Outstanding service and great value for money
I ordered pro-kolin for my dog, as he had an upset stomach. I knew I could use it, as it had been previously prescribed by my vet. I needed it fairly quickly and it arrived within 48 hours. It was also a lot cheaper than a vet would charge. My dog is now fully recovered.

Easy ordering, said to be despatched following working day, after 2nd working day had to call to chase. Very apologetic and promised to be despatched that day...with out fail my flea treatment arrived the followinh day and much to my furballs disgust they all got zapped with the frontline spot on as soon as packaged was opened.

Good but slow turnaround of orders.
I would recommend Petmeds. They have things my pets sometimes need which other online pet pharmacies don't appear to stock. eg. Liquid cat food, which I think may have just saved my cat's life.
On the other hand, I have found i need to order well in advance for the timely arrival of the goods. In an emergency this can be very frustrating when you have an unwell pet on your hands.

Ordered some wormer for our pet chickens and mite treatment for our pet rats, the same type of routine treatment you'd get from the vet. Delivered within a couple of days, well packaged and a lot cheaper than if you get them from the vets.

Website a dream to use, placed my order with ease and just over 24hrs the Science diet for my puppies and older dogs was at the door. Delivery man was pleasant why would you bother to go to a large pet food store....Prices are very competitive...there is realy no need to travel just place a quick order once a month perfect in my view.
