10.
Like almost everyone else here, I believe the good reviews are fake and I've had nothing but trouble with this company. I ordered goods before xmas, received confirmation of my order by e-mail right away, then received an e-mail informing me that my order had been sent to their warehouse for picking and would be PICKED within 2 days.
I sent an e-mail complaining about this time scale and was sent exactly the same -mail back explaining that the order would be picked in 2 days. It took 2 weeks for my order to arrive and, reading the other reviews here and on other sites, I consider myself lucky that it arrived at all.
I noticed that the bluetooth headset I'd ordered in black, had been supplied in silver, so I immediately e-mailed them to inform them of this and asked for them to arrange collection of the delivered item, or some form of prepaid delivery in order that I could return it to them. I also asked for delivery to me of the correct item. My e-mail was ignored.
I then used their online returns enquiry form, thinking I'd get a response this way but, true to form, no response. I resubmitted my claim again today, but only after I'd done a little digging through google only to find HUNDREDS of poor reviews and complaints from other people, on two different sites (there will probably be more) complaining about; deplorable service, goods not arriving for weeks if at all, wrong goods being delivered, goods being returned for replacement but no refunds being issued and the customers attempts to contact them not being answered, and claims that fake goods are being supplied.
A friend ordered from them too and has received faulty goods. Despite contacting them nearly two weeks ago, they have had no response at all!
All I can say is, don't give these people your money!!! I will DEFINITELY not be ordering anything from them again!
I purchased two sets of headphones before Christmas. A pair of Sennheiser IE7 and Sennheiser IE6. Midway through the process I tried to amend the order and cancel the IE6, but could not reach oddsandpods by email or phone.
The order did arrive promptly, but I was unable to arrange a return, via their process or the complaints process.
I strongly believe the IE6 are FAKE. I have an old pair purchased from the Apple store and the package is noticeably poorer in print and construction quality and lacks the Sennheiser holographic mark. I will be pursuing this matter further.
Oddsandpods should be shut down based on all the chatter on the www.
Like most on here, received terrible service. No goods, no replies to e-mails, tel calls etc. Eventually had a response and when I mentioned/threatened small claims court and trading standards, they promised to refund me. Finally got refunded today. The whole process took almost a month!!

Like everyone else, I DIDNT BELIEVE in the reviews and tried as i wanted a studios headphones which are way cheaper. i had the headphones in 15 days later. Not surprised it was fake, i returned it straight away, they promissed exchange, nothing happened, they refuse to refund my money, and they dont anwer my emails anymore. I will try my bank. FAKE GOODS, FAKE COMPANY, BEWARE
My son spent His Christmas money buying these Sennheiser earphones and they are faulty. The company do not answer the phone and do not reply to emails. I am going to report them based on other feedback. They were not cheap and my son has lost his money. Disgusting to to this to young students.
I purchased an “iPig” iPod docking station, as a Christmas present for my daughter, from Odds & Pods on 23/11/10. The site promised the item would arrive within the week, it did not.
Despite numerous e-mails, the item had not arrived after two weeks and I purchased it instead from Amazon. The Odds & Pods iPig arrived a day after Amazons, so I decided to return it.
It took 6 e-mails and two weeks to get a response from Odds & Pods regarding return advice. It was returned by tracked Parcel Force, and signed for by M. Reeder, presumably "Mike" from all the e-mails.
Now 3 weeks later I still have not received the refund for the iPig, despite constantly e-mailing them, telephone calls are met with an answer machine and I have yet to get a reply, despite leaving many messages.
I have today contacted my credit card company who have informed me that Odds & Pods are a sham company and the iPig I received is likely to be counterfeit.
This is nothing other than theft. I will be reporting the company to trading standards and hopefully something will come of this.
How can companies like this continue to trade?

sent a email to them on 13/02/2011 10:23 via there email address at "questions@oddsandpods.co.uk" saying "hi, i still haven't seen it get pass the processing stage at this point in time. so when will my item be delivered?

14/02/2011 15:36 - got a message saying "Your order has been passed to the warehouse for picking and will be sent within the next 2 days unless we advise you otherwise"
item arrive 15th Feb 2011 next day and i notice the box and headphones looked a bit different from the ones i seen at currys/pc world. The headphones itself looked poorer in quality compare to the ones I've tested at currys/pc world and the stitching on th ear muffs looked like it was done in a "hurry". The cushion on the ear pads didn't seem all that round/curve seen online and wasn't as comfy as the one I've tested. also after plugging in my Sony Vaio laptop pc to check for sound quality the rubber casing surrounding the 3.5mm jack came lose, further evidence that it was most likely fake.
check around the net and my suspicion lead me to believe it was fake so i contacted the company on 15/02/2011 16:25. stating
"hello i like to inform you that the item you sent me is faulty and fake. I would like a full refund and a replay please if you don’t i will take further action."
waiting for a response now and will update this review depending on there response

Ordered several things to my son’s mobile phone on the 18th of December for Christmas and paid £58.
When queried on it’s whereabouts – I got the reply from “Mike”:
“Sorry this was sent to: “XXX”. “Is that the correct address and i will resend it. Mike”
No further replies from “Mike” to my emails.

I would be extremely wary about dealing with this company. I ordered some accessories for my mobile phone, including an in car holder with charger.
When it eventually arrived (I had to chase them up to get a tracking number as it did not turn up when it was supposed to) I discovered that the car charger did not work as it had a micro USB connector. My phone cannot charge via micro USB and therefore the charger was not fit for purpose.
I contacted them via their return function on the website. I received an automatic email which said that my return request had been received and they would be contacting me with details. I waited over 2 weeks and heard nothing.
I tried emailing and got no answer. I then visited there address only to find out that it was a mail drop off and they don’t actually work from there. So I am stuck with a cable which will not work and have no way of getting a refund.
They have not bothered to contact me in the three months since I purchased, despite numerous requests via email and through their website.
Also, the day after I made my online purchase from this company, someone illegally used my credit card and ran up a £1,800 bill.
