Brilliant service.
I ordered vitakraft sausages in bulk which my dogs love and was hoping for a quick delivery. I was not disappointed, and the texts regarding my parcels arrival were brilliant (no hanging around). Would definitely recommend this company.

Ferrets are fun, they make you laugh so feed them the best from petsupermarket now.
This was the best price I could find, cheapest online, I rescue animals and get no funding so I pay for all the food and vets fee's out of my own pocket. the service from this company is excellent, I just hope they offer me an extra 10% discount for such a great testimonial. Cheers guys.

Very happy well fed puss-cat
Ordered the auto pet feeder on Tuesday night, got an email on Wednesday to say that it would be delivered on Thursday between 2 and 3pm, it was delivered just after 2pm.
Excellent service, very well packaged and worked perfectly. We were away for a long weekend and I didn't want to put my cat through the stress of going to the cattery, so thought I'd try this auto feeding dish. I put one pouch of food, which I had frozen, into each compartment along with the included icepack underneath the dishes. I set the timers and my cat was served her meal at her usual time each day. The food must have been perfect, as we came home to two empty dishes. My cat is quite finicky and doesn't always eat all her dinner so she must have been happy with it. I did test it before we went away and it worked exactly as it should. Very happy and would recommend product and company to my friends. Price was good and free postage too.

When's on the search engine a few came up I tried a few but pet supermarket was the easiest to order what you wAnt and they explained what you needed better than the rest excellent service and there was no hidden extras Thanks will use again

Not the fastest delivery, but good price & no problems
Took longer than I'd have liked to arrive, but when it did it was well packaged. Price was good, service was easy to use

Terrible delivery!!
Delayed delivery after receiving a text saying it would be with me 3 days after the original order, I then had a voicemail saying that was wrong and it would be with me in 2 days. 4 days later I had to email to find out where my order was with no response. Then we had to phone and were told it would be another 2 days!! It did finally arrive!!
I have ordered once before and was very pleased with cost and delivery times but was very disappointed by the confusion, lack of response and delivery time on this order.

pet supermarket were great 5 stars for them product great the only thing was the delivery i got a text saying it was on its way then another one saying it had been delivered to a neighbour no one had knocked at my address did not know the name of the person it had been left with so went to my neighbours no parcel left after a frustrating time of trying to find a phone no to speak to some one i got patched through to the driver you said he would not come back and could not really tell me where it was so i rang back again and got transferred to his his depot and spoke to some one there he then returned with the parcel after he retrieved where he left it which was 3 streets away so all was well in the end but was very stressed out by it all but would recommend pet supermarket to friends and family shame about the delivery but we all human and he did not know the area .

I was delighted to receive my order so quickly but was most impressed by the value. After scouring various websites for the best deals on my preferred cat food I have yet to find any as low priced as Pet Supermarket.

Great service, great products
I would highly recommend Pet Supermarket. It's easy to use, they have just what I need for our cat and at fab prices. You get what you've ordered within a day or two. All in all a worthwhile experience.

I made an other on-line for items for my pets - the order was made 11th May - I received an email to say that my money had been taken from my account - I also received an email telling me my order had been received - all within 24 hours - I still had not received any of my items - I spent over £70 - this may seem a small amount to you but to me this is a lot of money - I finally phoned the company 23rd May (almost 2 weeks) they were waiting for one item to come in before they were sending the order to me - I was not happy as no-one contacted me to say there was a delay - remember you had my money from my debit card for all this time - you were earning interest on my money - they did not know how long it would be before the item they were waiting for would arrive - I asked for my money to be returned to me - they said it could take up to 5 working days - this means that I cannot afford to buy the items elsewhere as you still had my money - they said they were sorry but there nothing they could do - yes there is!!!! Don't advertise items for sale that you do not have available to you - tell people if there is a hold up so they can change their mind and give me my money back and let me buy my items elsewhere!! I have used this company previously but I won't again if this is how they treat their buyers - I still do not have the money to buy the items for my pets as I have to wait for you to give me back my money - when I paid you it went straight out of my account - it did not take 5 working days - this is not acceptable - my pets are suffering because you have my money.

I was so impressed with the service!!!
My parcel arrived promptly within a few days of ordering, and the idea of text messages to let me know and update me on the date and time of delivery was brilliant!
I would not hesitate to use Pet Supermarket again or recommend it to anyone else. I just wish I'd found it sooner!

5 STAR SERVICE
This is easily best delivery service I have ever had, I had the option to decide the date the delivery arrived and also a 1 hour time slot. The package came within the time slot and was a pleasant stress free experience, I can't recommend it highly enough.
