Excellent printing, service and value for money; slight problem with delivery
The company provided me with excellent service. I was thrilled to find a company that would accept my Publisher file - so many web-base printers don't. Doing the web-based order and uploading my file was easy and straightforward. They turned my publisher file into a PDF which they then emailed to me as a proof for approval. The printing quality was excellent. The value for money outstanding. All communication with the company was very friendly and professional. All staff were knowledgable and helpful.
My only slight reservation was that the courier who delivered the items came when our office was unmanned (it was regular office hours, but we are a "one-man band" and I was out) and they left the box outside, and it rained. The box got very soggy but the printed goods inside were fine. I did contact the company about this and they were pleased to hear from me and said that they would take this up with the courier. I do belive that if the goods had been damaged the company would have re-printed them free of charge.

Frustrating!
An direct marketing e-mail came through just as we were thinking of having a pop-up banner made. Good start, helpful but things started to go wrong when they sent us a banner which was not like the proof which we had signed off. Various e-mails went back and forth as they did not seem to grasp what we were requesting. Finally gave up on e-emails and rang them and was informed that it was because of the quality of logo and photo that had been sent. My reaction was why did you not inform us of this fact! So, I sent them a large jpg photo and they sharpened up our logo. Another proof was signed off. Grea,t I thought until they send me a 2nd banner which was exactly the same as the 1st in correct banner!!!! This week received the right banner which is good and just what we have requested - but why of why did it have to take so long.........

Helpful, efficient, friendly
I was really happy with printmeit.com, they were recommended to me by a colleague and I wasn't disappointed. When I had a query about using their website they were quick to answer the phone and respond to my request - without making me feel foolish for not understanding the procedure!
The work - two batches of posters and flyers - was produced quickly and accurately and dispatched promptly. Later queries were also responded to with clarity and courtesy. Couldn't ask for more.

Excellent customer service, second to none!
All the staff are warm, friendly and helpful, both by phone and email. Nothing is too much trouble, and they have unending patience with repetitive queries, they doing everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
Quick turn around of products and speedy delivery every time, even when not requested. Products themselves are excellent and very good value for money.

I design posters and flyers for my amateur theatre group, and have used Printmeit for all my printing jobs since I discovered them a year ago. Is there anybody there?
As usual the whole operation of submitting copy on line through to recieving the finished propduct went well. My only concern is that you did not acknowledge the receipt of the order and I had to contact you twice before I discovered whether the order had been received. In fact there was a problem in that I sent a large file but once I had been adviced to up load it all went well. Perhaps you should warn costumers about this.

We needed soem printing for our wedding, we did a lot of the setting out ourselves but the team at Printmeit.com prepared drafts for checking and were incredibly flexible - even helping out with additional bits and pieces as a result of some last minute changes to the guest list!
They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy and the quality of the finished product was first class.
