it is ok for half orders and rubbish parts the scrap yards on here wont show pics of parts to see the quality and colour or even if right part then when they send parts they only send half the order and the rest they sent was rubbish and worse than the pice i wanted to replace
I was looking for a sun visor for the Punto and the local Fiat breakers didn't deal with Mk1's.
Within a couple of hours of finding Parts Gateway, I had two quotes and the part was on its way to me next day, after I had confirmed the order.
Great service by both dealers involved.
The supplier dispatched the item very promptly, unfortunately the 'wrong side' part was sent, but after contacting the supplier about the honest mistake, he sent me the 'correct side' part, again very promptly, politely and without quibble. I was very impressed with the service.

It is very good service. I find the Alfa 156 abs ecu in Thailand for more than 6 month. Once I came to Partgateway,I got it in 2 week. It is superp. You are deaf,,more hassle going to dismantlers and write down what you want. and tramp round them.. This one is by email and get quotes and you choose then wait for post. What can be easier !!!
Hi, I bought on line a seat belt on the 10/05/2013, the web site said 1-2 working days for delivery and 3-4 working days to Belfast. However the parcel was not booked for delivery until 15/05/2013. Interparcel has since told me that it will take between 5-7 days for delivery to my house in Belfast. After many emails and calls they have told me I may get it on the 22/05/2013 or possibly the 27/05/2013. I make that at least 12-17 days delivery from the mainland. Yet the website clearly said in black & white it would be 3-4 working days? As a result of this my car failed its MOT test today and the resit test will cost me eighteen pounds and fifty pence. I bought from this website in good faith. I'm out of pocket now, I'm very disappointed. As well as that I sent two complaints to the company but i've yet to hear anything. Thomas

Used parts gateway before and it's really easy to use. Saved me loads of time going to a scrap yard and also saved me money.
They also don't bombard you with emails like some others I know.
Sent wrong part, recievd in an oily box and the supplier tried to convince me he had sent the right part when I contacted him. Sent the part back as requested (admittedly not by recorded delivery) and suprise suprise he claims he hasn't received it! The supplier was pretty defensive, rude and aggressive. So lost the purchase cost + £8.20 postage.
Won't be going through the Parts Gateway route again. They have followed the complaints procedure but you can't phone them direct and they leave you to sort out the dispute with the supplier.
Eventually ordered a new part from Holland, received within 2 days with clear instructions and 2 bars of chocolate!
I was looking for vw parts and came across parts gateway thought I would give it a try what an easy experience . Overall would recommend to all and sundry will be using them again.
First time user of parkway, very impressed with ease of ordering, speed of delivery, communication, but the part I ordered was, sadly, rather worse condition than expected.
Put in want we needed on line, with in hours had 4-5 different options / quotes to choose from, found some cheap and tested parts so knew they would work, which are also covered for 30 days should they not so felt comfortable when ordering them and once I had ordered them, to my please e surprise I got the parts the very next morning. Fab. Service and would now look via website for parts first than looking on eBay as was really good and cheap.
Having had a major breakdown experience with my Range Rover, it was good to get the part at a competitive price delivered promtly to my mechanic.
Have been told the car is ready for collection the proof is in the driving.

I was pointed in the direction of suppliers by their great system and within ten minutes of making my request received an email from a Supplier with a price and comprehensive Information about the part. I did not hesitate to place an order with them and five minutes later received a further response from another Supplier with a price for the same item which was double the first, just to prove "the early bird catches the worm". Would not hesitate to use a Parts Gateway again and ave already passed on their name to family friends and most importantly to the Mechanic who is fitting the part as I write ths. Needed a part for my Fiesta. Searched google to no avail, then found Parts Gateway. Just enter your vehicle details and part needed, they then do the searching for you. All the company's registered with Parts Gateway then send you e-mail's with the price and delivery info. I made My choice and the item arrived within 2 days. And a saving of £37 for a boot lock motor over the price of a new part from ford.
Very quick response and delivery, however, the wrong handbook was dispatched. I contacted the company and a replacement one was sent within a couple of days. Very prompt service and resolution.
Would not hesitate in recommending this service, i will using this service again.
