Thank you for your review, and I am very sorry to hear that there was a problem on this occasion with your order with us.

As you will know from having shopped with us for over 2 and a half years, this is the first problem there has been with your orders to France. If there is ever an issue with an order, I would urge you to drop me a line and we will always sort things out for you. I will contact you separately by email to sort out the incorrect item that you received last month.

We use Jiffy Bags for smaller items, such as the hair fibres, which are normally more than robust enough to protect these items, even when sent overseas to you in France. We no longer include invoices in parcels, as we send email confirmation of orders, and another email on dispatch, and customer feedback was that the invoice slips were redundant and generally thrown straight into the bin with the packaging.

Dear Brian, Thank you for your review of Peak Nutrition. I tried calling you yesterday and this morning on the number given in your order, but there is no response on the line. We aim to respond to all help desk tickets within 24 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, and as the ticket was raised at 8.30pm on Friday we attempted to call you both yesterday and this morning - an emailed response was our next option.

I am very sorry that you received goods that were out of date - I can only offer my apologies for this and will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately. Our warehouse has very strict stock rotation procedures, so I will be raising this with the warehouse manager as a matter of some urgency.

Hello Suzin, thank you for your kind review. We do ship internationally, to pretty much most countries. If you add the products you'd like to your cart, you can then select the delivery country from within the cart, and it will specify delivery charges and estimated delivery times. Dear Helen, thank you for your feedback, which I will certainly be passing on to the warehouse. We try to use the most sensible packaging we can, combining safety for your goods with common sense, and in most cases Jiffy Bags offer a good solution, but if the boxes were squashed this was clearly not sufficient packaging. I will ensure the warehouse looks again at the packaging used.

Our postage and packaging costs barely cover the combined costs of Royal Mail post (which has risen yet again this year) as well as the costs of the packaging material and labour - we really don't make money from P+P.

Dear Oliver, I am sorry that your parcel took an extra day to arrive - we shipped the order the morning that the order was placed, but it does appear to have taken Royal Mail an extra day to deliver your parcel - their site only states that it was delivered within the guaranteed time, which is clearly not correct. Hello, please once again accept my apologies for the delay in dispatching your order, which was caused by our warehouse move at the end of January. We have a dedicated Support Desk which can be accessed from anywhere on our site (and which we detail on our order confirmations) as well as a dedicated customer service email that we always respond to within 24 hours. We also have a Sales telephone number, but we have purposely moved to online support as it gives the very best option for being able to deal effectively with any concerns, issues or questions that you may have.
